취약(다문화)청소년의 건강관련 활동 연구: 복지를 넘어

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of vulnerable(multicultural) adolescents on the health-related (health/safety) activities community spirit, social withdrawal, and satisfaction in life of 4th grade elementary school adolescents. The analysis targets 5,253 vulnerable(multicultural) adolescents and 49 multicultural adolescents using the 5th to 7th data from the Korean children and youth panel survey. The main analysis methods were based on structural equations and Bayesian statistical analysis methods, and the excel program was used for multicultural adolescents with small samples. As a result of the main study, first, it was found that only the presence or absence of experience in participating in health-related (health/safety) activities had a significant effect. Second, there was a significant difference in the trajectory of vulnerable(multicultural) adolescents experiential activities, health-related (health/safety)activities community spirit, social withdrawal, and social withdrawal, exogenous variables. The variables that had a significant influence on community spirit were found in the form of family composition. It was found that behavioral control was not significant only in satisfaction in life. Third, it was found that multicultural adolescents had a significant influence on community spirit, Satisfaction in life, and social withdrawal of exogenous variables, and the average satisfaction in life of adolescents from multicultural families was slightly lower than that of multicultural families.
석회석 미분말 및 플라이 애시를 사용한 고유동 콘크리트의 공극구조에 관한 연구

콘크리트 내부의 공극의 크기 및 분포상태는 콘크리트의 내구성을 결정하는 요인 중 하나이며, 구조물의 성능을 판단하는데 중요한 지표로 사용된다. 최근 고유동 콘크리트(High-Fluidity Concrete 이하 HFC로 약함)에 대한 연구는 많은 시공사례와 함께 진행되고 있지만, 콘크리트의 내구성능에 영향을 미치는 공극구조에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 30 MPa 범위의 일반콘크리트(Conventional Concrete 이하 CC로 약함) 및 석회석 미분말 및 플라이 애시를 사용한 HFC를 제조하여 콘크리트의 공극구조를 비교 분석 하였다. 실험결과 30 MPa 범위의 CC 및 HFC의 평균 공극 직경은 HFC가 CC보다 작게 나타났으며, SEM 분석 결과 HFC가 CC보다 전체적으로 내부구조가 치밀한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 HFC가 CC보다 내구성 측면에서 우수할 것으로 판단된다. The size and distribution of concrete void was one among the factor determining durability of concrete. Recently, there was a lot of researches related to the High-Fludity Concrete(HFC) with field applications. However, the research about the void structure having an effect on durability of concrete is insufficient. Therefore, in this research, Conventional Concrete(CC) and HFC using lime stone powder and fly-ash of 30 MPa range was manufactured and observed the void structure of CC and HFC. Experimental results showed that average pore diameter in the case of the 30 MPa range HFC was to be lower than CC and SEM analyzed result, HFC was firmer inner structure than CC.

Safety and health education to prevent industrial accidents is implemented so that workers in the workplace can work more safely and acquire safety and related knowledge, such as risk factors at the site, and develop their ability to respond to sudden situations. Despite the importance of preventing industrial accidents, safety and health education is always problematic due to its effectiveness and site dynamics. Recently, safety insensitivity remains and the problem of assessing the degree of safety education is pointed out. The occurrence of industrial accidents can cause great damage to individuals, organizations and regions of the affected parties, so more certain prevention should be made. The purpose of this study is to present a comparative analysis of the education status and perception of worker of special schools and welfare facilities on safety and health. Subject to the investigation are 24 heads of workers' institutions and safety managers currently working at some special schools and welfare facilities in Gyeonggi Province, and disabled and worker and heads and safety managers. The main methods of analysis were frequency, technical statistics, and difference tests to examine differences between groups of agency heads and safety managers. As a result of the main analysis, there are significant differences between the head of the agency and safety managers, the disabled and the trainee workers in the possibility of near misses accident probability implement participation. The head of the agency and safety managers were found to have significantly higher safety and health awareness of the possibility of near misses than the disabled and trainees Therefore, It was suggested that safety and health education should be regularly conducted in depth and systematic considering each site situation and members' careers.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety and health status at workplaces for the disabled workers, due to the recent social safety paradigm, working environment, and recent changes in safety and health education. The subjects of this study analysis were a total of 302 people in 17 regions nationwide, 143 managers of workplaces with disabilities and 159 workers with disabilities. This study analyzed the multiple frequency, average comparison, and difference verification using the SPSS program. First, the difference in frequency and ratio, such as gender and age, between managers of workplaces with disabilities and workers with disabilities, and the average distribution comparison(cross-analysis) ratio of regions was confirmed. Second, even if it is changed in the last year(after COVID-19) related to safety and health education, most of it is being implemented regularly and effectively. It was found that the necessity of safety and health education for disability characteristics and difficulties related to educational content and communication were the most common. Finally, there was a significant difference in safety evaluation according to the presence or absence of safety information sharing. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the situation of managers and disabled workers at workplaces with disabilities and the characteristics of work environment areas, and to know the importance of sharing safety information and foster accident prevention and safety and health status activities.
