기업의 사회적 책임이 고객의 지각된 가치와 이용의도에 미치는 영향: 스타벅스 기업을 대상으로

The Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) has received considerable attention in a variety of hospitality and business service industries. From this point of view, the main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the CSR on perceived value and behavioral intention. This study chose 2 main components of CSR: legal/ethical CSR and Philanthropic/environmental CSR. Perceived value was also measured by two main constructs: economic value and social value. To achieve the objective of this study, survey was conducted. A total of 300 samples were collected and 294 samples were used for statistical analysis. Findings reveal that CSR showed significant effects on perceived value and behavioral intention. Based on the results, theoretical/practical implications and future research were discussed.

팬데믹을 경험한 유아교사의 생태유아교육 인식번화 및 미래생태유아교육 실천방안 담론 탐색

본 연구는 팬데믹을 경험한 유아교사의 생태유아교육 인식변화와 미래생태유아교육 실천방안 담론에 담긴 시사점을 탐색해 보는데 목적이 있다. 이에 현장 유아교사 12인을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 4개월 동안 총 60회 심층 인터뷰를 진행해 연관 키워드와 담론 내용의 범주를 도출해 해석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 생태유아교육 인식변화로는 ‘생태 공간 인식의 변화’, ‘생명 공동체 인식의 변화’, ‘생태 놀이 인식의 변화’, ‘생태 감수성 인식의 변화’를 이야기하였다. 둘째, 미래생태유아교육 실천방안으로는 ‘물리적, 교육적 생태통합 서비스지원’, ‘획일화된 놀이터를 자연체험 공간으로 전환’, ‘생태미디어 교육의 재조명’, ‘생태소양 증진 및 생태융합교육으로 패러다임 전환’을 제안하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 팬데믹 이전 생태교육인식이 숲과 자연체험 위주의 자연친화적인 생명현상을 바라보는 교육이었다면, 팬데믹 이후에는 자연과 인간이 상생하는 생명 공동체 중심교육과 생태 감수성 인식이 높게 나타났다. 또한 생태공간의 전환과 생태통합 서비스 및 미디어 플랫폼 지원과 패러다임 전환이라는 실천방안이 시사하는 바를 탐색해 보았다는데 의의가 있다. This study explores the changes in the awareness of early childhood teachers about eco-education since the COVID-19 pandemic and the implications of that discourse on action and support plans for future eco-education. The research participants were 12 early childhood teachers who were interviewed in depth for four months in 60 sessions. The relevant keywords and discourse categories were identified and analyzed. The results of the study are as follows. First, the participants discussed changes in their perceptions of ecological education including changes in the perceptions of ecological spaces, life communities, ecological play, and ecological sensitivity. Secondly, they proposed a few plans of practice for future ecological education including providing support for an integrated service of physical and educational ecology, converting a uniform playground to a space of nature experiences, shedding new light on ecological media education, and promoting ecological literacy and shifting the paradigm of ecological convergence education. The study is significant as it identifies and explores the implications of the change from the old perceptions of ecological education for nature-friendly life phenomena around forests and nature experiences before the pandemic. The change includes growing perceptions of ecological sensitivity as well as life community-centric education based on coexistence between nature and man after the pandemic, the conversion of ecological spaces, support for ecological integration service and media platforms, and the need for paradigm shifts.

서비스종사원이 경험하는 고객 무례함 유형과 인식에 관한 정성적 연구

The main aim of this study was to investigate types of customer incivility and service employees’ recognition towards incivility in the tourism and hospitality industries. To obtain the study purpose, the current study carried out the in-depth interviews with 15 people who have worked in the tourism and hospitality industries and experienced customer incivility. Snowball sampling was used, and the interview resulted were analyzed based on the grounded theory. As the results, The study’s findings showed that there were four types of costomer incivility, ‘verbal violence’, ‘Private request’, ‘physical threats’, ‘intimidating manner’. The major theoretical and practical implications of this study were discussed, and the limitations and comments for future research were suggested.

북한인식과 대북 관광 공적개발원조(ODA) 효과성과 태도의 구조적 관계

The aims of this study were to investigate the structural relationship between the awareness of North Korea, the effectiveness of tourism ODA, and attitudes towards tourism ODA among university students. To achieve the purpose of the study, a questionnaire was designed after the review of previous studies, and then the online survey was fielded December 7-21, 2020, administering the survey to a convenience sample of university students. The reliability and validity of the model was verified and seven paths presented were statistically significant, and the path (environmental effects of Tourism ODA and attitudes towards tourism ODA) was not significant. Based on the study’s findings, this study discussed academic ccontributions, practical implications, and research limitations. The results of this study provided empirical information on the awareness of the effectiveness of tourism ODA and ODA policy.

연구 목적: 이 연구는 부산시의 현안 가운데 하나인 가덕도 신공항 건설 문제를 문화유산과 관광, 그리고 환경정의라는 측면에서 검토하고 분석하는 데 있다. 연구 방법: 가덕도에는 고고학적 유물 및 임진왜란과 일제시기에 형성된 유적지가 산재하는데, 지역의 유무형 유산을 활용할 수 있는 방안을 관광학 및 환경학과의 연관 속에서 고찰하였다. 연구 내용: 가덕도의 지정학적 의미와 유적을 확인하고 이를 다크 투어리즘 콘텐츠로 승화시킬 방안을 강구하였으며 나아가 환경 정의를 실천할 수 있는 지속가능한 방법에 대해 검토하였다. 결론 및 제언: 역사와 문화의 가치, 그리고 생명권과 환경권 확보를 위한 역사자료관 건립과 관광 콘텐츠로의 활용 방안을 제안하며 이를 위한 지역사회의 논의와 합의도 함께 촉구하였다. The purpose of this study is to consider the construction of Gadeokdo new airport in terms of cultural inheritance, tourism and environmental justice. The new airport has been often discussed in terms of economical efficiency and local development. There are, however, historical sites formed during the Japanese colonial period as well as archaeological artifacts in Gadeokdo, the area for the new airport. It is, therefore, urgently necessary to seek out how to preserve the previous cultural inheritance and the locality of Busan, and to sustainably utilize them. Constructing historical museums for securing the value of history and culture, which are likely to be victimized by the development ideology, and the right to life and environment and using them as resources for the dark tourism may be very effective. Moreover, the consensus among community members needs to be build for such goals.
