        항공기 날개 부분 단위구조체의 면 외 방향 물성 및 파손거동에 관한 연구

        탄소섬유 강화 플라스틱(CFRP)은 우수한 비강도 및 비강성으로 인하여 항공산업에서 널리 사용되고 있다. CFRP는 대부분 탄소섬유나 프리프레그를 적층한 구조로 사용되고 있으며, 이러한 구조는 박리가 발생할 수 있다는 치명적인 단점이 있다. 이는 보통 두께방향 섬유의 부재에서 기인한다. 본 연구에서는 탄소섬유가 세 방향으로 직조된 3차원 탄소섬유 프리폼 및 이를 적용한 항공기 날개 단위구조체를 제조하였다. 단위구조체는 항공기 날개의 핵심 요소인 스킨, 스트링거, 리브로 구성되며 수지 이송 성형공정을 이용하여 제조하였다. 압축시험을 통하여 기존의 적층형 구조물과 비교한 결과, 3차원 프리폼은 구조물의 박리예방 뿐만 아니라 강도향상에도 효과적임을 보여 주었으며, 이는 3D 프리폼 구조물이 박리 예방을 필요로 하는 다양한 분야, 특히 항공 분야에서 널리 사용될 수 있음을 의미한다.

        Babesia gibsoni 항원접종과 Theileria sergenti를 비특이 항원으로 접종한 개의 면역효과에 관한 연구

        To examine the effects of vaccination against Babesia gibsoni(B gibsoni) infection in dogs, 15 normal mixed-breed dogs(5 months to 1 year old) were divided into 3 groups with 5 dogs in each group. One of them was selected as control group(group A) and other were selected as experimental groups(group B and C). The group B was vaccinated with antigen which were mixed 0.2% of formalin treated B gibsoni and sonicated one. The group C was inoculated Theileria sergenti as a non-specific antigen. The results obtained in this experiment were summarized as follows; 1. After first vaccination, antibody titers of group B and C were increased 5 times(1:200) than those of control group(1 : 40). The antibody titers of group C were increased more than that of group B after second vaccination. When challenged with the living protozoa(Babesia gibsoni), the antibody titers of C group were elevated higher than that of B group and maintained steadly. Those were not exceeded over 1 : 5,000 for 4 weeks in all 3 groups. 2. After challenge, the peak time of the parasitemia appeared nearly on the 15th day(12~18 days) in all groups. During this period, the rate of parasitized erythrocytes in control group was $55.0{\pm}5.4$‰. But that of group B and C were $41.3{\pm}38.8$‰ and $15.2{\pm}16.3$‰, respectively. 3. After challenge with B gibsoni, all of the values of PCV, Hb, RBC and total leukocytes counts were decreased in both of the experimental and the control. 4. In all groups, there were increased lymphocytes and monocytes after challenge with the protozoa.

        Laminate composites, especially carbon fiber reinforced composites, are widely used in various industries such as aerospace and automotive industries due to their high specific strength and specific rigidity. However, the laminate composite material has a major disadvantage that peeling occurs because the fiber arrangement is all arranged in the in-plane direction, limiting the application field of the laminate composite material. In order to solve this problem, 3D preform was studied. The 3D preform can compensate for this problem because fibers are also inserted in the thickness direction. However, it is not easy to predict the properties of 3D preforms in the thickness direction because the 3D preform has fibers inserted in the fiber thickness direction and the cross-sectional shape is more complex than the laminated structure. In this study, a method for predicting the properties of the 3D preform in the thickness direction was described through a four-point bending test.

        Laminate composites, especially Carbon fiber-reinforced composites are wide used in various industry such as aerospace and automotive industry due to their high specific strength and specific stiffness. However, the laminate composites has a big disadvantage that delamination occurs because the arrangement of the fibers is all arranged in the in-plane direction, which limits the field of application of the laminate composites. In this study, we first developed a laminate composites T-beam in which π-beam and flat plate were combined and optimized the design parameters through structural analysis and mechanical tests. Afterwards, 3D weave preform T-beam was developed by applying the same design parameters of laminate composites T-beams, and improved mechanical strength was achieved compared to laminated structures. These findings are expected to be applicable to existing laminated composite structures that require increased strength.

        We developed an Al sputtering process by varying the plasma power, process temperature, and film thickness. We observed an increase of hillock distribution and average diameter with increasing plasma power, process temperature, and film thickness. Since the roughness of a film increases with the increase of the distribution and average size of hillocks, the control of hillock formation is a key factor in the reduction of Al corrosion. We observed the lowest hillock formation at 30 W and $100^{\circ}C$. This growth characteristic of sputtered Al thin films will be useful for the reduction of Al corrosion in the future of the electronic packaging field.

        전주근교의 토양에서 분리된 호각화질성 진균의 오염에 관한 조사

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the contamination rates of Keratinophilic fungi in soils In Chonju. From september to November 1986, 98 soil samples were collected at the school and children's play ground, dog barn, pig barn, cow barn, horse barn and fowl barn( total 33 sites ). The samples were collected at the different depths(0~2cm, 30cm, 50cm ) in each of the sites, respectively. Each sample was cultured at 25$^{\circ}C$ according to Modified hair baiting method by using horse mane hair as a bait. The results obtained were summerized as follows ; 1. Eighty one of the 98 soil samples were found to be positive for Keratinophilic fungi. 2. In the examination of keratinophilic fungi in 98 soil samples, the organisms isolated weie as follows; Microsporum gypseum 20, Trichophyton ajelloi 15, Chrysosporium tropicum 40, C. Keratinophilum 24, C. tuberculatum 6 and Chrysosporium spp. like organism 4 strains. 3. The positive rates of keratinophilic fungi in each of the depths were 87.9%(29/33) in surface layer, 90.9%(30/33) in middle layer and 68.8%(22/32) in deep layer. 4. The positive rates of Keratinophilic fungi in each of the sites were 100%(3/3) in horse barn 91.7% (l1/12) in dog barn, 88.9%(16/18) in pig barn, 86.7%(13/15) in cow barn, 76.2%(16/21) in fowl barn and 75.9%(22/29) in school and children's play ground. 5. The isolation rates of M. gypseum, Pathogenic fungi for human and animals, were as follows ; 58.3% in dog barn(surface layers 100%, middle layers 50%, deep layers 25%) and 16.7% in pig barn(surface 33.3%, middle 16.7%, deep 0%). In the cow barn, the isolation rates were 13.3%(surface 40.0%, middle 0%, deep 0%) and 10% in horse barn(surface l00%, middle 100%, depp 100%). In the fowl barn, the isolation rates was 19.1%(surface 28.8%, middle 14.3%, deep 14.3%) and 3.5% in school and children's play ground(surface 0%, middle 0%, deep 11.1%).

        개의 Babesia gibsoni 감염예방에 관한 연구 1. 항원의 Sonication 및 Formalin 처리에 의한 예방접종

In the western blot, the lane A revealed specific two bands on the regions of 54kd and 100kd, respectively. 2. After the first vaccination, the antibody titers of group B and C were higher 5 times(1 : 200) than those of control group(1:40). After the second vaccination, the antibody titers of group B and C have not changed. When challenged with the protozoa(Babesia gibsoni), the antibody titers(1 : 5,000) were elevated in all groups. But these were not exceeded over 1 : 5,000 for 4 weeks. 3. After challenge, the peak time of increased numbers of the protozoa was the 15th day (12-18 days) in all groups. During these days, the rate of parasitized erythrocytes in control group was 55.0${\pm}$5.4%. But those of group B and group C were 26.0${\pm}$6.4%, and 15.6${\pm}$7.8%, respectively. 4. After challenge, all of the values of PCV, Hb, RBC were shown to decrease in all of the control and experimental groups. 5. The total leukocytes counts are shown a tendency of reduction in all groups after challenge. 6. In all groups, there were increase in lymphocytes and monocytes after challenge.
