< 임씨삼대록 >에 등장하는 악인(惡人)들의 악행과 징치양상에 드러난 의미

< 임씨삼대록 >에 등장하는 악인들은, 다른 장편가문소설의 악인들이 개과천선하여 가문으로 복귀하는 것과는 달리, 모두 징치되고 만다. 무엇 때문에 그러한지 답을 찾기 위해 본고에서는 < 임씨삼대록 >의 악인들의 악행과 징치 양상을 살피고, 그것이 의미하는 바를 가늠해 보았다. 먼저, 악인(惡人)들을, 행동과 서사의 유사성에 따라 악한 첩, 남성악인 조력자, 여성 악인 조력자 세 부류로 나누었다. 악한 첩 부류는 중심이 되는 악인으로, 이들이 악행을 하게 되는 근본적인 원인은 ``강렬한 애정욕구``에 있었다. 이들은 자신이 원하는 남성과 결혼하기 위해 황제의 사혼교지를 받아내고, 남편의 사랑을 독차지하기 위해 본처를 모해하나, 남편으로부터 ``음녀``로 낙인찍혀 소박을 당하고, 음욕을 채우기위해 외간남자와 사통(私通)하며, 이 사실이 발각되자 출거 당하고, 이에 대한 복수로 시댁의 가문을 멸망시키기 위해 반역행위를 감행하거나 시댁을 반역의 역당으로 몰아넣으려다 발각되어 사형 당한다. 남성악인조력자와 여성악인 조력자들은 악한 첩의 부류를 도와주다가 반역행위에 연루되어 극형에 처해진다. 여성들의 강렬한 애정욕구는 당시 유교의 가부장제 체제에서는 용납될수 없는 일이었다. 결혼 상대자의 결정은 가문과 가문사이에 이루어지는 일이었으므로 개인의 의사가 반영될 여지가 없었다. 그런 시대에 자신이 원하는 배우자를 직접 선택한다는 것은 유교의 가부장적 질서를 뒤흔드는 일이었다. 작품 속에서 강렬한 애정욕구를 지닌 여성들이 모두 악인으로 징치되는 이유를 이러한 맥락에서 생각해 볼 수 있다. < 임씨삼대록 >은 18,19세기에 향유되었으리라 추정되며, 당시 여성들의 품행과 기강을 단속하고 가문의식을 고취시키려는 의도에서 창작되었으리라 여겨진다. 악인들의 징치양상은 공식적인 징치와 비공식적인 징치로 나눌 수 있었다. 악인들이 법규에 의해 처벌받는 것을 공식적인 징치로 보았고, 초자연적인 힘에 의한 징벌, 우연한 현상에 의한 징벌, 개인이 개인에게 가하는 징벌 등은 비공식적인 징치로 보았다. < 임씨삼대록 >의 악인들은 모두 반역죄에 연루되었기에 공식적인 징치로 사형을 언도받는다. 비공식적인 징치에서는 공식적인 징치에서 다루어지지 않은 여러 가지 방식들이 다양하게 동원되어 악인들을 좀 더 촘촘하고 세세하게 응징하고 있었다. 악인들은 공식적이든 비공식적이든 철저히 파멸되는 모습을 보여주었다. 그런데 이 과정에서 다른 장편가문소설과는 구별되는 < 임씨삼대록 >의 새로운 면모를 발견할 수 있었다. 비공식적인 징치의 과정에서 악인들은 기괴한 모습으로 형상화되기도 하고, 음란함에 대해 징벌을 가하는 장면을 세세히 묘사한 것이 오히려 음란함을 부각시키고 있었다. 또한 강력한 징치 속에서도 악인들의 애정욕구는 더욱 강렬하고 치열하게 부각되었다. 결국 <임씨삼대록>은 여성의 정숙함을 찬양하고, 음란함을 경계하면서 가문의식을 고취한다는 점에서 장편가문소설로서의 일반적인 특징을 가지고 있지만, 악인들을 강력하게 징치하는 과정에서 오히려 악인들의 강렬한 애정욕구가 부각되었고, 비공식적 징치에서는 징치해야 할 요소들이 오히려 강조되고 있었다. 이 부분에서 장편가문소설이 새로운 국면으로 접어들어 변모해간다는 실마리를 찾을 수 있었다. Usually, the wicked characters, in korean classical long family novel, are forgived and return to their family. But all the wicked character in < Imssisamdaerok > are punished. It is never come back to ther family. Why is it? To solve the problem, this thesis focus on the acts and the aspects of punishment of the wicked characters in < Imssisamdaerok > and then search for the meaning of it. The wicked characters in < Imssisamdaerok > are split into three groups: bad concubine, bad male helper, bad female helper. Bad concubine bracket form the mainstream t he w icked characters in < Imssisamdaerok >. Their bad behavior caused by the strong desires for love, desire in naughty action. They have strong desires for love, ask to Emporer order to marry who they love, commit a crime to their first wife-adultery, rise inrevolt against the contry and sentenced to be died. Both Bad male helper and bad female helper rise in revolt against the country and sentenced to be died. it is common. It is common that all the wicked involve in treason and sentenced to die. We should be attention to watch the strong desire for love of the bad concubine is linked to treason. So we can conclude that the strong desire for love is as threatening to system as treason. The aspects of the punishment of the wicked characters is divided two part; official punishment and unofficial punishment. Official punishment is based on the law book and sentence to die becase of treason. Unofficial punishment is based on super natural power, casually injured, insulted by animal or common people, person to person punishment. Thorough the unofficial punishment, the wicked characters are punished finely. Whether they are punished official or unofficial, the wicked thoroughly show ruin showed the appearance. In the process, we can find a new aspect in < Imssisamdaerok > distinguish from the other korean classical family long novel. In the course of the unofficial punishment, the wicked sometimes visualized bizarre, the detailed description of the scene for the punishment on obscenity is ironically focus on obscenity. Inspite of all kind of the strong punishment, the strong desire for love of the wicked is more fierce and intense As a conclusion, < Imssisamdaerok > is an instructive novel as like as other korean classical family long novel that praise chaste women and prohibit an obscenity. But ironically it is emphasis on strong desire for love and an obscenity in the process of punishment for obscenity. we can find a new clue for change stream in korean classical family long novel.

This study was evaluated the penetration performance according to SPM type. The types of SPM are liquid and cream type. And the amounts of SPM were applied 0.13, 0.25, 0.36, and 0.51 kg/㎡. The specimen size wasφ100×30mm as KS F 4930. Test results indicated that the penetration depth of SPM were improved with increasing the amounts of application of liquid and cream SPM. In the case of applied cream SPM of 0.13, 0.25 and 0.36 kg/㎡ the standard deviation of penetration depth was less the liquid type SPM was applied.

SIS has the potential for use as a natural scaffold material because of the collagen I and III and various cytokines and growth factors. Micro/nanosized SIS powder was electrospun with a biodegradable and biocompatible polymer, polycaprolactone (PCL). PCL/SIS fibrous scaffolds were fabricated with an electrohydrodynamic process using an auxiliary conical electrode to create stable micro/nanofibrous scaffolds. As the alignment of micro/nanofibers increased, the hydrophilicity, orthotropic mechanical properties, and cellular behavior of PC-12 cells were improved.

Nanocomposites fabricated with SWCNT has been used as various engineering applications, such as polymeric composites, actuators, and chemical sensors because of unique mechanical, optical, electrical, and thermal conductivity. In this paper, we manufactured the PCL/CNT nanocomposites as a biomedical scaffold for regenerating nerve tissue. PCL/CNT fibrous nanocomposites were obtained using an electrospinning process complimented with an auxiliary conical electrode to create stable micro/nanofibrous composite. The hydrophilicity, mechanical properties, and cellular behavior of the PCL/CNT fibrous scaffold were analyzed. In addition, aligned PCL/CNT fibrous scaffolds were fabricated using various collector rotation speeds, 3.1 and 8.4 m/s. As the alignment of micro/nanofibers increased, the hydrophilicity, or thotropic mechanical properties.

Three dimensional polymeric scaffolds with a controllable pore size and porosity should have good mechanical properties and provide a biologically functional implant site. A rapid prototyping system has been developed as a good technique for fabricating 3D scaffolds. However, the scaffolds fabricated by rapid prototyping have very smooth surfaces and large pore size, which tend to discourage initial cell attachment and proliferation. In this study, to overcome this difficulty of the RP system, we propose a three-dimensional (3D) plotting method supplemented with a PEO leaching method and freeze drying process to produce a 3D collagen scaffold. The fabricated scaffold showed highly porous and pore-size-controlled 3D scaffold.

The technologies to fabricate micro/nano-patterned surface, such as electron beam lithography and nanoimprinting techniques, have been investigated several years. However, the nano-imprinting technology requiring high pressure during the process is not affordable to replicate micro/nano-surface of plant leaf due to the low stiffness of the leaf. In this study, we researched new technology to produce the hydrophobic nature of plant leaves on the surface of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). The micro/nano-patterned PDMS was fabricated by means of field-aided nano-imprint lithography (FA-NIL) technique. By varying the processing conditions of FA-NIT, we could obtain an optimized processing condition to attain hydrophobic surface of lotus leaf. The surface of the replicated PDMS was characterized using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) and surface roughness apparatus. We find that FA-NIL might be a good method to generate the soft micro/nano size structures, plant leaf.
