        체육 교수-학습 개선을 위한 예방적 수업관리 행동 분석

        본 연구는 초등학교 체육 교수-학습 개선을 위해 예방적 수업관리 행위가 어떻게 이루어지는지를 분석을 통해 체육교수효율성 제고에 필요한 정보를 제공하는데 있다. 4명의 초등학교 교사를 대상으로 질적 사례연구를 실시하였으며, 심층면담과 서술적 조사, 수업관찰과 문서수집에 의해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 전사, 부호화. 범주화, 주제화의 과정으로 이루어졌다. 연구의 타당성과 신뢰성은 다각도 접근법, 전문가 협의, 동료간의 협의, 상세한 진술 등에 의하여 제고되었고, 연구의 윤리성을 높이는데 노력하였다. 분석결과, 예방적 수업관리에는 수업규칙, 준비·정리운동, 시설·용구, 수업대형, 과제제시와 시범, 팀조직, 이동과 대기, 교수신호, 복장, 학습자 안전등 총 10개의 하위범주로 분석하여 제시하였다. The purpose of this research was to analyze on Preventive Class Management for Promotion Teaching and Learning in elementary physical education. To achieve the purpose of this study, the research method used in this study was the qualitative study. Participants of this study were consisted of four elementary school teacher(2 males and 2 females) in Daejeon, Korea. The major results of the analyses on this study are as follows. First, when making a class rule, it was reflected a teacher subjective thought rather than opinion of the students. It was not planed to fractionation. It was spend lots of time make to pay attention, gathering and order maintain. Second, the teacher use the methods that are running a playground, PT exercises, citizen exercises, stretching, and empty-handed exercises for warming up, but it does apply the students various desire and a positive participation. Third, the teacher prepared with their students the facility tool for a class, but usually arrange the facility tool during a class. Fourth, study formation is the studying activity become which accomplished in 2 column of troops which changes 4 ranks, 4 column of troops and circular formation, it was not systematized the study formation various1y. Fifth, studying aim or subject presentation was presented in array, question and explanation Almost of explanation became accomplished in a word. Sixth, the group system for practice was generally systematized class group, man-woman, odd-even number, attendance number and function. Seventh, in order to reduce a mobile time, the teacher make their students walk quickly and arrange teaching implements appropriately. Because teaching implements are not insufficient, students spend lots of time for waiting. Eighth, the teacher use teaching signal which are whistle, the hand shape, clapping, and gesture for attention concentration and gathering. Ninth, regarding on uniform it has a different thought, the teacher thought the unified dress which is unified makes students management effectively and give unification. Tenth, the teacher thought that the studying environment which is safe is very important, the activity where accompanies the danger is controlled by used a corporal punishment or a punitive provision.
