개별화된 긍정적 행동지원 중재 중요도와 실행도에 대한 중학교 특수학급 교사의 인식

본 연구에서는 중학교 특수학급 교사들을 대상으로 개별화된 긍정적 행동지원 중재 절차의 중요도 인식과 실행과 관련한 인식을 조사하고 운영상 필요한 지원요구는 무엇인지 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 경기도 중학교 특수학급 교사 100명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석방법으로는 IBM SPSS 25를 활용하여 항목별 중요도와 실행도 인식이 유의한 차이를 보이는지 검증하기 위해 대응표본 t-검정(Paired sample t-test) 및 반복측정 분산분석(Repeated measures ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 주관식 문항에 대하여서는 빈도분석을 하였다. 본 연구 결과 특수 교사의 중요도 인식 정도는 기능평가, 중재, 위기관리계획, 문제행동의 선정 및 우선 순위화 순으로 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 특수 교사의 실제적 실행 정도는 중재, 기능평가, 문제행동의 선정 및 우선 순위화, 위기관리 순으로 실행 정도가 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 긍정적 행동지원 실행을 위해 필요한 요구는 학교 전체 문화조성, 시간과 인력 확보, 행동 중재 전문성 확보 등으로 조사되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of middle school special education teachers on importance and implementability of the individualized positive behavior support, and to find out what administrative support is needed for positive behavior support in inclusive middle school setting. Specific research questions were as follows. First, what is the perceptions of special education teachers on the importance of the individualized positive behavior support in inclusive middle school? Second, what is the perceptions of special education teachers on implementability of individualized positive behavior support in inclusive middle schools? Third, what support is necessary to implement and manage the individualized positive behavior support in inclusive middle school? Paired Sample t-test and Repeated Measures ANOVA methods were operated, utilizing IBM SPSS 25 for quantitative data analysis. Open questions were also included to know the needed support for teachers. The results of the study were as follows: First, it was found that the special education teachers perceived functional behavior assessment, intervention, and crisis intervention plan being important factors mostly. Secondly, teachers had been implemented functional behavior assessment, prioritizing target behavior defining and crisis intervention plan at school. Lastly, it is necessary to provide administrative support for teachers like enough time for intervention, school culture change and professional help like applied behavior analysis for positive behavior intervention support in inclusive middle school.

In an aging society, there is an increasing possibility of the duplication of the drugs given to patients because they take many kinds of drugs. Among the prescriptions given to the patients who was treated at multiple ambulatory clinics in St. Mary's hospital for one month of September, 2002, in which drugs that has identical or similar effects are prescribed, we analysed and evaluated them by patients' characteristics, kinds of medication, severity of side effects on a case by case basis. More, we assessed the potential additional costs. As a result of this study, the duplication rate turned out to be 6.69% and it was shown that the proportion of the elderly patients over 60 was high. The gastro-intestinal medications took up a large part and most of the cases showed that the danger caused by double taking of medicine was slight, but there were some examples in which the serious side effects were predicted. Expected additional costs were the average 11.349 won and it ranges from the minimum of 56 won to the maximum of 135,720 won. In conclusion, the management of drug histories of the patients who need the plural treatments is very important and the necessity of the individual and professional guidance of taking medicines for the elderly patients is emerged, too.
