양육자의 메시지 불일치가 유아의 자기주도적 선택에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 양육자가 제공하는 메시지 불일치가 유아의 자기주도적 선택에 부정적인 영향을 미친다는 가설을 실험적으로 검증하는 것이었다. 이를 위해, 선행연구에서 개발된 무표정 패러다임을 수정하여 언어적 메시지와 정서적 메시지가 일치하는 조건과 불일치하는 조건을 실험적으로 조작한 뒤, 각 조건에서 유아의 자기주도적 선택에 소요되는 반응시간을 비교하였다. 만 5-7세의 유아 24명의 자료를 분석한 결과, 메시지 불일치 조건의 반응시간이 메시지 일치 조건의 반응시간보다 통계적으로 유의미하게 지연되었다. 이것은 양육자의 메시지 불일치가 유아의 자기주도적 선택에 부정적 영향을 미쳐서 반응시간을 지연시킬 것이라는 가설을 지지하는 결과였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구의 함의와 한계를 논의하였다. The aim of this experiment was to explore the negative effects of caregiver’s incongruent messages on children’s self-initiative. In order to test the hypothesis, still-face paradigm was modified and 24 children’s reaction times were measured in each conditions: congruent messages vs. incongruent messages. The results showed that reaction times of incongruent messages condition were more delayed than that of congruent messages condition and the differences was statistically significant. Based on the findings, the authors discussed the implications of present experiment in theoretical and practical manner. Finally, the limitations of this study were discussed along with suggestions for further study.

아동기 외상경험과 경계선 성향의 관계에서 분노반추와 고통감내력의 효과

외상사건은 침투증상, 회피행동, 과잉각성, 과민반응, 성격변화 등의 외상후 스트레스 반응을 유발한다. 특히 아동기 외상경험은 경계선 성향의 형성과 발현에 영향을 미친다. 본 연구의 목적은 아동기 외상경험과 경계선 성향의 관계를 탐색하여 분노반추의 병리적 매개효과와 고통감내력의 치료적 조절효과를 경험적으로 검증하는 것이었다. 이를 위해, 성인 남녀 546명에게서 수집한 자료를 통계적으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 아동기 외상경험과 경계선 성향의 관계에서 분노반추의 부분매개효과가 확인되었고, 아동기 외상경험과 경계선 성향의 관계에서 고통감내력의 조절효과가 관찰되었다. 이것은 심리치료 과정에서 분노반추를 감소시키고 고통감내력을 증진시키는 것이 유익함을 시사한다. 이를 근거로 아동기 외상경험의 심리치료에 관한 이론적 및 임상적 함의를 논의하였고, 본 연구의 한계를 기술하였다. Traumatic events lead to intrusion, avoidance, arousal, sensitivity, and change of personality. Especially, childhood trauma contribute to the development and manifestation of borderline trait. The aim of this study was to investigate the pathological mediating effect of angry rumination and the therapeutic moderating effect of distress tolerance in the relationship between childhood trauma and borderline trait. Data collected from 546 male and female adults were statistically analyzed. Results showed that angry rumination partially mediated the relationship between childhood trauma and borderline trait, and distress tolerance moderated the same relationship. It was suggested that reducing angry rumination and improving distress tolerance would be therapeutic. Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.

내면화된 수치심이 부부관계 진솔성에 미치는 영향 : 정서표현 양가성과 자기자비의 조절된 매개효과

이 연구의 목적은 내면화된 수치심이 정서표현 양가성과 자기자비의 조절된 매개효과를 통해서 부부관계 진솔성에 영향을 미친다는 가설을 경험적으로 검증하는 것이었다. 이를 위해, 기혼상태의 남녀 609명의 자기보고 자료를 수집하고 위계적 회귀분석 방법으로 검토하였다. 연구 결과, 내면화된 수치심은 정서표현 양가성과는 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였고, 자기자비 및 부부관계 진솔성과는 통계적으로 유의미한 부적 상관을 보였다. 또한 내면화된 수치심과 부부관계 진솔성의 관계를 정서표현 양가성이 부분적으로 매개할 것이라는 가설 및 그 관계를 자기자비 수준이 조절할 것이라는 가설이 모두 검증되었다. 이것은 내면화된 수치심과 부부관계 진솔성의 관계에서 정서표현 양가성의 매개효과가 자기자비의 수준에 따라서 체계적인 차이를 보인다는 것을 시사하는 결과였다. 마지막으로 이러한 발견의 임상적 시사점과 방법적 한계점을 논의하였다. The aim of this study was to verify the moderated mediating effect of ambivalence and self-compassion in the influence of internalized shame on married couples’ relationship authenticity. Data collected from 609 married males and females were analyzed through hierarchical regression analyses. The results showed the mediating effect of ambivalence, and the moderated mediating effect of ambivalence and self-compassion. Thus, the mediating effect of ambivalence was systematically changed by self-compassion levels. Based on these findings, clinical implications and methodological limitations were discussed.

중년기 성인의 노화불안이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 : 인지적 유연성과 자기자비의 순차매개효과

이 연구의 목적은 중년기 성인의 노화불안이 인지적 유연성과 자기자비의 수준을 감소시키는 순차매개효과를 통해서 심리적 안녕감에 부정적 영향을 미친다는 가설을 경험적으로 검증하는 것이었다. 이를 위해, 40~64세 연령의 중년기 성인 남녀 371명의 자기보고 자료를 수집하여 통계적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 중년기 성인의 노화불안은 인지적 유연성, 자기자비, 심리적 안녕감과 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 부적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 또한 중년기 성인의 노화불안이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 부정적 영향을 인지적 유연성과 자기자비가 순차적으로 매개하는 것으로 밝혀져서, 이 연구의 가설이 검증되었다. 이것은 노화불안을 경험하고 있는 중년기 성인의 심리적 안녕감을 향상시키는 데 인지적 유연성을 회복하고 자기자비를 함양하는 개입전략이 유익할 수 있음을 시사하는 결과였다. 마지막으로 이러한 결과의 임상적 함의 및 연구의 한계를 논의하였다. The aim of this study was to investigate the serial mediating effects of cognitive flexibility and self-compassion on the relationship between aging anxiety and psychological well-being of middle age adults. Self-report data collected from 371 male and female adults were analyzed. The results showed that cognitive flexibility and self-compassion serially mediated the relationship between aging anxiety and psychological well-being. Based on the findings, authors discussed clinical implications and methodological limitations of this study in the context of psychological intervention.

동호인 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 및 전문가 델파이 조사를 통한 테니스 관람 활성화 방안 연구

본 연구의 목적은 동호인 집단의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰와 전문가 집단의 델파이 조사를 바탕으로 다양한 의견을 수렴하여 테니스 관람 활성화에 저해하는 문제점을 파악하고 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 동호인 집단의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰는 6명의 동호인들을 대상으로 실시하였고, 전문가 집단의 델파이 조사는 15명의 테니스 전문가 집단을 대상으로 실시하였다. 동호인 집단의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통해서 ``스타플레이어 부재``, ``미디어 역할 부재``, ``마케팅 부재``, ``테니스 동호회의 특이성``의 4가지 유의미한 저해 요인들이 도출되었다. 전문가 델파이 조사를 통해서는 ``선수 육성 및 관리``, ``시설``, ``마케팅``, ``행정 및 재정``, ``관람인식`` 측면의 상위차원 5가지 범주로 분류하여 하위차원 20개의 세부 개선방안 항목들을 발견할 수 있었다. 테니스 관람 활성화를 위해서 가장 우선적으로 고려해야할 문제는 ``선수 육성 및 관리``이며, 스타플레이어의 등장과, 국제대회에 참가할 수 있는 유소년 육성이 중요한 요인으로 파악되었다. The purpose of this study was to identify the problems adversely influencing tennis spectatorship and propose an improvement plan for the spectatorship by collecting the opinions of various tennis stakeholders. The focus group interview was conducted with 6 tennis club members and the delphi method was used with 15 tennis experts. Through the focus group interview, 4 meaningful factors including ``absence of star players``, ``lack of media coverage`` and ``weak marketing efforts``, and ``characteristics of tennis clubs`` were found. Results of the delphi method proposed an improvement plan with 5 high level factors such as ``development and management of tennis players``, ``improvement of tennis facility``, ``utilization of marketing strategies``, ``administration and finance``, and ``perceptions of tennis spectatorship``, and 20 sub-items. In order to promote tennis spectatorship, ``development and management of tennis players`` was found to be one of the most critical factors, and the appearance of star players and the development of youth players were important issues.

기후변화에 따른 우리나라 식생 분포 변화 및 육상 탄소 분포 변화 예측

이 연구의 목적은 온량지수 (Warmth Index)와 MC1모델 알고리즘 상의 T 지수 (T Index)를 이용하여 우리나라 산림 식생 분포를 분석하고 미래 기후자료를 이용하여 우리나라 식생 분포의 변화를 예측하는 것이다. MC1 모델은 미국 Oregon State University에서 개발한 동적 식생 모형이다. 또한, 이 MC1 모델을 이용하여 우리나라 육상 탄소 분포를 모의하고 미래 육상 탄소 분포의 변화를 예측하려고 한다. 본 연구에는 기상청에서 제공하는 과거 30년 평균 기온자료와 국립기상과학 연구소에서 제공한 미래 기상자료를 이용하였으며 FAO에서 제공하는 Word Soil Map을 보조자료로 이용하였다. 미래의 우리나라 식생 분포 변화 및 육상 탄소 분포를 예측한 결과, 소나무의 최적 생장 지대는 점점 감소하였으며 아열대 식생의 생육에 적합한 온량지수와 T지수분포가 나타났다. 또한 순일차생산과 토양탄소저장량은 미래에 감소하는 것으로 모의 되었다.
