        PBL적용수업이 특성화 고등학교 학생의 직업기초능력에 미치는 영향

        Modern education is changing from one-sided, knowledge-oriented, instructor-led education to active learning by learners themselves. In this study, the contents of classes that should be learned in the up-style curriculum of hairdressing were developed and applied based on PBL, confirming the effects of PBL classes on job basic skills and self-learning evaluations. In this study, the Cronbach's α coefficient was calculated to see the internal consistency of the questions in order to verify the reliability of the questionnaires and the questionnaires for self-study assessment sheets, measured on a multiple question scale. In this study, the problem was developed with the aim of identifying changes in students by combining existing lecture-style classes with PBL-applied classes. To develop the PBL class model, the design model was first developed, and feasibility and usefulness were reviewed through expert advice. The model of the PBL class was designed in eight stages: 1 class development, 2 problem preparation, 3 group discussion, 4 individual learning activities, 5 solution design, 6 presentation and arrangement, 7 direct training, 8 final course evaluation, and applied to a total of 6 classes. As a result of this study, the application of the upstream class model based on PBL to learners was generally more satisfactory than the existing lecture class, and the effectiveness of PBL classes was verified. In order to enhance the satisfaction level of beauty education, diverse and effective teaching methods will need to be developed and applied, not conventional lecture-style classes.

        파열된 전방 십자인대 잔류 조직 내 기계적 수용기

        목적: 파열된 전방 십자인대 잔류 조직내 기계적 수용기의 존재 여부를 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 전방 십자인대 파열 환자 21명에서 전방 십자인대 재건술시 경골 부착부 잔류 조직을 떼어 내었다. 대조군으로 각각 32세와 41세 남자의 외상성 대퇴 상부 절단 시 얻은 정상 전방 십자인대 2예를 대상으로 하였다. 떼어낸 표본을 급속동결 후 40㎛ 두께로 연속 절편하였다. 잔류 조직의 총 절편수는 1,502개, 대조군의 총 절편수는 264개였다. 각 절편에 면역조직화학염색을 한 후 광학 현미경하에 신경섬유와 기계적 수용기를 관찰하고 수와 위치를 분석하였다. 잔류 조직에서는 기계적 수용기가 보이는 군과 보이지 않는 군 간의 수상 후 수술까지의 기간과 평균 절편 수를 비교하였다. 통계적 분석은 independent sample tset-t를 이용하였다. 결과: 잔류 조직에서는 총 21예 중 7예에서 총 107개가 발견되었다. 두개의 대조군 인대에서는 총 19개의 기계적 수용기가 관찰되었고, 분포는 경골 및 대퇴골 부착부에 고루게 분포하였다. 기계적 수용기가 보이는 군(7예)과 보이지 않는 군(14예)간의 나이와 평균 절편수 및 수상 후 기간에 따른 차이는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 결론: 파열된 전방 십자인대 잔류 조직내 기계적 수용기의 존재는 임상적으로 전방십자인대 재건술시 잔류조직 보존의 필요성을 시사해주는 결과라 생각한다. Purpose: This study was performed to identify the presence of mechanoreceptors in the tibial remnants of injured anterior cruciate ligaments (ACLs) in human knees by immunohistochemistry. Materials and Methods: Twenty-one specimens of tibial remnants of ACLs from patients with ACL ruptures were obtained during arthroscopic ACL reconstruction procedures. As a control, two normal ACL specimens were taken from healthy men at the time of traumatic above the knee amputations. The ACL specimens were serially frozen-sectioned at a thickness of 40 ㎛. The average number of sections from each specimen was 71.5 (total 1,502) in the remnant group and 132 (total 264) in the control group. Immunohistochemical staining was used for detection of the neural elements. The mechanoreceptors were identified under a light microscope and their locations and amounts were recorded. An independent sample t-test was used for analysis. Results: In the remnants of the ACLs, ten mechanoreceptors were identified in 7 (33.3%) out of 21 cases. Nineteen mechanoreceptors were detected in the two normal ACLs, which demonstrated an even distribution at both the tibial and femoral attachments. There was no significant difference between the MR-present group (7 cases) and the MR-absent group (14 cases) with respect to the number of sections, age, and time from injury to surgery. Conclusion: The identification of mechanoreceptors in the remnants of ruptured ACL specimens could support the necessity for the preservation of the tibial remnant during ACL reconstruction to improve joint proprioception.
