General water quality parameters were measured, as a base-line study, for possible water pollution problems in the coastal waters of some important harbors and near-sea industrial complexes all around coastal zones of Korea from June 1 to October 15, 1977. The areas surveyed were near Mugho-Samcheog, Ulsan, Jinhae-Masan, Yeosu-Gwangyang, Mogpo, Gunsan and Incheon. Among the surveyed coastal areas, the Ulsan and the Jinhae-Masan areas showed high levels of dissolved oxygen, pH, COD and nutrients. Particularly, the surface waters of the Ulsan inner bay represented COD 15.6mg/l and NO$\sub$2/-N 110$\mu\textrm{g}$/l. The surface layer of the Masan bay displayed pH 8.92 and NO$\sub$3/-N 372$\mu\textrm{g}$/l, while 309$\mu\textrm{g}$/l of PO$\sub$4/-P was recorded in the surface of the Haengam bay. In general it is shown that some coastal areas are presenting signs of pollution from man's activities.

In order to investigate water quality of coastal waters, samples were collected from the six coastal areas of Korean peninsula during summer of 1977, and analyzed for Cd, Cu, Fe, Pb and Zn by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results showed no significant heavy metal pollution in most parts of the studied areas in comparison with results of other countries in literature. However, strong possibility of some specific heavy metal pollution is shown in the specific areas, such as Cu and Pb in the Sea off Cunsan, Pb in Kwangyang Bay and Cd and Pb in Ulsan Bay.

본 연구에서는 강재틀 보강토옹벽을 개발하였다. 강재틀 보강토옹벽은 현장조립식 강재틀 전면벽체와 보강재(지오그리드 혹은 띠형 강보강재)로 구성되어 있는데, 강재틀 전면벽체의 전면부는 이중구조로 설계되어 있어 다양한 경관연출이 가능한 장점이 있다. 강재틀 전면벽체를 사용한 보강토옹벽의 현장 적용성을 평가하기 위한 일련의 현장시험시공을 실시하였다. 또한 벽체 전면변위와 보강재 인장변형을 측정하여 강재틀 보강토옹벽의 현장 거동특성을 평가하였다. This paper introduces a recently developed reinforced earth wall system with steel framed?facing. The new system incorporates a steel?framed facing that might be assembled on?site and steel strip or geogrid type reinforcements for backfill area. In order to enhance scenery view design of the wall construction, dual?structured facing is proposed in which room for planting space locates in the front of facing. A reinforced earth walls using the proposed system was constructed to verify constructability of the proposed system and facing movement and tensile characteristics of reinforcement were measured to understand the mechanical behavior.

Reinforced earth system has been popularized since its introduction to Korean civil engineering society in early 1980's. Among others its cost-saving, scenic-view, and handy-construction are cardinal features in which the system had led its wide applications and construction markets. A variety of reinforcing materials including metal strips, bar mats, and sheet-type reinforcement using geotextile, geogrid, and etc. have been developed for construction purpose. Especially, the geogrid is mostly used as a reinforcement for reinforced earth structures. This paper describes the engineeing properties of various geogrids.

본 연구에서는 띠형 섬유보강재의 인장특성, 크리프 변형, 내시공성 및 내구성을 평가하기 위한 일련의 장기성능 평가시험을 수행하였다. 또한 시험결과를 바탕으로 정기설계인장강도 산정을 위한 강도감소계수를 평가하였다. 먼저, 크리프 변형 특성을 평가하기 위해 단계 등온법과 시간-온도 중첩법을 이용하였으며, 크리프 감소계수는 1.6을 적용하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 평가되었다. 다음으로 입도 조정된 화강풍화토를 성토재로 사용하여 수행한 내시공성 시험 결과, 보강재의 강도특성에 영향을 미치는 원사의 손상이 거의 없는 것으로 확인되어, 장기설계인장강도에 큰 영향을 미치지 않을 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 내구성 평가 결과 내화학성, 내미생물 및 내후성을 고려한 강도감소제수는 1.1을 적용하는 것이 합리적인 것으로 평가되었다. In this study, the long- term performance tests, which have extensibility, creep deformation, installation resistance and durability characteristic, is conducted to apply geosynthetic strip in field. The strength reduction factors using the test results are evaluated in order to calculate long-term design tensile strength. First, the creep deformation was evaluated by both the stepped isothermal method(SIM) and the time-temperature superposition(TTS) method. The creep reduction factor is reasonable to apply 1.6. Second, the result of installation damage test had little damage of yarn, which affected strength of reinforcement. Therefore, it can be analyzed that the installation damage of geosynthetic strip has little effect of long-term design tensile strength. Finally, the durability reduction factor considering chemical, biological and outdoor exposure resistance is reasonable to apply 1.1, which is considered the stability and economic efficiency of reinforced earth wall using geosynthetic strip.
초등학교 창의적 체험활동 교육과정 편성·운영에 대한인식 조사

이 연구의 목적은 창의적 체험활동 교육과정 편성·운영에 대한 초등학교 관계자의 인식 조사 결과에 근거하여 거시적 차원에서의 창의적 체험활동 교육과정 편성·운영 방향을 제언하는데 있다. 이를 위해 우선 창의적 체험활동 교육과정의 주요 변화 내용을 고찰하고, 창의적 체험활동에 대한 초등학교 관계자의 인식을 조사한 후, 분석 결과에 토대하여 창의적 체험활동 교육과정 편성·운영 방향을 제언하였다. 인식 조사 결과를 토대로 단위 학교의 창의적 체험활동 교육과정 편성·운영에서 적극적으로 검토되어야 할 사항으로는 ``초등학교의 특성을 고려한 학교 수준 창의적 체험활동 목표의 초점화``, ``학년군의 특성을 고려하여 단위 학교에서 편성·운영 가능한 창의적 체험활동 영역의 선정``, ``국가 및 교육청 수준에서의 창의적 체험활동 평가방법 및 기준에 대한 지원``, ``창의적 체험활동 편성·운영 역량을 강화할 수 있는 지원 체제의 확대`` 등을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to suggest directions for the organization and implementation of creative - experiential activities curriculum in the 2009 National Curriculum as the result of perception survey on elementary Creative-Experiential Activities. To achieve this aim, First, this study explore the characteristic of creative - experiential activities curriculum in the 2009 National Curriculum. Second, it survey teacher, parent of student, student`s perception on organization and implementation of elementary creative - experiential activities curriculum. Based on the survey results, this study suggested some tasks to effectively organize and implement creative-experiential activities curriculum. It is necessary to focus concretely educational goal of creative - experiential activities in school level, to select emphasis of creative-experiential activities according to grade group, to need support on the evaluation method and criterion of creative-experiential activities in national and metropolitan level, to expand support system to uplift school or teacher competency for organization and implementation of creative - experiential activities in school level.
방염스티로폴 약제 개발과 방염판넬 생산시 물성에 관한 연구

Diphenylpropylamidophosphate(DPPAP) was synthesized as flame retardant for Expanded Polystyrene(EPS). Structure of DPPAP was investigated by the m, NMR, DSC. We make FR panels with EPS beads which treated with DPPAP and expanded by expand machines. FR panels were used in this study after formation by form machines and then cutting by cutting machines. The following conclusions were obtained: 1. The new synthetic agent was developed without the use of solvent such as pyridine or tertiary amine in the synthesis of DPPAP which served as flame retardant for EPS. 2. The flame retandancy effect of EPS treated with DPPAP was found excellent in LOI tests. 3. The properties of FR EPS panels treated with DPPAP did not difference.<br/> <br/> <br/>
