Recently, The business environment is very rapidly changed and complicated. Therefore, the companies are confront with the biggest difficulty. To overcome this difficulty, the management should be able to accomplish the human resources management and the efficient business management. Korea railroad industry has a close association with national life as it carries out public works based on its public nature as well as purses the corporate spirit. For that reason, Korea railroad industry has a great spin-off on national economy and exerts a tremendous impact on the improvement of productivity around the industries and the international competitiveness at aspect of efficiency resulting from business rationalization. Railroad system can be described as organic. Railroad Employs take a great role in this system. According the psychology and the Organization Behavior, the decision maker's personality and employee' work satisfaction have influence on performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the Railroad Employs' Personality and Work satisfaction which influence on the efficient business management.

본 연구는 화물수송을 둘러싼 사회적 · 경제적 환경변화 속에서 철도물류의 활성화가 시대적 과제가 되고 있는 시점에서 철도로의 모달시프트가 기대되는 철도컨테이너수송에 주목하여 화주, 복합운송업체, 운영자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시, 철도의 이용현황, 이용확대를 위한 개선사항, 환경문제에 대한 대응상황을 분석함으로써 철도물류서비스의 생산성 향상을 위한 개선방안, 나아가 국가정책과의 공동보조를 통한 철도화물수송으로의 모달시프트 가능성에 대하여 검토하였다. The purpose of this study is to search how to improvement methods of rail freight by understanding the problems and the evasion reasons in coping with various case of logistics environment and to enhance competitiveness of rail freight. So we examined improvement of in the productivity in the rail container transport, and possibility for Modal shift in Korea railway, we have done a survey among the shiffer and multimodal transport operators in Korea. Data were analyzed using quantitiative mathod.

미국 철도화물운송시장의 구조변화 분석

After the establishment of the ‘Staggers Rail Act of 1980’, which established an atmosphere of free competition in the rail freight transportation market, freight railway in America became larger and the proportion of freight railway in the market increased. In 2008, it took up 43% of the transportation market based on ton/mile unit and the productivity of freight rail increased. On the other hand, in the case of Korea, the competing atmosphere is being set up under the influences of the renovation of the rail transportation industry in 2004. However, to make the rail transportation market more active and become more advanced, a lot of effort is required to build a stronger foundation for a free competition atmosphere. In this paper, we have deducted the political implications on the establishment of strengthened competition in Korean rail transportation industry from reviewing what kind of changes the rail transportation market in America went through and how it was developed. In this case, we have focused on the changes in industrial trends towards the restriction policy. Also influences of the deregulation policy after 1980 on the enhanced market efficiency were reviewed.

엑셀 기반의 LCC 평가도구 개발

LCC can be defined as "the sum of present values of investment costs, capital costs, installation costs, energy costs, operating costs, maintenance costs, and disposal costs over the life-time of the project, product, or measure." LCCA involves estimating the costs and timing associated with each alternative over a selected analysis period and conversion of those costs to economically comparable values considering the time-value of money. The several Excel-Based LCC tools found on the internet are described in this paper. Also, This paper performed an analysis of the existing LCC commercial tools, assessing various aspects of each program. The goal was to evaluate the best features of each tool and to identify the requirements for LCC evaluation of Urban Transit Vehicle. The LCC tools are developed to address problems in many different areas and a tool developed and structured for one area cannot generally be used in another area. No general LCC tool exists and if one is needed for Urban Transit Vehicle it has to be developed by the project. Since a full LCC can be very complex it is likely that this Excel-Based LCC tool should be a small and simple tool for quick cost estimates. This paper presents a LCC tool consisting of eight excel sheets, which are “Project”, “CBS”, “PBS”, “PM”, “CM”, “Others”, "LCC Result" and "Diagram".

Belief revision involves integrating new information with the current belief. It is a ubiquitous human activity. A critical feature of belief revision lies in its sequential nature. Railroad system can be described as organic. Engine drivers take a great role in this system. Recently, Hogarth and Einhorn(1992) have posited a belief-adjustment model for updating beliefs. Based on a sequential anchoring and adjustment strategy, the model is important for decision makers. The sequential nature of information processing is affected by some task variables. The purpose of this study is to examin factors which influnce on the Enginr Driver's belief revision process. The factors are the order, experience and task. The difference of belief revision is due to the order and experience level
