        진성리더십, 긍정심리자본, 잡크래프팅, 직무성과 간의 구조적 관계에 관한 분석 - 재중 한국기업 중국현지 종업원을 대상으로 -

        본 연구에서는 재중 한국기업의 중국현지 종업원들을 대상으로 하여 한국인 직속상사의 진성리더십이 종업원들의 긍정심리자본, 잡크래프팅 및 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 중국에 진출한 한국기업에 근무하고 있는 295명의 중국현지 종업원들로부터 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집한 후 구조방정식 모형분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 실증분석 결과 나타난 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진성리더십은 긍정심리자본과 잡크래프팅 및 직무성과에 각각 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본은 잡크래프팅과 직무성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 잡크래프팅은 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 재중 한국기업의 조직관리자들에게 중국현지에서의 성공적인 조직운영 및 인적자원관리를 위한 바람직한 리더십 발휘와 관련한 몇 가지 시사점을 제시하고 있다. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of Korean direct superior’s authentic leadership on positive psychological capital, job crafting and job performance of local employee of Korean firms in China. For this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 295 employees working in Korean firms in China and then hypothesis were verified through the Structural Equation Modeling method. The results obtained by actual analysis are as follows. First, authentic leadership has a positive effect on positive psychological capital, job crafting and job performance respectively. Second, positive psychological capital has a positive effect on job crafting and job performance. Finally, job crafting has not effect on job performance. These findings have practical implications which is related exercise the desirable leadership for the successful management of organization and human resource administration to organization administrators of the Korean firms in China.

        【사회과학(社會科學)】 : 기업광고가 기업이미지, 소비자-기업 동일시 및 소비자의 제품평가와 행위적 반응에 미치는 영향: 중국진출 한국기업을 중심으로

        Current Korean companies in China have made their efforts to perform corporate advertising for improving the corporate image as well as marketing activities directly related to a product. In this context, this study is to learn how corporate advertising influences corporate image as well as corporate image and consumer-company identification in regard of Chinese consumers influence the consumers behavioral responses with their evaluation on Korean products. Based on the previous studies and theoretical discussions, the study tested four research hypotheses for development of theoretical research model. In order to empirically test research model, data were collected by administering MBA students from major universities in China. The results obtained by actual analysis are as follows. First, corporate advertising turns out to be positively influential on corporate image. Second, corporate image is positively influential on consumer-company identification, the consumer-company identification on Chinese consumers’ evaluation on Korean products, and positive evaluation on Korean products in turn induces positive influences on Chinese consumers’ behavioral responses. These results suggest that in the future the Korean companies already settled in China not only need to enhance positive corporate image but also have to make efforts on performing corporate advertising activities in order to improve their continuous and long term relationship with Chinese consumers.

        해안역 도시의 도시구조 분석 및 열환경 평가

        To relieve urban high temperature phenomenon like heat island, analyzing urban structure is needed. In that case utilizing GIS which manages numerous information can be an effective access. Therefore this study aims at constructing EGIS DB of Haeundae, a coastal area, performing statistical analysis for understanding urban structure and ultimately accomplishing numerical simulation. The accomplished results of this study are as follows. 1)Building Information Database is constructed as integrating digital maps and building register file into a GIS Database. 2)EGIS DB is constructed as mesh data with environmental information data and the preceding building information database. 3)EGIS DB is converted into statistical data supporting to accomplish statistical analysis and calculate urban structure factors' figures according to the Frequency Analysis. 4) On the base of 18 urban planning items of study area, 6 component is pulled out and whole study area is grouped as 8 types according to the Principal Component Analysis. 5) To evaluate thermal environment of 8-type group, Urban Climate simulation of a Summer hottest day is carried out by UCSS (Urban Climate Simulation System) Box Model and the result is analyzed on the side of air temperature and heat budget.

        가변난방도일법을 활용한 공동주택 외피단열사양의 민감도 분석

        This study is focused on design conditions for energy saving of apartment house and acquiring 1/2/3 rating by setting mean Q-value as main thermal performance variable. The conclusions are as follows. 1) 4,752 cases of total energy saving rate and heating load compared to standard model according to mean Q-value were analyzed. Heating load decreased 2GJ/yr as mean Q-value fell by 0.1 and the relation was linear. Total energy saving rate compared to standard model increased 5~6% as mean Q-value fell by 0.1. 2) In case mean Q-value is 1.50, total energy saving rate and heating energy consumption according to building direction, shading coefficient of window, the efficiency of boiler, the change of the building location. 3) By setting the variables related to building exterior thermal performance as independent variable and total energy saving rate as dependent variable, the equation between variables was deduced using multiple regression analysis to estimate total energy saving rate for getting the building energy efficient rating. It is expected that derived equation can be used to design apartment house for acquiring 1/2/3 rating by estimating total energy saving rate easily in an early design stage.

        해안도시의 여름철 열환경형성 특성 분석

        This study accomplished urban climate simulation on the base of E-GIS(Environment-Geographic Information System) DB using UCSS(Urban Climate Simulation System) which is 3?dimensional urban climate simulation system and analyzed the characteristics of urban thermal environment reflected by the combination of urban structures like building condition, land coverage and topology. The results of this study are as follows. 1) Urban structure information was constructed as E-GIS DB to derive typical urban climate phenomenon quantitatively. Numerical simulation of summer typical day was executed on the area of 10㎞×11.6㎞ of Haeundae district in Busan. 2) At the high building covered zones in the built up area with typical urban characteristics, almost over 30℃ of air temperature was appeared at 14 o’clock and around 27℃ of air temperature had been maintained until 6 o’clock when the lowest air temperature of a day appeared. As to forming thermal environment composition like heat waves during the daytime and tropical night by the urbanization, over 30℃ of air temperature appeared in 63%(89%, building located area) of the whole study area at 14 o’clock and over 25℃ appeared in 32%(77%, building located area) at 6 o’clock. 3) Urban climate characteristics were analyzed on the base of urban structure with the climatal elements, output as a result of UCSS. Almost over 31℃ of air temperature was formed at the building coverage ratio of more than 30% with artificial land coverage. When water coverage ratio or trees coverage ratio was increased to 100%, temperature declined to 27~28℃ each. Higher Temperature was as inverse proportion to wind velocity decrease by the result of heat mixture decline of generated from the ground. These results implies that disadvantageous thermal environment was formed throughout the whole study area because of intensive urbanization but also there exists the potentiality of introducing lower temperature characteristics of environmentally friend design strategies of the study area.

        대만 소비자들의 한국제품 선택에 관한 연구

        This study researches directly and indirectly how country image, product attributes and brand personality, influence the Taiwanese consumer’s Korean Products selection and reports the strategic implications of its findings. From the Taiwanese consumers viewpoints, the researcher sought to determine how country image, product attributes and brand personality influence Korean Products selection. The strategic implications of this study are as follows: brand personality presents a symbolic aspect that accounts for a significant amount of differences in the Taiwanese consumer’s Korean Products selection. Throughout this study, it can be acutely recognized that brand personality in relation to its symbolic aspect has an important influence on the Taiwanese consumer’s Korean Products selection. This study suggests the necessity of effort to develop representative brands with a unique personality in connection with a country’s image, as brand personality adds identity to reliability and makes for a stronger brand in Taiwanese markets.
