국내 한의학 학술지에 발표된 항염증 한약재 및 한약처방 연구동향 - 2015년 이후 발표된 실험논문을 중심으로 -

Objectives : This study was conducted to investigate the research trends of herbal medicine prescriptions and herbal medicines with anti-inflammatory effects. Methods : Among the papers published in oriental medicine from 2015 to 2020(1st half), experimental papers to reveal anti-inflammatory effects were collected, and finally 198 papers were selected. The anti-inflammatory effects of each herb were summarized, and were analyzed by year, journal, experimental subjects and experimental types. Results : 1. Of the 198 papers, there were 186 papers proving anti-inflammatory drug efficacy, 6 papers comparing efficacy between drugs, and 6 papers comparing the efficacy of packaging or storage of drugs. 2. The number of anti-inflammatory drug articles published from 2015 to the first half of 2020 was 35(2015), 35(2016), 38(2017), 44(2018), 34(2019), 12(2020). 3. Papers were published in a total of 18 journals, of which 58(29.3%) were published by the Korea Journal of Herbology. 4. There were 101 papers on single herbs(51.0%) and 78(39.4%) papers on combination drugs. 71 types of single herbs were used in a total of 101 papers, of which Cheongyeol was the most common with 28. 5. Of the 198 papers, 87 in vivo papers and 125 in vitro papers were published, and 14 papers were both conducted. In vitro experiments demonstrated the efficacy of anti-inflammatory drugs in various inflammatory indicators such as NO, PGE2, and in vivo experiments demonstrated the efficacy of anti-inflammatory drugs in various inflammatory diseases such as musculoskeletal, digestive, dermal diseases.
운동유발성 근육손상 전 맥동초음파 적용이 통증과 근피로대사산물에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 위팔두갈래근의 EIMD 유발 전 맥동초음파의 적용이 통증역치, 혈중 근피로 대사산물에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 실시하였다. 대상자는 정상 성인 남성 30명으로 EIMD 유발전 맥동초음파를 적용군, EIMD 유발후 맥동초음파 적용군 그리고 아무런 처치를 하지 않은 대조군으로 세 집단을 각각 10명씩 무작위로 분류하여 진행하였다. EIMD 유발 전 맥동초음파를 적용하는 것에 대한 효과를 알아보기 위하여 사전, 24시간, 48시간, 72시간에 압통역치와 CK 그리고 LDH의 변화를 반복측정 분산분석을 통하여 비교 분석하였다. 연구결과 압통역치, CK와 LDH 농도는 시기와 집단간에 유의한 차이가 있었고, 시기와 집단간에 교호작용이 있었으며, 사후검정 결과 EIMD 유발 전 맥동초음파를 적용한 군이 다른 군에 비해 가장 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 EIMD 유발을 예방 혹은 감소시키기 위해 맥동초음파를 적용하는 것은 매우 의미있는 중재방법이라고 판단된다. Purpose: This research ascertained the effects of pulsed ultrasound intervention on muscle-fatigue related metabolites of EIMD(exercise-induced muscle damage) of biceps brachii in 20"s healthy males. 30 subjects were assigned into three groups, an experimental group I(n=10), II(n=10) and a control group(m=10). The subjects in experimental group I received the pulsed-ultrasound intervention before an exercise to induced muscle damage. The subjects in experimental group II received the pulsed-ultrasound one after EIMD, while the subjects in control group did not received any interventions. In order to evaluate the effects of pulsed-ultrasound, 3 muscle-fatigue metabolites, PPT(pressure pain threshold), serum CK(creatine kinase) and LDH(lactate dehydrogenase) were measured at pre-exercise, after 24, 48, 72 hours. Three measured indicators, PPT, CK, LDH showed the significant differences in period and among groups. There were also the significant interactions between period and group in all three variables. In the post-hoc comparison analysis, pre-exercise pulsed ultrasound intervention(the method of experimental group I) was more effective on EIMD than post-exercise intervention(that of experimental group II) and no intervention. Above results revealed that the pulsed-ultrasound intervention before an exercise had a positive effect of muscle function after EIMD. Therefore we can consider the pulsed-ultrasound as a considerable intervention method to prevent or reduce an exercise injury.
