실내골프연습장 참가자와 지도자 간의 사회적 관계가 고객만족에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of demographic characteristics of the members of an indoor golf practice range and the social relations between them and the instructors on their customer satisfaction and continuing use of the range. For that purpose, the female and male participants of indoor golf practice ranges in Daejeon made the population. By applying the simple random sampling technique, total 300 individuals were extracted from the population and asked to fill out a questionnaire. After excluding the questionnaires whose answers were insincere, total 268 ones were used in final analysis. The measuring instrument used in the study was a questionnaire, whose validity was tested in the preliminary study of previous studies. Its reliability was α=.819~.908. By applying the SPSSWIN 12.0 program, the responses were treated in reliability, correlation, and regression analysis. Those research methods and procedures led to the following conclusions: First, the social relations between the participants and instructors at the indoor golf practice ranges had significant impacts on the customers` satisfaction with service. Second, the social relations between the participants and instructors at the indoor golf practice ranges had significant impacts on the customers` satisfaction with lessons. Third, the social relations between the participants and instructors at the indoor golf practice ranges had significant impacts on the customers` satisfaction with facilities. And fourth, the social relations between the participants and instructors at the indoor golf practice ranges had significant impacts on the customers` satisfaction with prices.
