In this paper, simulation of four wheel independent driven electric vehicle is introduced using commercial software like Matlab and Sumulink. Existing vehicle simulation has limit to simulate electric vehicle. Because this simulation software to fit the internal combustion engine vehicle. Especially the electric vehicle ,using multiple independent driven motor, was much more difficult to determine the character as vehicle dynamics. Considering these issues, the simulator for the four wheel independent driven electric vehicle was designed, thereby some problems that may arise producing electric vehicle will be resolved.

Differential existing car driving by the corner of the power and speed of each wheel, allowing varying stability wheels. Inhwilmoteo In the case of electric vehicles equipped with power units doemeuro corner of each wheel driving motor for each wheel by controlling the turning characteristics similar to conventional vehicles should have. In this paper, the steering angle and vehicle speed by turning on the speed of each wheel is defined. In addition, the formula defined by Carsim inhwilmoteo verify the authenticity and the electric car driving simulation modeling applied to analyze the results.

We selected EV’s components and specification for the manufacturing of electric vehicles. and We made electric vehicle directly. Typical feature of our EV is method of motor drive. Two motors are installed to each rear wheel. So when our EV turn the corner, we need to control at each rear wheels. we measured steering angle, motor rpm and vehicle speed using DAQ. and We made program that control each wheel operation dependent on vehicle speed and steering angle. We used LabVIEW for date maesurment and making program.

This paper presents the development of a cleaner for curbstone cleaning purpose. The cleaner sprays high pressure water jet and cleans the curbstone repeatedly along the section. The structure of the cleaner is divided into two sections: water supply vehicle section and the section for curbstone cleaner. The cleaner has two DC motors and can move forward, backward, left and right side. The cleaning device is composed of nozzles to spray high pressure water jet onto curbstone. In this study, the 3D modeling of the cleaner is made using CAD software and the prototype is also made for the selection of optimum nozzle shape and size.
