본 논문의 목적은 고속선 궤도 유지보수 작업 보고체계의 전산화 방안을 연구하는 것이다. 작업 보고체계의 전산화는 사용자 편의를 증진하여 업무효율을 높이고 휴먼에러를 최소화하여 정보의 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 전산화를 통하여 축적된 데이터는 각종 분석 및 기초자료로 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. 본 논문은 기존 유지보수작업 보고체계를 전산화 하기 위한 업무프로세스와 작업실적 관리를 위한 데이터베이스 구조 그리고 시스템 설계 및 구현 방안에 대하여 기술하였다. 추후 본 연구를 발전시켜 고속선 궤도 관리 시스템(KTMSYS) 의 작업보고 업무에 적용 할 예정이다. The Purpose of this paper is to illuminate the result of the study for computerization of reporting system in the maintenance work of high-speed railway track with application of KTMSYS. The computerization of work reporting system enhances the credibility of information in help with the efficiency of work and decreasing the human error. The data accumulated through the computerization will be utilized in analysis of various area in reference to maintenance work. This paper is composed with work process to computerization existing reporting system for maintenance work, structure of database for work management and methodology of system design and installation. This study will be further developed and applied in actual reporting system of maintenance work for KTMSYS.
