학교부적응 청소년의 자아탄력성 향상을 위한 해결중심적 집단미술치료

본 연구는 해결중심 집단미술치료가 학교부적응 청소년들의 자아탄력성 향상에 미치는 효과에 관하여 살펴보기 위해 경기도 K시의 K중학교 학교부적응 청소년 30명을 대상으로 송혜리(2009)의 자아탄력성척도를 사전검사 후 해결중심적 집단미술치료의 참여를 희망하는 20명의 대상자를 선정하여 10명씩 실험집단과 통제집단으로 무작위 배치하였다. 실험집단에는 2014년 9월15일 ∼ 2014년 12월22일까지 사전 · 사후검사를 포함한 총 12회기의 해결중심적 집단미술치료를 실시하였으나 통제집단은 사전·사후 검사만 실시하였다. 실험·통제집단간의 동질성 확인을 위해 맨 휘트니 U 검정(Mann Whitney U test)을 실시하였으며, 이후 사전 · 사후 차이를 확인하기 위해 윌콕슨 부호 순위 검정(Wilcoxon’s signed ranks test)을 실시하였다. 또한 자기평가 질문지와 척도지를 활용하여 청소년 스스로가 느끼는 변화정도를 확인하였다. 연구결과 해결중심적 집단미술치료는 학교부적응 청소년의 자아탄력성 향상에 효과적인 방법으로 활용될 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study is about the effects of the solution-focused group art therapy on improving ego-resilience of school maladjusted adolescents. The pre-test, based on ego-resilience checklist made by 송혜리 in 2009 was conducted for 30 students who had difficulties to adapt school life in K middle school at K city, Gyeonggi province. 20 out of the 30 students were chosen to the participants for this study and randomly divided into an experimental group and control group, with 10 in each group. The experimental group received a 12 session solution-focused group art therapy including pre- and post-tests while the control group was only given pre- and post-tests. Mann Whitney U test was conducted for checking the equivalence between experimental- and control group, and then Wilcoxon"s signed ranks test was conducted for checking the differences between pre- and post test. The test was conducted to find out how many changes the participants think they have through adolescent"s self-assessment with survey and checklist. This study found that the solution-focused group art therapy program improved the school life adaptation competency of the participants. In conclusion, the findings suggest that the solution-focused group art therapy can be a good approach to help adolescents to improve their school life adaptation ability.

직무불안정이 경력몰입 및 태도에 미치는 영향 연구 -조리부문 종사자를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 조리부문 종사원의 고용관계의 변화에 따른 조직구성원의 직무불안정성 인식이 경력몰입에 영향을 미쳐 궁극적으로 경력태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. The study has proceeded focusing on the employees of culinary department in hotels and restaurants. In addition, 300 culinary staffs who are employed by five star hotels and large restaurants based in Seoul are selected as a sample group. Among the 300 answers, 253 were selected as effective ones. After the analysis, I reached a conclusion as below. Firstly, employee`s career commitment is lowered as much as they concern the labor instability seriously. Secondly, employee`s career commitment gives an influence to their career management. In conclusion, a company has to make an utmost endeavor to ease employee`s job uncertainty after a restructuring. On top of that, the company also needs to make employees recognize how their current job can be an advantage in their future career.
