한국채택국제회계기준의 도입이 재무제표에 미친 영향 : 한국가스공사에 대한 분석을 중심으로

본 연구에서는 한국채택국제회계기준(이하 K-IFRS)의 도입이 한국가스공사의 재무제표에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지 분석하고자 하였다. 재무비율에 대한 분석 결과, 도입 원년인 2011년은 도입 직전 연도인 2010년에 비해 부채비율 및 효율성 비율은 하락하였으며 성장성은 상승한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 2010년 재무제표상의 수치를 K-IFRS상의 수치로 변환한 결과 부채비율은 오히려 상승하였으며 효율성은 덜 하락하였고 성장성 비율은 더 적은 비율로 성장한 것으로 나타났다. 세부 항목별로 분석한 결과에서는 자산 가운데 매출채권 외 3개 항목이 부채 가운데는 순이연법인세부채 외 2개 항목이 자본 항목 가운데는 이익잉여금과 기타포괄손익누계액이 K-IFRS의 도입에 따른 변화가 비 K-IFRS의 도입에 따른 변화분보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 K-IFRS를 도입한 2011년과 직전인 2010년의 재무비율과 계정과목에 대한 분석을 통해 K-IFRS가 재무제표에 중요한 영향을 미쳤다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 K-IFRS가 재무제표에 미치는 영향을 메이저 공기업 가운데 하나인 한국가스공사의 재무제표를 이용하였다는 점에서 공공기관 회계제도 관련 감독당국뿐만 아니라 에너지 및 유통업 관련 산업에 시사하는 바가 있을 것이다. In this study, we analyzed how the adoption of the Korea International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS) had an effect on the financial statements of KOGAS. As a result of the analysis of the financial ratio, in 2011, the first year of adoption, the debt ratio and efficiency ratio fell compared to 2010 and the growth rate increased. However, as a result of converting the figures in the 2010 financial statements to the figures in K-IFRS, the debt ratio increased, the efficiency fell less, and the growth rate grew less. As a result of analysis by detailed items, account receivable, PPE, financial leased assets, available-for-sale financial assets, net deferred tax liabilities, defined benefit obligations, financial lease liabilities, retained earning and other comprehensive income were larger than the changes due to the introduction of non-K-IFRS. In this study, we found that K-IFRS had an important influence on financial statements through the analysis of financial ratios and account subjects in 2011 and immediately before the adoption of K-IFRS in 2010. In addition, the impact of K-IFRS on the financial statements will have implications not only for the supervisory authority related to the public institution accounting system, but also for the energy and distribution industry.

Vascular plant diversity of the Gogunsan Archipelago in the Korean Peninsula

This study was carried out to investigate the flora of six islands belonging to the Gogunsan Archipelago (i.e.,Sinsi-do, Seonyu-do, Munyeo-do, Yami-do, Bian-do, and Duri-do) in the Korean Peninsula. As results of five field surveys from March to October of 2016, we have identified 575 total taxa, representing 527 species, five subspecies, 42 varieties, and one hybrid, placed in 358 genera and 118 families. Of these 575 taxa, four are endemic to Korea, six taxa are listed on the Korean Red List of threatened species, 67 are floristic regional indicator plants, and 74 are invasive alien species. In this study, we compared species richness among the islands, and find that the larger the islands, the higher the species richness. In the case of habitat affinity types, forest species were most common, followed by farmland, seacoast, bare ground and wetland species. From similarity analyses based on the composition of vascular plants, each island did not exhibit either local specificity or unique diversity. On the contrary, the proportion of invasive alien and ruderal species may increase by human activities. Investigations and analyses of island flora such as this are important to assess the current status of the flora, predict future vegetation patterns and the spread of the alien species, and establish managment plans of plant diversity.
