        대학 행정관리자의 온정적 합리주의 리더십과 행정직원의 학습문화 수준, 자기효능감, 팔로워십 및 조직효과성 간의 구조적 관계

        본 연구의 목적은 대학 행정관리자의 온정적 합리주의 리더십과 행정직원의 학습문화 수준, 자기효능감, 팔로워십 및 조직효과성 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 전국 33개 대학의 행정직원을 대상으로 785개의 표본을 추출하였고 연구모델의 통계적 검증을 위하여 SPSS 26.0, AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 구조방정식 등의 분석 방법을 활용하였다. 연구 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 대학 행정관리자의 온정적 합리주의 리더십은 조직효과성에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤고 행정직원의 학습문화 수준, 자기효능감, 팔로워십을 매개하여 조직효과성에 이르는 경로도 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 대학 행정관리자의 온정적 합리주의 리더십은 행정직원의 팔로워십에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤고, 행정직원의 자기효능감 매개하는 경로와 학습문화 수준, 자기효능감을 거쳐 팔로워십 매개하는 경로도 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 대학 행정관리자의 온정적 합리주의 리더십은 행정직원의 자기효능감에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤고, 학습문화 수준을 매개하여 자기효능감에 간접효과를 보였다. 넷째, 대학 행정관리자의 온정적 합리주의 리더십은 행정직원의 학습문화 수준에 직접효과를 미쳤다는 것이 확인되었다. 연구 결과를 통해 대학 행정의 조직효과성 향상을 위해서는 행정관리자의 온정적 합리주의 리더십을 강화할 필요가 있으며 행정직원의 학습문화 형성 및 지원을 통해 조직효과성을 개선할 수 있음을 확인하였다. The purpose of this research was to identify and analyze the structural relationships between administrators’ compassionate rationalism leadership, administrative staff’s level of learning culture, self-efficacy, followership and organizational effectiveness in South Korean universities. To accomplish this research purpose, valid 785 data were extracted, as one sample, from a survey of administrative staff working at 33 universities in South Korea and the data analyses were performed, using SPSS Statistics 26.0 and SPSS AMOS 22.0 for the structural equation modeling(SEM). The research results were as follows. First, compassionate rationalism leadership had a effect on organizational effectiveness in a direct pathway and had a effect on organizational effectiveness in indirect pathways through parameters of administrative staff’s level of learning culture, self-efficacy and followership. Second, compassionate rationalism leadership had a directly effect on staff’s followership and had an indirectly effect on staff’s followership through a parameter of self-efficacy and through parameters of staff’s level of learning culture and self-efficacy. Third, compassionate rationalism leadership showed a effect on self-efficacy directly and a effect on self-efficacy mediated by a parameter of staff’s level of learning culture. Fourth, compassionate rationalism leadership was identified to affect staff’s level of learning culture positively and directly. the research results were drawn as follows. improve organizational effectiveness, it was considered that university administrators need to reinforce compassionate rationalism leadership for staff, it was identified that organizational effectiveness can be improved through forming and supporting learning culture for staff.

        대학 핵심역량과 학과 전공역량 중심의 교육과정 개발 사례

        This study was aims to derive implications through the development of a university's competency-based curriculum. According to result, We were able to look at the characteristics of competency-based curriculum development and see that universities are increasingly upgrading their development of competency-based curriculum. To mention these four aspects, the following are the implications. First, the key competences of universities and majors were mapped by subjects in the existing competency mapping for subjects, but the level and type of classes were reflected in the universities that upgraded them. Second, in the existing competency-based curriculum, students' level of improvement was determined by developing and measuring key competency diagnostic tools. Third, in the existing competency-based curriculum, the teaching method was voluntarily selected by the professor in charge of the curriculum. However, the university developed the competency-based curriculum based on the teaching methods required by universities. Fourth, the feedback system was introduced and utilized in existing competency-based curriculum. However, at the University developed, it received feedback from outside expert panels. 본 연구는 대학의 역량중심 교육과정의 개발 사례를 통해서 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구결과를 통해서 역량중심 교육과정 개발의 특징을 살펴볼 수 있었으며, 대학들이 점점 역량중심 교육과정 개발을 고도화 시키고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이를 4가지 측면에서 시사점을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기존의 교과목 역량 맵핑에서는 대학의 핵심역량과 학과의 전공역량을 교과목별로 맵핑을 하였으나, 이를 고도화 시킨 대학에서는 수업유형 및 수준을 반영하였다. 둘째, 기존의 역량중심 교육과정에서는 핵심역량 진단도구를 개발하여 이를 측정함으로써 학생들의 역량 향상 정도를 파악하였다. 셋째, 기존의 역량중심 교육과정에서는 교수법은 교과목 담당 교수가 자율적으로 정하였다. 그러나 이를 고도화 시킨 대학에서는 대학에서 요구하는 교수법 중심으로 역량중심 교육과정을 개발하였다. 넷째, 기존의 역량중심 교육과정에서도 환류시스템 구축은 도입되어 활용하고 있었다. 그러나 이를 고도화 시킨 대학에서는 외부전문가 패널들로부터 피드백을 받도록 하였다.

      • Numerical and Experimental Studies on Air Humidification by Water Sprays

        Water sprays are employed in the humidification of air in a large number of practical engineering applications. The method of fogging and characteristics of water droplets vary depending on the requirements of a given application. Present work investigates the process of air humidification with water sprays from fog nozzles for inlet fogging applications. CFD simulation of an air humidification process is done using available experimental data for fog nozzles. Experiments are carried out on a long air duct to validate the CFD findings. Amount of cooling obtained is determined experimental measurements and the evaporation of droplets is studied with flow visualization. The experimental and numerical results obtained are found to match well with each other.

      • 기액이상류 원심분리기의 성능개선에 관한 연구

        Gas-liquid separator has been designed for the sake of reducing expenses associated with production operations. To date, a number of gas-liquid separators have been installed and put to use for various applications. Despite the advantages of simple and compact configuration of separator with no moving part, its efficient operation is limited in terms of total pressure losses, separation performance and flow-induced noise and vibration, which are closely associated with the very complicated flow phenomena involved. In the present study, a gas-liquid centrifugal separator with a swirl vane is investigated for the purpose of water separation from compressed moisture air. The 3D Navier-Stokes equations are numerically solved using a fully implicit finite volume scheme. Based upon the obtained solutions, tangential velocities, centrifugal forces, vortices and total pressure losses are analyzed to find out the best design parameters. From the present study, several attempts are made to improve the performance of conventional separators of centrifugal type.

        An orifice flowmeter is an efficient device for measuring flow rate utilizing velocity and pressure variation across the orifice plate. The orifice flowmeter is widely used in industry on account of its simple geometry, little maintenance, and advantage of a moderate production cost of installation. However there has been a frequent error caused by a large pressure drop and turbulent flow in orifice downstream. The present study analyzes a efficiency and performance of an orifice flowmeter by changing the diffuser design of outlet pipe so that the orifice flowmeter with losses system can induce a decrease loss and uniform flow effectively adopting a diffuser. The two dimensional, compressible Navier-Stokes equation are numerically solved using a fully implicit finite volume scheme. Sizes of the diffuser inlet diameter are changed, and enlargement angle, area ratio and total pressure losses are analyzed to find out the best design parameters. The results show that the present the orifice flowmeter with losses system effectively decreases loss coefficient.

      • NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF AIR FLOW WITH SPRAY FOG DROPLETS

        For power savings during the hot summer months, the inlet air to air compressors are cooled by evaporative cooling techniques. Inlet fogging is a popular evaporative cooling technique for cooling the inlet air to air compressors and gas turbine power plants. In the present work, numerical simulations are carried out to analyze the evaporation and dynamics of fog droplets of different diameters in a typical intake duct. Droplet data for an impaction pin nozzle are used for the simulation. The effects of droplet size and ambient conditions on the temperature distribution of the air stream in the duct are discussed. Droplet trajectories are also investigated to identify the suitable locations for the fogging nozzles within the duct.

        비만인과 정상인의 근육둘레비율 및 수분분포와 BMI의 상관성 연구

        Objectives : This study aims to confirm the importance of behavior habit and exercise, especially leg exercise in obese. Methods : Out of 2247 people, we divided 1125 people in normal group(BMI<25) and 1122 people in obese group(BMI.25). We measured each arm, leg, abdomen muscle circumference and right and left water difference using BIA. We Investigated whether ratio of leg muscle circumference to arm and abdomen has differences by statistics between each groups. And analyzed correlation with BMI. We also investigated right and left water distribution difference of two group`s limbs and the correlation with BMI. Statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS program. Results : 1. In obese group, ratio of leg muscle circumference to arm and abdomen is significantly lower than normal group(P<0.001).2. Ratio of leg muscle circumference to arm and abdomen were negatively correlated with BMI(r=-0.461, r=-0.462, P<0.001). And partial correlation coefficient controlled for age and sex is -0.528, -0.632(P<0.001). 3. In the case of women, there was right and left water distribution difference as statistical in leg. In the case of Obese, the difference is serious. Conclusions : These results suggest that exercise and activity of lower limbs is more needed in the field of obesity treatment and prevention.
