WiMAX 망에서 효율적인 VoIP 서비스를 제공하기 위한 헤더 압축 기법에 관한 연구

향상된 성능의 3 세대 무선 인터넷 서비스를 제공하기 위해 등장한 IEEE 802.16 표준은 VoIP를 적용할 수 있는 QoS 기능을 규정하고 있으며 WiMAX 포럼의 장비 제조사들은 저마다의 scheduling 기법 구현을 통해 WiMAX 네트워크에서 voice service가 가능하도록 장비를 설계하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, WiMAX 무선 구간에서 사용되는 MAC header는 제한된 RF 자원의 사용에 부담을 주고 있으며, BS(base station)와 BSC(BS controller)간에 사용되는 tunneling protocol의 헤더 역시 VoIP packet에 붙게 되어 대역폭의 비효율화를 초래한다. 유선상에서의 overheader는 저렴한 Gigabit Ethernet 링크를 사용하면 대역폭이 충분히 커지므로 별 문제가 되지 않지만 무선 상의 overheader는 반드시 줄여져야만 효율적인 무선 자원 이용 및 voice quality의 향상을 가져올 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지금까지 제안된 IP/UDP/RTP 헤더 압축 기법 및 WiMAX MAC header 압축 기법을 분석하여, 무선 구간 WiMAX 네트워크에서 VoIP 서비스를 효율적으로 제공할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

DVBMT 문제에 대한 효율적인 코어 노드 선택 알고리즘

멀티캐스트 기술이 발전함에 따라 멀티캐스트를 이용하는 응용 프로그램들 사이에서 실시간의 적용이 매우 중요한 문제로 제시되고 있다. 이러한 실시간 응용프로그램들을 만족시키는 요소 중 하나가 바로 지연시간 제한과 지연 변이 제한을 만족하는 멀티캐스트 트리(DVBMT : delay- and delay variation-bounded multicast tree) 문제이다. 이는 멀티캐스트 트리 상에서 각 목적노드는 요구 사항에 맞는 최적화 된 멀티캐스트 지연변이와 종단간의 제한된 지연시간을 함께 만족하도록 하는 문제이다. 이러한 문제는 현재 NP-complete 문제로 알려져 있으며, 꾸준하게 향상된 알고리즘이 제시되고 있는 상황이다. DVBMT 문제의 해법으로 원격 회의, 화상채팅, 또는 온라인 게임 같은 실시간 응용 프로그램에 적용시킬 수 있다. DVBMT 문제를 푸는 알고리즘들에는 DVMA, DDVCA 등이 있으며 본 논문에서 소개하는 알고리즘은 이들 알고리즘보다 효과적으로 구현하여 위와 같은 실시간 응용프로그램의 효율성을 한층 높일 수 있다. 이는 성능 평가로서 그 효율성을 확인하였으며, 이상적으로 알려진 DDVCA보다 inefficiency로 계산 했을 때, 약 9%에서 27%에 이른다. 시간복잡도는 DDVCA와 같은 O ( mn <sup>2</sup> )의 시간으로 구현된다.

초일류 기업이 되는 비결이 있는가? 사실 그런 비결은 없다. 이것은 이 주제에 대한 다양한 연구 결과를 보면 알 수 있다. 그러나 초일류 기업들의 공통된 특성을 조사하는 것은 의미가 있다고 본다. 이 연구는 글로벌 초일류 기업들의 특성을 연구하고, 그 공통된 특성에 의하여 글로벌 초일류 기업 모텔을 제시하고자 하였다.<BR> 이 연구는 변화하는 경영의 패러다임을 보여주고 있다. 고정되어 있지 않고 지속적으로 변하는 환경에 적응하고, 이러한 환경을 창출하는 기업이 글로벌 초일류 기업이다. 백신 모형이 제시하는 12가지 요소는 어떻게 보면 그리 특이한 결론이 아닐 수 있다. 그러나 이 연구는 다양한 초일류 기업의 특성을 사례 중심으로 분석하고, 주요한 핵심 인자를 파악하여 제시하고 있다. 그래서 이 요소들은 기업의 현 경쟁력을 점검하고 문제점을 분석하는 데 하나의 지표가 될 것이다. Is there any secret to be a global leader? Absolutely, the answer is no. A plenty of research regarding this issue tells the reason. It is meaningful. however. to study the common factors of the global leaders. This research studies the common factors of the global leaders and provides the model of global leaders based on the common factors.<BR> This study also considers the changing paradigm of business. The global leaders are constantly changing to be adaptive to the changing environments. Furthermore. they create these environments. The twelve factors of VACCINE model may be not peculiar. But this research analyzes a variety of cases of global leaders and provides the core factors. These factors may playa key role as a guideline for companies to evaluate their global competitiveness.

한국경제의 큰 부분을 차지하고 있는 자영업자들은 국내 환경의 변화로 새로운 도전과 문제에 직면하고 있으며 국내 경제에서 자영업자의 지속적인 몰락은 중산층의 붕괴로 경제 및 사회적으로 큰 파장을 일으킬 것이다. 본 연구에서는 자영업자의 몰락하는 원인과 문제점을 심도 있게 분석하고 마케팅적 관점에서 자영업자들에게 도움이 될 수 있는 전략을 제공하고자 한다. 국내 자영업자의 문제는 국내 자영업의 적정규모보다 30-40% 초과하고 있고 고용보험과 산재보험 가입률은 50% 미만이며 음식, 숙박, 소매 등의 업종에 과도하게 몰려 출혈 경쟁 중이라는 점이다. 또한, 창업 준비가 부족하며 베이비붐 세대(1955-1963년생)의 창업이 급증하여 높은 자영업 폐업률과 평균 소득의 감소도 문제들이다. 코로나 19로 인하여 불황의 늪은 더 깊어지고 근로시간 단축, 최저임금의 인상은 자영업자들을 어렵게 만들고 있다. 이러한 위기 상황에서도 자영업자들은 구독경제모델을 해당 자영업종에 적용할 수 있는지 연구하고 실행해야 하며 스토리 텔링을 유튜브 등과 같은 SNS를 활용하여야 한다. 외식업계는 성공하기 위하여 경쟁자들과 비교하여 식자재와 서비스를 차별화하고 차별화된 고객 경험 관리를 전략적으로 고려해야 한다. 또한, 현대 마케팅에서 핵심 전략 중의 하나인 포지셔닝 전략을 구축하고 코로나 19의 창궐로 언택트 시대를 맞아 유통채널의 다양화가 필요하다. Self-employed people, who account for a large part of the Korean economy face new challenges and problems due to changes in the domestic environment and the continued downfall of self-employed people in the domestic economy will have great economic and social ramifications due to the collapse of the middle class. In this study we would like to analyze in-depth the causes and problems of the self-employed and provide strategies that can help the self-employed from a marketing perspective. The problem with the nation s self-employed is that they are 30 to 40 percent more than the proper size of the country s self-employed businesses, with employment and industrial insurance coverage rates below 50 percent and excessive concentration in such sectors as food, lodging and retail is in the midst of a bleeding competition. In addition, the lack of preparation for start-ups and the number of start-ups by baby boomers (born between 1955-1963) has soared, resulting in a high rate of closure of self-employed businesses and a decrease in average income. Due to Corona 19, the recession is deepening, shorter working hours and higher minimum wages are making it difficult for self-employed people. Even in this crisis, self-employed people should study and implement whether they can apply the subscription economy model to the relevant self-employed and use SNS such as YouTube for storytelling. In order to succeed, the restaurant industry must differentiate food materials and services compared to its competitors and strategically consider managing differentiated customer experiences. In addition it is necessary to establish a positioning strategy one of the key strategies in modern marketing, and diversify distribution channels in the wake of the era of Untact with the opening of Corona 19.

This paper introduces the automatic fine Bituminous Coal injection lance position control method using flame image process. The fine Coal injection lance is used to supply additional heat into the furnace in Mill plant. It injects fine coal into high pressured air flow and produces very heated and high pressured flame. For the such high temperature and pressure, the fine coal injection lance effects not only efficiency of burner but also furnace abrasion. To keep efficient combustion status and to avoid the abrasion, in this paper, the flame is monitored by computer image process. This paper proposes the flame image process method and lance position control according to calculated result for flame image process.
