Development of sorting machine for photo diode and its control system is addressed. The sorting machine for optical communication device requires high positional precision because the alignment is one of the most important point in the sorting process. This sorting method describes how to detect the target chip’s angle and position from the wafer. The machine vision system is used for the feedback control. This sorting machine is implemented by motion controller, machine vision and various solenoid valve and is interfaced with RS-232c, GPIB and PCI communication. This system gets the position accuracy within 1 ㎛ with our experiments.

The RMD(Rehabilitation Medicine Device) with CJM(Compound Joint Motion) is the lower limb unit muscular strengthening promotion rehabilitation medicine device for patients of joint orthopedic operation or the deficient elder of ability to walk, the handicapped. Since the products for the rehabilitation medicine device have limited to the simplicity linear motion, those do not give efficient the lower unit muscular strengthening effects. This device which was under the development gives to exercise of hip joint and knee joint with user"s selection at once, get out of the simplicity linear motion. Also it will be contributed to a field of rehabilitation medicine and a mobility aid technology of the deficient elders of ability to walk, the handicapped.
마이크로채널 열교환기 생산시스템 모델 설계와 경제성 평가

This paper presents the development of a microchannel heat exchanger production system design based on microlamination technology and its economic efficiency. A microchannel production system is proposed for the high-volume production. The microlamination system is made up of lamina patterning, laminae sorting and laminae bonding. A cost estimation model is developed based on the known cycle time and capital equipment costs. An economic efficiency analysis is performed to determine the cost drivers under the different market and product scenarios. The result of the economic efficiency analysis indicated that the device size and the production rate have a great effect on the overall manufacturing cost of microlamination devices. And it can be concluded that the microlamination should focus on bonding larger laminae and reducing both cycle time and warpage.
