In this paper, we only use slip ratio to control the driving force of the electric vehicle. The electric vehicle controlled Four-Wheel independent is easier to combine the vehicle stability system such as TCS, and its effects are expected to be better. We use the electric vehicle model that is equipped electronic motors with independent four-wheel and the environment unlike the condition of the vehicle left and right the road condition is set to do simulation. Also we compared with unapplied the control algorithm. In this system, the control algorithm does not rely on other information, such as yaw rate. We only use slip ratio in this paper and check the vehicle stability during acceleration.

인권이라는 용어는 영국의 정치사상가 토머스 페인의 『인간의 권리』(1791)에서 처음으로 쓰였다. 그는 프랑스 인권이 숨은 이면을 추적했다. 그래서 그는 “권리의 선언은 동시에 의무의 선언이다. 나의 권리는 타인의 권리이기도 하다”라는 명제를 제시했다. 여기서 인간의 권리라는 용어는 프랑스 인권선언 원문에 나타나 있는 자연권에 대한 번역어이다. 오늘날 즐겨 쓰이는 human rights는 19세기 중반 헨리 데이비드 소로가 『시민의 불복종』(1849)에서 처음 사용했다. 이후 세계 2차 세계대전 이후 국제법 사상 최초로 유엔헌장 전문에 기본인권(fundamental human rights)라는 말이 등장하면서 세계사회 윤리로 자리매김했다. 제2차 세계대전이후`조용한 혁명`을 거쳐 이제 국내 사안에 이르기까지도 조정하고 국제사회의 감독 하에 놓이게 됐다. 따라서 인권은 국제법과 지역협정의 주요 구성성분으로서 제2차 세계대전 이후 그 위상이 올라갔다. 하지만 인권이 법적인 권리로 환원될 수 없다는 사실은 여전히 해결해야 할 과제로 남아있다. 인간이 존엄하고 가치 있는 존재가 되기 위해서는 필수적인 조건은 자유와 평등이다. 자유와 평등은 적어도 보편적이고 필수적인 것으로 이해된다. 따라서 인권이란 인간이 인간답게 존재하기 위한 보편적인 인간의 모든 정치·경제·사회·문화적 권리 및 지위와 자격을 칭한다. 따라서 필자는 인문학과 인권의 관점에서 인문학적으로 인권개념이 어떻게 형성되어 왔으며, 인권의 존엄성, 즉 프랑스 법학자 바삭이 제3세대 인권으로 분류한 자유권, 평등권, 연대권의 다양한 권리들을 중심으로 살펴보고, 인권의 가치들은 상호 어떤 관계를 갖고 있는지 고찰하고자 한다. The terminology of human rights was used for the first time in 『Rights of Man』 by English political philosopher, Thomas Paine (1791). He traced hidden reverse side of French human rights. Therefore, he proclaimed the proposition that “a declaration of rights is a statement of duty at the same time. My rights are the rights of others as well.” The terminology of Rights of Man is translated from the words, natural rights in the original text of French Declaration of Human Rights. The widely used words today, human rights were firstly used in 『Civil Disobedience』 by Henry David Thoreau in the mid-19^thcentury(1849). The words, fundamental human rights were settled in as a moral issue of world society when they have appeared in the full text of Charter of the United Nations for the first time on International Law since the 2^ndWorld War. This terminology has come to moderate domestic affairs through “silent revolution” and we were placed under the supervision of world society post World War II. The human rights as main constituent on International Law and regional agreements have come to have an elevated status since the 2^ndWorld War. By the way, the fact that the human rights are legal rights which can not be redeemed still remains an issue to be discussed. Freedom and equality are essential conditions for a man to become a dignified and worthy human being. Freedom and equality are understood as at least universal and indispensable qualification for men. Therefore, human rights are referred to all political, economic, social and cultural right, status and qualification for universal human beings to be men of dignity. In accordance with thes tatement above, I am intended to examine how a concept of human rights have been created in terms of humanities and human rights. Also, I will study the dignity of human beings based on the various rights such as right of freedom, of equality and of solidarity which French Jurist K. Vasak categorized as rights of the 3^rdgeneration, and a correlation between value of human rights.

사륜 독립 구동형 전기자동차 제작을 위한 시뮬레이션

In this paper, simulation of four wheel independent driven electric vehicle is introduced using commercial software like Matlab and Sumulink. Existing vehicle simulation has limit to simulate electric vehicle. Because this simulation software to fit the internal combustion engine vehicle. Especially the electric vehicle ,using multiple independent driven motor, was much more difficult to determine the character as vehicle dynamics. Considering these issues, the simulator for the four wheel independent driven electric vehicle was designed, thereby some problems that may arise producing electric vehicle will be resolved.

21세기 들어 IPCC, 많은 과학자들을 비롯해 각계의 전문가들이 기후변화의 심각성에 대해 지속적으로 경고를 해 오고 있지만, 다양한 이해관계자들이 결합되어 있기 때문에 기후변화에 대한 합의점을 찾아가는 길은 험난한 여정을 예고하고 있다. 21세기 글로벌 기후변화는 첫째, 기후변화의 원인과 미래 예측에 대한 자연과학적 접근의 연구, 둘째, 기후변화에 대한 적절한 대응을 어떻게 모색할 것인지에 대해 인문, 사회과학적 접근의 연구로 나누어 그 대책방안을 찾아 나갈 수 있다. 하지만 이 두 영역은 서로 독립된 채 그 대안 책을 찾아 나서는 것은 아니다. 특히 지구 온난화와 그에 따르는 기후변화는 더 이상 피할 수 없다는 것에 관련 학계가 대체적으로 합의하고 있기 때문에 새로운 기후 환경에서 우리가 자연과학적, 사회문화적, 정치 제도적으로 어떻게 적응하고 대응할 것인지에 대한 논의는 매우 중요하다. 여기서 기후변화의 적응에 대한 논의는 본질적으로 기후변화의 예측과 대응의 두 축을 연결 짓는 내용에 그 중심을 형성한다. 이러한 기후변화는 기후변화의 원인을 규명하는 과학적 연구 결과에 대체로 의존하고 있지만, 이미 채택된 국제정책의 효과가 기후전반에 영향을 끼칠 수 있다. 따라서 필자는 이 논문에서 향후 21세기 글로벌 기후변화가 지구상의 어떤 지역에 어떤 형태의 위협으로 나타날 것인지, 기후변화를 적절하게 통제할 경우 각국이 얻게 될 이득의 내용은 구체적으로 무엇인지, 기후변화에 대응하는 조치에 수반되는 비용은 어떻게 분배적 정의를 할 것인지 등 기후변화의 국내·외적으로 산적한 현안들을 중심으로 고찰해 보고자 한다. In the 21st century, experts from each field, recognised scientists and IPCC have continuously warned the severity of climate change yet various interested parties are involved in this matter. They have concerned this issue but it seems like a pretty tough journey to come to an agreement on the climate change. Concerning the global climate change in the 21st century, we need to consider a measure. First, there should be an approach with a scientific research on the future prediction and the causes of climate change. Second, there should be a research with a humanistic and social scientific approach to look for an optimal solution for this. However, it does not mean these two areas would devise a measure separatively. Since related academic communities have generally agreed to the significance of climate change caused by global warming, there is a great importance on the measure how we would apply this to natural science, social culture and political system. The discussion on application of climate change forms its fundamental core on the two axis of prediction and application. This climate change depends upon the results from scientific research investigating its causes but the effect of existing international policies can influence on the climate in general. Therefore, this paper tried to take a depth study on the threats in any shape or form in any region on the globe. This study also tried to research detailed benefits of each nation in case of the climate change controlled properly and an issue of the cost to be distributed with distributive justice. These pending issues would be considered with views of local and international point on climate change.

인 휠 타입 전기자동차의 조향과 구동 휠 속도 관계에 관한 연구

We selected EV’s components and specification for the manufacturing of electric vehicles. and We made electric vehicle directly. Typical feature of our EV is method of motor drive. Two motors are installed to each rear wheel. So when our EV turn the corner, we need to control at each rear wheels. we measured steering angle, motor rpm and vehicle speed using DAQ. and We made program that control each wheel operation dependent on vehicle speed and steering angle. We used LabVIEW for date maesurment and making program.

준설토 일괄처리시스템을 위한 진공사이로 설계에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 우수관로부터 발생되는 퇴적토의 준설처리를 위한 소형의 이동식 준설일괄처리 시스템을 제안하고, 특히 진공사이로와 1차 선별분리기 그리고 컨베이어를 일체화하는 진공사이로 선별분리장치를 설계하였다. 진공사이로 선별분리장치는 저장조, 이송 스크류, 진공 게이트, 스크린 바, 스크린 바 클리너, 진공배출장치로 구성된다. 특히 저장조 내에서 흡입공기의 흐름은 선별분리 성능의 주요 요소임을 고려하여 CFD 유동해석을 통해 최적형상을 도출하였다. 또한 CAE 구조해석을 통해 판재로 이루어지는 저장조의 안전성을 검토하였다. 그리고 3D-CAD 모델링을 통한 구동 메커니즘의 기구적, 역학적 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 사양을 결정하였다. 본 연구에 이어서, 드럼 스크린형 2차선별기, 데칸터형 탈수장치 그리고 보조장치인 오수탱크와 펌프 등을 설계할 것이다. 그리고 본 설계를 바탕으로 시제품을 제작하고 필드테스트를 수행할 것이다. In this study, a small movable batch treatment system for dredging soil deposited in a rain water tube is proposed; further, a vacuum silo sorting separation device with a vacuum silo, first-stage sorting separator, and conveyor is designed. The vacuum silo sorting separation device also consists of a storage tank, transferring screw, vacuum gate, screen bar, screen bar cleaner, and vacuum discharging device. In view of the fact that the flow of drawn air in the storage tank is a major factor influencing the sorting separation performance, the optimum shape of the tank is determined by CFD flow analysis. In addition, by using CAE structure analysis, the safety of a storage tank made of boards is examined. The specifications of the vacuum silo sorting separation device are determined by conducting mechanical and dynamic simulations of the driving mechanism of the vacuum silo sorting separation device through 3D-CAD modeling. Following this study, we will design a drum-screen-type second sorter, a decanter-type dehydration device, and waste water tank and pump as a secondary device. Further, on the basis of this design, we will construct a prototype model and carry out a field test.

준설토 일괄처리시스템을 위한 진공사이로 설계에 관한 연구

This Study suggests small movable batch treatment system of dredged soil for dredge treatment of deposit soil generated from rain water tube and designed vacuum silo sorting separation device which unitizes particularly vacuum silo, first stage sorting separator and conveyor. The vacuum silo sorting separation device is composed of storage tank, transferring screw, vacuum gate, screen bar, screen bar cleaner and vacuum discharging device. Especially considering that flow of drawn air in the storage tank is major element of performance of sorting separation, deducted optimum shape through CFD flow analysis. In addition, through CAE structure analysis, reviewed the safety of storage tank made of boards. And by conducting mechanical and dynamic simulation of drive mechanism through 3D-CAD modelling determined specifications. Following this study, we will design drum screen type second sorter, decanter type dehydration device and auxiliary devices waste water tank and pump. And based on this design we will make prototype model and carry out field test.

자동차의 과속방지 시스템에 관한 연구

This Study suggests overspeed protection system. In the residential area or school zone, many vehicles drive fast. Overspeed vehicle is very dangerous for pedestrian and children. Few kind of residential area or school zone had speed bumps but the speed bumps does not overspeed protection. because the speed bumps shape, height, distance are not optimization. So in this study, suggests the overspeed protection using fuel cut. Fuel cut system decelerate the vehicle speed and recognize the driver that the vehicle located on residental area of school zone. Fuel system consist of the relay and the control board. In this study, fuel system verified through experimental result.
