한국의 중등 정보·컴퓨터 교사양성 교육과정과 J07-CS 교육과정의 비교

2018년부터 중학교에서 필수로 실시되는 정보교육의 수준은 정보·컴퓨터 교사의 교과전문성에 의존 한다. 본 연구는 중등 교사양성기관이 정보·컴퓨터 교사의 교과전문성을 담보하는 교육과정을 제공하고 있는지 분석하기 위한 목적이 있다. 목적 달성을 위해 첫째, 한국 중등 교사양성기관의 정보·컴퓨터 교사양성을 위한 교육과정 과목을 일본 정보학분야 고등정보교육과정인 J07-CS의 내용체계를 기반으로 구성된 과목과 비교하였다. 둘째, 교육부에서 제시하는 기본이수과목과 비교하고 셋째, 각 대학의 기본이 수과목 개설 현황도 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 중등 교사양성기관에서 개설되는 정보관련 과목 수는 J07-CS의 과목 수와 비교하여 부족하였다. 비교기준을 기본이수과목으로 한정해도 내용요소가 부족하였고, 교사양성기관별 기본이수과목의 개설 비율도 낮았다. 2018년부터 실시되는 정보교육의 목표를 원활 이 달성하기 위해서는 중등 교사양성기관의 교육과정에 대한 개선이 시급하다. Since 2018, the level of informatics education that is mandatory in junior high schools depends on the subject matter expertise of Informatics & Computer teachers. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether secondary teacher training institutes provide curriculum that guarantees the subjectivity of Informatics & Computer teachers. In order to achieve the goal, this study first compares curriculum courses for educating Informatics & Computer teachers of Korea secondary teacher training institutes with subjects based on the content system of J07-CS, the informatics education in Japan. Second, we compare the basic subjects offered by the Ministry of Education with the vocational subjects. Third, we analyzed the basic subjects of each university. As a result of the study, the number of informatics-related courses opened by Korean secondary teacher training institutions was insufficient compared to the number of subjects in J07-CS. Even though the standard of comparison was limited to basic subjects, the content elements were insufficient, and the ratio of the basic subjects of each university was low. In order to achieve the goal of informatics education from 2018, it is urgent to improve the curriculum of secondary education teachers.

메타학문인 정보학을 모태학문으로 하는 교과 "정보"

21세기에 들어서 한국을 포함한 세계 각국은 정보교육에 대한 많은 변화를 시도하였다. 각국의 상황을 고려하여 정보교육의 필요성을 인지하고 실천적 행동으로 옮기고 있다. 본 연구는 다양한 명칭으로 논의되고 있는 정보교육의 모태학문인 정보학에 대해 고찰하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 모태학문에 대한 고찰은 용어에 집중하여 학술논문과 고등교육기관의 학과명, 학술지에서 정보관련 용어의 출현빈도를 중심으로 분석하였다. 분석을 토대로 교과 ‘정보’는 사회적 변화에 기여하는 정보학을 모태학문으로 하고, 통합된 정보학은 모든 학문의 메타학문임을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 학문적인 측면 뿐 아니라 사회적 필요 측면에서 정보교육를 규명하고, 메타학문을 모태학문으로 하는 정보교육은 초중등 학교에서 필수로 가르쳐야 할 교과임을 시사점을 제공하였다. In the 21st century, countries around the world including Korea attempted many changes in informatics education. Considering its own situation, each country has recognized the necessity of informatics education and is taking actions. This research aims to study informatics which is the foundation of informatics education called in different names including computer science education and programming education. Terms related to information were focused. Mainly, it was analyzed the frequency of these terms from academic papers, higher educational institutions’ department names, and academic journals. Results of this analysis suggested that infomatics subject is originated from informatics which can be a Meta science of all fields. This research investigated informatics education not only as academic perspectives but social-needs and provide evidence that informatics subject which is originated from the informatics of a meta science needs to be a mendatory subject in primary and secondary education.

한국형 MOOC 플랫폼 구축 방안 연구

온라인 공개 수업인 MOOC(Massive Open Online Course)은 불특정 다수의 학습자를 위한 온라인 무료 학습으로 전 세계적으로 확산되고 있다. 우리나라는 고등교육기관인 대학을 중심으로 교육의 질 과 경쟁력을 강화를 위해 MOOC을 통한 교육에 패러다임이 일고 있다. 이에 우리 현실에 적합한 한 국형 MOOC을 서비스하기 위한 플랫폼 구축에 관련된 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 현재 국내외 에서 서비스 중인 국내 대학을 MOOC 서비스를 분석하고 기존의 온라인 교육 서비스 플랫폼을 통해 알아보고자 하였다. 한국형 MOOC 플랫품의 구축방안에서는 고등교육기관의 자율성과 창의성을 반영한 플랫폼 구축이 필요하며, 학습자 관점과 강좌 관리, 평가 관리, 학습커뮤니티 과정에서 요구되는 플랫폼의 기능들에 대한 결과를 알 수 있게 되었다

초등 예비교원을 위한 교양수준의 정보교육과정(안) 개발

본 연구는 초등 예비교원들이 정보교육에서 갖추어야하는 교양 수준의 정보교육과정(안)을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 목적 달성을 위해 첫째, 초등교원 양성대학의 교육과정, 고교-대학 연계 심화과정, 고등교육과정 표준인 CS2013을 비교 분석하여 내용과 수준을 마련하였다. 둘째, 고등교육과정 표준인 J07-GE 분석과 중등교육과정과의 연계성을 고려하여 과목을 구성하였다. 셋째, 과목과 영역, 내용 체계구성 등을 고려하여 전문가 검토를 통해 과목명을 정하였다. 전문가의 의견 분석 결과, 정보 사회에서 발생하는 문제를 컴퓨터과학의 관점으로 접근하기 위하여 컴퓨터과학 I, 컴퓨팅시스템의 기본적인 원리를 이해하는 영역으로 컴퓨터과학 II, 데이터 관리를 포함한 패턴이나 관계를 파악하는 데이터관리 및 분석을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 교원의 기본 역량 강화를 바탕으로 하는 문제해결 능력 향상뿐만 아니라 고등학교 정보과목에 대한 계속성과 계열성을 고려하여, 교양수준의 과목을 제시했다는데 의의가 있다. In this research, there is a purpose to develop an informatics education curriculum of the general level that the preliminary teacher at elementary school prepares for information education. First of all, in order to achieve the purpose, we compare and analyze the standard CS 2013 of the educational curriculum of elementary school teacher training university, University-Level Program cooperation deepening course, higher education course, and prepared content and level. Secondly, subjects were structured in consideration of standard J07-GE analysis of higher education curriculum and cooperation with secondary education course. Third, subject names were determined by examination by experts, taking into consideration the scope of subjects, content system composition, etc. Computer Science II, Computer Science II, Data Management in the domain to understand the basic principles of Computer Science I, Computing System, in order to approach expert opinions, analysis results, problems arising in information society from the viewpoint of computer science We proposed data management and analysis to grasp the patterns and relationships involved. In this research, not only improving ability to solve problems based on the basic capacity strengthening of teachers but also presenting subjects of general level, considering continuity star of high school information subjects it makes sense.

피지컬컴퓨팅교육을 위한 교사교육 지원 방안

최근 정보교육에 대한 관심은 국가 정책적 정보교과 교육과정 개편에서 피지컬컴퓨팅교육을 추가하였다. 정보교과가 중등과정의 필수 과정으로의 변화에도 불구하고 피지컬컴퓨팅교육과 관련된 교사지원에 대한 프로그램은 부족한 상태이다. 본 연구는 정보교육을 국가정책적으로 시행하고 있는 교사지원 프로그램의 종류와 현황에 대하여 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 대부분 정부기관과 연계된 단체를 중심으로 교사지원프로그램이 진행되고 있으며, 피지컬컴퓨팅에 대한 지원은 미비한 상태이다. 본 연구는 정보교사지원 프로그램 분석을 통해 2015 개정교과과정의 피지컬컴퓨팅 교육에 있어 정보교사지원 프로그램에 대한 시사점을 제안하였다.

팬데믹시대의 인성교육 : 문학과 영화를 활용한 수업모델

목적 본 연구에서는 국내대학 인성교육 교과프로그램과 비교과프로그램의 운영 현황을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 문학과 영화를 통해 팬데믹시대에 활용할 수 있는 새로운 수업모델을 개발하기 위해서이다. 본 연구는 이 수업모델을 수업에서 실제 적용하고, 인성교육을 활성화하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 국내의 인성교육의 현황을 파악하고, 우수한 인성교육 교과⋅비교과프로그램을 운영하는 7개 주요대학을 선정하고 분석하였다. 교과프로그램은 경희대, 계명대, 비교교프로그램은 성균관대, 서울여대, 서강대, 대구가톨릭대, 한동대를 각기 선정하였다. 연구를 위해 선행연구를 살펴보았다. 그리고 학회, 홈페이지 자료 등을 통해 정보를 수집하고 분석하였다. 결과 국내 인성교육의 현황을 분석한 결과, 문학작품을 어려워하는 학생들을 위해 문학작품을 영상화한 것을 적절하게 활용하여 학습자의 흥미를 유발하는 수업모델의 필요성이 제기되었다. 따라서 인성교육진흥법의 인성 덕목 중에서 ‘책임, 존중, 배려, 소통, 협동’을 토대로 대학생에게 필요한 인성교육 항목을 ‘치유와 자존감 회복, 책임과 정의, 존중과 배려, 소통과 협동, 공익에 부합하는 경제활동’으로 설정한 수업모델을 개발하였다. 그리고 실제 수업에 적용해보았다. 결론 학생들은 문학과 영화를 활용한 새로운 수업모델을 통해 나와 타인, 나와 타인의 관계에 대해 이해하고 실생활에서 실천할 수 있었다. 문학과 영화를 활용한 수업모델을 통해 팬데믹시대에도 종합적 영역에서 인성을 함양할 수 있었다. Objectives In this study, the current status of the character education curriculum programs and non-curriculum programs in domestic universities was analyzed. This is to develop a new teaching model that can be used in the pandemic era through literature and movies. The purpose of this study is to apply this instructional model in practice and to activate character education. Methods The current status of personality education in Korea was identified, and seven major universities operating excellent personality education programs were selected and analyzed. Kyunghee University and Keimyung University were selected for the curriculum program, and Sungkyunkwan University, Seoul Women s University, Sogang University, Daegu Catholic University, and Handong University were selected for non-curriculum programs. For research, I looked at previous studies. In addition, information was collected and analyzed through data from conferences and websites. Results As a result of analyzing the current status of personality education in Korea, the necessity of a teaching model that induces the interest of learners was raised by appropriately utilizing the images of literary works for students having difficulty with literary works. Therefore, among the personality virtues of the Personality Education Promotion Act, based on ‘responsibility, respect, consideration, communication, and cooperation’, the character education items necessary for college students are healing and recovering self-esteem, responsibility and justice, respect and consideration, communication and cooperation, and economic activities for the public interest. A teaching model set as ‘Economic activity’ was developed. And I applied it to the actual class. Conclusions Students were able to understand the relationship between me and others, and me and others through a new learner-centered teaching model and practice them in real life. In the pandemic era, humanity could be cultivated in a comprehensive area by using a teaching model using literature and movies.
