수도권 분당선전동차 ATS/ATC 신호장치의 본선시운전 시험연구

수도권 광역철도구역에서 분당선은 ATC 신호장치이며 수인선은 ATS 신호장치를 사용하여 운영하고 있다. 한국철도공사에서는 2015 년 분당선과 수인선을 직결운행 예정으로 이 구간의 운행차량은 ATS, ATC 신호장치를 모두 탑재해야 하는 상황이다. 이에 대한 해결책으로 ATS/ATC 기능이 통합된 장치가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 필요성에 의한 ATS/ATC 장치 열차제어시스템의 본선시운전 지상설비 연계동작시험의 운영단계에서 발생되었던 문제점을 중심으로 ATC 구간에서의 문제 발생 현황과, ATS 구간에서 문제발생 현황을 고찰한 내용을 중심으로 시험운행을 통해서 해결책과 시험 연구사항을 검증하였던 결과를 제시 하고자 한다. In Seoul Metropolitan area, Bundang Line is operated using ATC (Automatic Train Control) signaling devices and Suin Line using ATS (Automatic Train Stop) devices. KORAIL (Korea Railroad) is planning to provide direct connection operation between Bundang Line and Suin Line in 2015 and therefore, the trains must be equipped with both ATS and ATC signaling systems. The integrated system with both ATS and ATP functions is required as a solution to the situation. Based on this need, this paper reviews the test results and the solutions in regards to the operational tests of ATS/ATC system in the trial runs. The tests have been conducted on the operations and linkages between the signaling device and the wayside equipment. The problems in both ATC section and ATP section have been analyzed in order to verify the system and the test results.
유비쿼터스 레일시스템 구현을 위한 주요 정보화 요소기술 분석

With the arrival of ubiquitous networking environment, it has been needed to build up the u-infrastructure for railway, and so the realization of ubiquitous rail system could be preferred. We have studied the direction for development of technology for realizing u-rail system through the analysis of the condition and demand on railway system, and investigated the requirements, level of technology and applicability of information infrastructure for realizing u-Rail. And also analyzed the technology based on railway information to determine the role of existing information system and connect it, which is adequate for u-Rail and the project selection.

As information technology has been rapidly developed, it is expected that the needs of ubiquitous for information on construction, maintenance and operational processes in railway field will arise. U-Rail system, for which information ubiquitous in railway field, can be defined as the human centered future railway system that enables to perform real-time state indication and auto information generation and its transmission by interchanging information organically among railway suppliers, users, and operator. In this paper, we analyzed main components of U-Rail system and its service items from the view of information technology and communication network technology, with focusing on railway field.
도시철도 차량사고에 액티비티-액션다이아 그램 기법을 적용한 비상대응 절차 구현 연구

The purpose of this study is to implement an emergency response procedure based on the scenario of the field of vehicles and provide more rapid and exact response program needed when train accidents happen. Therefore, we have made worst case combinations of accidents and prioritized the combinations. A number of accidents have been analyzed according to the type of, the people affected by, and the location of accident. Both horizontal and vertical response system have also been defined. Furthermore, Activity-Action Diagram has been applied to the emergency response scenario and action procedure of each group has been clearly systematized. Consequently, this paper provides a specific response system useful when train accidents happen.
철도 시설사고 및 차량장애에서의 비상대응 주체별 행동요령에 관한 연구

In this paper, we performed analysis and comparison on emergency response action for passengers, drivers, workers and controllers in case of failure occurrence on rail infrastructure and rolling stock. In general, the subjects of emergency response action perform the response action with following emergency response procedures when accidents occurred. In reality, however, no matter how well the subjects are trained, it is hard to follow the emergency response procedures precisely without making any mistakes. As for emergency response action, the most significant factor for the subjects is to follow the emergency response procedures as learned, without any hesitation. In this paper, therefore, we analyzed the emergency response actions that should be performed by passengers and railway workers when emergency accidents occurred. We also examined the communication facilities for emergency response among train, wayside and station in order to provide the emergency reporting system for passenger and the method for cleaning out the accident area.

Ubiquitous information technology creates new space connected to electronic and physical space and makes new life pattern come true. Although it is expected that ubiquitous technology will lead significant changes on various life fields, relevant studies on its market needs, customer needs in social and cultural context and its necessity at organizational level have been passively carried out. What is worse, IT technology application scheme in railway field has not fully established since railway field"s technology development is mainly focused on hardware compared with road and air traffic. In order to apply ubiquitous technology to railway field, therefore, it is required to identify ubiquitous technology functions which applicable to railway field and to establish ubiquitous rail system implementation scheme for end users. In this paper, we suggested implementation scheme for u-Rail which sorts railway industry by its components in order to implement service centered ubiquitous technology to each railway industry field.
국내ㆍ외 철도사고유형 분석을 통해 초기 사고발생 인식ㆍ전파를 위한 오감인지 대응연구

This paper contains that the current emergency response procedure through the railroad accident type at domestic and foreign, and the response program which is more systematic as a result of improving weaknesses. Because the response program at home is less sufficient than developed country"s, we have made an investigation into system of classification in America, British, Germany, Japan for organizing separate emergency response code. we have researched the recognition response of five senses for minimizing the accident damage in a way of spreading the emergency response type analyzed through the accident procedure according to the feature of five senses by the first recognizer. Based on the first recognitions response of five senses, the scenario has been established according to each types and the criteria of accident has been researched through classifying the recognition of five senses response level, early response level, self-response level, outside support level.

Recently, various messenger is used for information sharing and exchange between individual. Messenger is using by important means of communication in the company. This paper wished to construct cooperation system that use messenger in the company. There is this paper in cooperation messenger system design and embodiment that use LDAP protocol and EAI.
