방적사의 단주기 불균제도에 관한 연구 -제4보 톱 로울러 압력과 텐서 오우프닝 및 드래프트 속도가 단주기 불균제도에 미치는 영향-

Effects of the top roller weighting, tensor opening, and drafting speed on the added irregularity (short term, long term and total), yarn evenness (U%) and other properties of three spun yarns, carded 30's, combed 38's, and polyester/cotton blended 45's were studied, and the results were as the followings; 1. Short term added irregularity, total added irregularity, and U% were minimum at 16-12-14 (kg) of top roller weighting (front-middle-back) for carded yarn 30's and 13-12-13 (kg) for combed yarn 38's and P/C blended yarn 45's. Maximum lea C.S.P. was obtained at 16-12-14 (kg) of top roller weighting for all experimented yarns. Imperfections for P/C blended yarn 45's were minimum at 13-12-13 (kg) of top roller weighting. 2. Short term added irregularity, total added irregularity, and U% were minimum at 3.0∼3.5mm of tensor opening for carded yarn 30's, and 2.5mm for combed yarn 38's and P/C blended yarn 45's. Maximum lea C.S.P. was obtained at 3.5mm for carded yarn 30's, 2.5mm for combed yarn 38's and 3.0mm for P/C blended yarn 45's. Imperfections were increased with the increase of tensor opening for all experimented yarns. 3. Short term added irregularity, total added irregularity, and U% were increased linearly with the increase of drafting speed for combed yarn 38's and P/C blended yarn 45's, but not for carded yarn 30's. Maximum lea C.S.P. was obtained at the spindle speed of 8,000 r.p.m. for carded yarn 30's and combed yarn 38's, 10,000 r.p.m. for P/C blended yarn 45's. Single yarn breaking extension was decreased with the increase of drafting speed.

The quality of a fine count cotton yarn has been studied and discussed, changing the processing conditions in drawing and roving processes such as three or two drawing process and two or single roving process. The results show that with two drawing processes and two roving processes, its quality (strength and evenness) was superior to the others.

Effect of the eccentric front top roller on the short term irregularity of three spun yarns, carded 30's combed 83's and polyester/ cotton blended 45's was studied, and the results of it were as the followings; 1. Effect of the eccentricity of front top roller on the irregularity of the spun yarn was significant and the irregularity produced was linearly increased with the level of eccentricity. 2. Maximum allowable eccentricity of front top roller for the tested yarns should be less than 2/100mm to avoid irregularity caused from the eccentricity. 3. Added irregularity (CVE) produced only from the eccentricity was expressed with the following empirical equations; CD30 : CVE=105(D-1)α·e/d-0.3 CD30 : CVE=73(D-1)α·e/d+1.8 P/C45 : CVE=63(D-1)α·e/d+2.0 where D : draft ratio e : eccentricity (1/100mm) d : diameter of top roller (mm) d' : diameter of bottom roller (mm) α : 2d'/d+d' 4. Irrequalarity caused from the eccentric front top roller had periodicity and most of their length of period were the same as the circumference of the roller and some of them were the half of it. 5. Single strand strength of spun yarn was decreased, as the eccentricity was increased and the rate of it had the maximum value on the carded yarn 30's.

아동 및 청소년의 상실 경험에 대한 이해와 학교상담의 개입

This article reviewed previous studies on grief and loss of youth for comprehensive understanding. For the purpose of the study, the researchers sepecifically reviewed on experience of loss (e.g. death of parents or friends, experiencing parents' divorce or loss of siginificant relationships) and grieving process of youth. Children and youth with loss could experience emotional difficulties (e.g. depression, detachment, guilty, and anger depressions) with physical, cognitive and social change. Thus, it is critical for school counselors or psychogists to understand their grief and loss for providing effective interventions. The study reviewed effective interventions based on ASCA national model and implications to Korean culture were discussed. Suggestions for future studies were also discussed. 본 연구는 아동 및 청소년의 상실 경험에 대한 이해를 위해 기존의 연구들을 전반적으로 살펴보았다. 상실은 사랑하는 사람이나 대상의 상실 외에도 다양하지만, 특히 아동 및 청소년에게 부정적인 영향을 끼치는 부모의 이혼이나 사별 등을 포함한 상실 경험과 이로 인한 슬픔이 어떻게 드러나는 가에 대해 알아보았다. 상실에 대해 충분한 관심과 보살핌을 받지 못한 아동 및 청소년들은 우울, 무감각, 죄책감, 분노 등의 정서적 고통 외에도 신체적, 인지적. 사회적 변화를 나타내기 때문에, 하루 중 가장 많은 시간을 보내고 이들의 고통을 가장 잘 인식할 수 있는 학교가 어떻게 개입할 수 있는지에 대해서도 함께 살펴보았다. 학교상담에 기초한 개입은 아동과 청소년들이 상실과 슬픔에 따르는 어려움을 잘 극복하고 건강한 발달과 성장을 할 수 있도록 도와줄 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 미국의 ASCA 모형을 중심으로 생활지도, 개별계획, 반응적 서비스, 체계지원 등의 영역에서 아동 및 청소년들의 슬픔과 상실경험에 학교상담자가 어떻게 개입할 수 있는지에 대한 방안들을 간략하게 살펴보았으며, 앞으로도 계속 아동 및 청소년의 상실 경험에 학교상담이 관심을 가져야 하는 이유와 지속적인 연구에 대한 제언 및 진행 방향에 대해서도 논의하였다.

본 연구는 청소년기에 죽음 및 관계 상실을 경험한 참여자 11명을 대상으로 심층 면담하여 자료를 수집했다. 청소년기의 상실 경험에 대한 접근은 기존의 양적 연구방법보다는 질적 연구방법을 통해 더 깊이 있게 이해하게 되고, 효과적인 개입전략을 세우는데 도움이 될 것으로 생각되어 합의적 질적 분석방법(CQR)으로 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 청소년기에 어떤 상실을 경험했는지, 특히 가장 많은 영향을 받은 충격적 상실 경험이라고 보고된 내용에 초점을 맞추어 내용을 분석했다. 청소년기 상실 경험의 내용은 상실 경험에 따른 어려움, 상실경험 극복을 위한 대처, 주변에서 나를 힘들게 한 일, 상실 경험 후 내가 받은 영향, 앞으로의 바람, 상실 경험 극복을 위한 도움말로 6개 영역으로 분류되었다. 상실경험을 통해 청소년들은 정서적․인지적․행동적 측면을 포함한 다양한 측면에서 어려움을 경험하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 참가자들은 상실 경험 이후에 현실적인 변화와 내적으로 단단해지는 것과 같은 긍정적인 변화를 보고하기도 했으나 지속적인 대인 관계에서의 어려움을 포함한 부정적인 변화에 대해서도 보고했다. 본 연구를 통해 청소년기의 상실 경험에 대해 보다 깊이 있게 이해할 수 있었으며, 이 내용을 바탕으로 앞으로 청소년 상담에서 고려할 점과 함께 본 연구의 함의와 연구의 한계점 및 추후 연구에 대한 제안을 논의하였다.
