견우자(牽牛子)가 관절염 유발 흰쥐의 소염 및 해열작용에 미치는 영향

Objective : This study was designed to check the effects of PS(Pharbitidis semen) on anti-inflammatory effect and anti-febrile effect in carrageenan-induced arthritic rats. Methods and Materials : 1. PS(Pharbitidis semen) was orally administered to carrageenan-induced arthritic rats and then the rate of increse of paw edema, CRP, ESR, WBC and NO in urine were checked. 2. PS(Pharbitidis semen) was orally administered to rats with sample group and then recto-temperature was checked. Results : 1. In the sample group, the rate of increase of paw edema was significantly decreased as compared with that of control group. 2. In the sample group, CRP was significantly decreased as compared with that of control group. 3. In the sample group, ESR was significantly decreased as compared with that of control group. 4. In the sample group, WBC was significantly decreased as compared with that of control group. 5. In the sample group, recto-temperature was significantly decreased as compared with that of control group. Conclusions : These results suggest that PS(Pharbitidis semen) have curative effects on anti-inflammatory effect carrageenan-induced arthritis and anti-febrile effect in rats. We need to study its mechanism further.

산업용 대마 인피 섬유와 목부 화학적 조성분석 결과 목부는 활엽수와 유사한 화학적 조성을 보였지만 인피 섬유는 리그닌 함량이 낮고 온수 추출물 함량이 높았다. 온수 추출 함량은 인피섬유에서 20.5%와 목부에서 9.1%로 셀룰로오스, 헤미셀룰로오스, 리그닌의 주성분을 제외하고 가장 높은 함량을 보였으며 당류 구성 성분은 이중 인피 섬유에서 4.8%-포인트와 목부에서 2.1%-포인트를 차지 하고 있었다. 목부에서는 다당류 중 셀룰로오스와 자일란의 비율이 44.5:22.5로 일반적인 활엽수 바이오매스와 비슷한 비율을 나타냈지만 인피섬유에서는 50.0:7.7로 주로 셀룰로오스 위주로 구성되어 있었다. 산업용 대마 목부는 전처리하지 않은 상태에서 셀룰라아제 효소당화에서 활엽수보다 3.5배 용이하게 당화 할 수 있었다. Chemical composition and enzymatic saccharification characteristics of hemp woody core were investigated by their chemical composition analysis and enzymatic saccharification with commercially available cellulases (Celluclast 1.5L and Novozym 342). Hemp woody core have higher xylan and lower lignin contents than those of its bast fiber. Based on hemicelluloses and lignin composition, hemp woody core have similar with hardwood biomass. However, Hemp woody core biomass shows higher saccharification than yellow poplar (hardwood biomass) based on cellulose and xylan hydrolysis.
Sw-BKP, Hw-BKP, PVA 섬유의 배합비에 따른 수초지의 물성과 파괴인성의 변화

In order to improve the strength of paper, mixing ratio of Sw-BKP and Hw-BKP and PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) fibers dosage were investigated. When the Sw-BKP fraction was increased, strength properties were increased because of average fibers length increased. When PVA fraction increased, paper strength was increased, but there was dissolution of PVA in water. The reason for improving handsheet strength that contained PVA was due to increased bonding action between the fibers by the PVA. The addition of PVA to kraft pulp would be helpful for packaging paper materials to increase strength and fracture toughness.
