Standard Estimating System, which can be used for estimating a construction cost, has been pointed out having several problems such as non-reflecting a variety of construction environments and site conditions, non-adapting new technologies and methods since it was established in 1970. For solving these problems, the Korean Institute of Construction Technology(KICT) has amended Standard Estimating System with some organizations. However, they have had many mistakes in the process of amending works because of non-establishing amending process and absence of the depreciation measurement method. The primary objective of this research is to improve the amending process of the Standard Estimating System so that amending participants can reduce error in the process of amending the Standard Estimating System. Furthermore, this research proposed the depreciation measurement method available for the construction temporary work by means of analyzing researches that performed in the manufacturing industry and the measurement method for depreciation of general accounts. It is anticipated that the effective use of the proposed depreciation measurement method would be able to minimize the dispute between the owner and construction company.

본 연구는 유아 주도적인 언어생활이 비교적 자유로이 실현되는 바깥놀이터에서 유아들의 담론에 귀를 기울임으로써, 유아들의 언어를 통해 발현되는 유아들의 고유한 생활세계를 드러내고 바깥놀이터가 갖는 교육적 의미를 발견하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 D 기관의 혼합연령으로 구성된 한 학급의 유아 9명의 바깥놀이를 참여 관찰하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 바깥놀이터에서 유아들은 많은 이야기와 노래를 새로 만들거나 개작하면서 자신들의 목소리를 들려주었고, 둘째, 숨어있던 목소리를 통해 ‘되는 것’과 ‘안 되는 것’의 경계를 허물고 있었으며, 셋째, 바깥놀이터에서 놀이하는 유아들의 목소리에는 TV 속 대중문화가 그대로 재현되어 담겨있었고, 넷째, 어른의 목소리와 만나고 부딪히면서 어른의 목소리를 뛰어넘고자 시도하고 하였다. 이로써 바깥놀이터는 유아들의 언어가 잉태되고 이어지는 생명 공간이자 유아들이 소리와 몸짓언어로 표현하는 문화 공간이며, 유아와 성인의 목소리가 만나고 부딪히는 접점(接點) 공간이라는 교육적 의미를 찾을 수 있었다. To children the outdoor playground is not merely the site of physical activity, but also a place where unstructured and formless voices are explored. This study aims to highlight the significance of the children's worlds by understanding how they are revealed and represented through language on the playground environment. Our analysis is based on data collected through direct observation of the outdoor play activities of a mixed-age class at a kindergarten where outdoor play takes place on a daily basis. Such observation reveals that within the playground environment children: first, create a variety of stories and songs; second, dismantle the boundaries between possibility and impossibility; third, reproduce popular culture television shows; and finally, reveal the playground to be an interface between the voices of children and those of adults. The results of this study suggest that the outdoor playground can be viewed as an educational environment that aids young children in representing their daily experiences. Thus the playground becomes a site where representation of everyday life can be freely created and voiced. In conclusion, we argue that outdoor play can be considered an important educational activity, and that such voices should be listened to more attentively.
