      • 우리 시대 양극화현상 극복을 위한 종교교육의 역할과 방향

        오늘날 한국 사회의 양극화문제는 날로 심각해지고 있다. 특히 박근혜 전 대통령의 탄핵과 국정농단의 문제가 발생한 이래 더욱 양극화현상이 심화되고 있는 양상을 보인다. 한국적 상황에서 양극화현상은 역사적으로 뿌리가 깊다. 물론 양극화현상의 다양한 원인이 있겠지만 한국적 상황에서 무엇보다 중요한 결정적 요인은 냉전시대 이후 계속되어 온 남북의 이데올로기적 정치적 갈등으로 인한 양극화현상에 근거를 둘 수 있다. 최근 북한의 핵미사일 개발에 촉각을 세우고있는 정세 속에서 미국 정부와 박근해 정부가 성주지역에 사드배치를 시행함으로 더욱 남북갈등은 물론 보수와 진보의 양극화 갈등의 모습들은 한국 사회에서 성-계급-문화-인종-종교적 갈등과 분열을 가중시키는 총체적 양극화 현상의 원인이 되고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 논문은 어떻게 양극화현상을 이해할 것인가에 대한 물음과 그리고 어떻게 이 양극화문제를 극복하거나 좁힐 수 있을 것인가를 사회문화적 분석을 통해 시도했다. 그리고 그 분석을 기초로 양극화현상의 원인을 살펴보기 위해 먼저 성-계급-문화-인종-종교의 구조적 틀 속에서 계급적 이원화 문제를 다루었다. 그 이유는 계급적 이원화의 문제는 편견과 차별의 근본적인 원인으로 작용하고 편견과 차별의 문제는 이데올로기 형성과정과 함께 사회문화적으로 양극화 현상과 긴밀하게 연결되어 있기 때문이다. 마지막으로 이 논문의 뒷부분에서 편견과 양극화 문제의 관련시켜 살펴봄으로 계급적 이원화와 고정관념의 특성을 지닌 양극화 문제를 좁히거나 극복하기 위한 수단으로 데이빗 L. 쉴즈의 편견 극복을 위한 기독교교육론을 소개하고 있다. Nowaday in Korea, there has been continuously razing up the polarization between conservatism and progressivism socio-culturally as well as policonomically. In particular, after the opposite parties submitted a motion to impeach President Park Geun-hye in connection with the influence-pedding and corruption scandal, such a split phenomenon has been getting deeper and deeper. Even if there are many causes of the polarization in the Korean history, the division and conflict between North and South Korea have been very crucial background. As a result, recently, after South Korea and the US has settled down the THAAD deployment to better deal with evolving nuclear and missile provocations, the schism of conflict makes the polarization deepened between conservatism and progressivism. From this perspective, this article is about how to understand the polarization in the Korean socio-cultural context and how to reduce it by/through Christian education. In order to do that, first of all, this article analyzes the social structures such as gender, culture, class, race and religion in light of hierarchical dualism and discrimination. They are closely related to both prejudice and polarization. Therefore, this article deals with the process of prejudice and polarization. Finally. in the perspective of Christian education, as an alternative way of reducing the polarization, it shows the educational implications in short, focusing on David L. Shields’ educational suggestion for overcoming prejudice.

        잠재성장모형을 이용한 금융위기 이전과 이후 서울 아파트 전세가격과 매매가격의 관계에 대한 연구

CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to find out if there is any relationship between Chonsei price and Sale price of apartments in Seoul before and after the global Financial Crisis in late 2008. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The Latent Growth Model(LGM) was employed to address the major objectives of this study. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS As a result of analysis, we identified that there is a certain relationship between the Chonsei price and Sale price of apartments in Seoul Metropolitan City even after the global financial crisis hit Korea in 2008. 2. RESULTS We found out that in the case of Chonsei Price set higher than on average led to sharp decline in selling price when the Sale price tended downward after the 2008 Financial Crisis shaked the world and this trend seemed to prevail in Gangnam area rather than in Non-Gangnam area in Seoul.

        수도권 아파트 전세가격의 공간적 전이효과에 관한 연구

        1.CONTENTS (1)RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to investigate the spatial transition effect of the Chonsei price of apartment in the metropolitan area by using the rate of return. (2)RESEARCH METHOD This study employed the Granger causality test to achieve the major objectives of this study. (3)RESEARCH FINDINGS As a result of analysis, this made it possible to identify the comprehensive structure. 2.RESULTS The Granger causality test was conducted to investigate the spatial transition effect of the Chonsei price of apartment in the metropolitan area by using the rate of return in spatial terms.This made it possible to identify the comprehensive structure. As a result, it was found that there was not a great difference in the spatial transition effect that people moved from Seoul to the southern Kyonggi and from Seoul to the northern Kyonggi.

(3) RESEARCH RESULTS We induced 3 categorical market cluster by price characteristics in Seoul. Apartment markets can be clustered by independent variables such as physical characteristics, location specific and technological characteristics, Prices are the dependent variable to a variety of independent variables. 2. RESULTS We analyzed the research data in the paper with a various types of tables. Major factors affecting the price characteristics were living room with multi purpose, neighborhood park, distance to the subway station, etc. 3.         Recently, one of countermeasures against aging SOC infrastructures, performance-focused management including the serviceability, functionality, durability, and economics has been changed from the structural safety-focused evaluation has changed into The current inspection and diagnosis for the major SOC facilities in Korea has been carried out by the specific principle of details, and most of them checked by the visual inspection are focused on the repair and rehabilitation of the damaged structures, thus they are the preventive maintenance. However, the performance-focused management should be replaced for the effective and economic maintenance as wells as for the minimization of the damage. In this regard, this study the appropriacy of the current evaluation items about the concrete retaining wall, one of SOC infrastructures as the previous step forward the performance-focused management. In order to deduct the effective evaluation items in order, the entropy, analytic hierachy process (AHP), and promethee analysis were peformed and the results were compared and discussed.

        시공간 정보기반 산림 생태계의 기후변화 취약성 평가

        본 연구의 목적은 산림생태계 분포 모델인 Hy TAG모델(Hydrological and Thermal Analogy Group)과 기능 모델인 MC1 모델(MAPSS-CENTURY 1) 그리고 사회·환경적 지표를 이용하여 기후변화가 한반도 산림생태계에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. Hy TAG의 식생유형분포 변화 빈도와 방향으로부터 산림식생의 민감성과 적응성을 정량화하였다. 또한 MC1으로부터 추정되는 순일차 생산량 및 토양탄소 저장량의 변이 및 경향으로부터 산림기능의 민감성과 적응성을 정량화하였다. 사회·환경적 지표로는 재정자주도 또는 산림관련 공무원 수 등과 같은 통계자료를 포함하였다. 모든 지표들을 정규화하고 취약성 평가식에 적용하여 취약성 결과를 도출하였다. 취약성 평가의 시간적 범위는 현재(1971-2000)와 미래(2021-2050)로 구분하였다. 국가 기후변화 정책의 우선순위를 판단하기 위해 지표 별 공간 분포 지도를 작성하고 행정구역간의 취약성을 비교한 결과, 지역별로 취약성의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 취약성 차이는 적응능력에 따라 가장 크게 좌우되는 것으로 판단되었다. 본 연구의 취약성 평가 방법 및 결과는 산림 경영적 측면에서 의사결정 시스템 개발과 기후변화에 대한 적응정책 수립의 판단 자료로 활용될 것이다. The purpose of this study was to assess the vulnerability of forest ecosystem to climate change in South Korea using socio-environmental indicators and the results of two vegetation models named as Hydrological and Thermal Analogy Group (Hy TAG), and MAPSS-Century 1(MC1). The changing frequency and direction of biome types estimated by Hy TAG model was used for quantifying sensitivity and adaptive capacity of forest distribution. Similarly, the variation and changing tendency of net primary production and soil carbon storage estimated by MC1 model was used for quantifying sensitivity and adaptive capacity of forest function. As socio-environmental indicators, many statistical data such as financial autonomy rate and the number of forestry officer was prepared. All indicators were standardized, and then calculated using the vulnerability assessment equation. The period of vulnerability assessment was divided into the past(1971-2000) and the future(2021-2050). To understand what policy has a priority to climate change, distribution maps of each indicators was depicted and the vulnerability results were compared among administrative districts. Evident differences could be found in entire study area. These differences were mostly derived from regional specific adaptive capacity. The result and methodology of this study would be helpful for the development of decision-making supporting system and policy making in forest management with respect to climate change.
