This study is estimate the application of polycarbonate polymer glazing application for automotive. The polymer glazing made out of poly carbonate by compressed process. The manufacturing system is useful to the trend of automotive industry. The comfortable and safety test is very important matter for car application of polymer glazing. The one test is NVH test and the others is fatigue test. The NVH tests are noise and vibration test at accelerated mode and model road. Each test is make comparison between glass and polymer. The noise property is shown about 70~75㏈. So, there is no difference glass and polycarbonate. The vibration property compared with polymer, glass is batter about 50%. But there is insensitive, no difference between glass and polymer. And fatigue test is very superior in polycarbonate glazing. It is shown 80㎜ of displacement and the restoration is reach stage of perfection. We propose the test guideline about car application of polymer glazing.

In autonomous vehicles, a driving information recording device is mandatory. The recording device is recorded various information, such as switching between autonomous and manual driving. Among the devices for recording such driving information, the system stability of camera is important in the environment. In the camera, the performance of high-pixel, high-speed digital transmission and image receiving part(ECU) may be degraded due to heat and electromagnetic factors. In this study, the thermal conductivity polymer composite was compounded for the effect of lighter than aluminum housing case of camera. And the characterist for heat dissipation were analyzed by fabricating an ECU housing using an aluminum and a heat dissipating polymer composite. The PA6 and PBT were used as polymer matrix and the BN and AlN were used asthe heat dissipating functional fillers. The thermal property of the composite were observed according to the amount of the heat dissipation functional fillers. It was optimized fillers ratio within 50wt%.
