트위스티드 다이오드 연결 구조를 이용한 저전압 스윙 도미노 로직

본 논문에서는, 트위스티드 연결구조를 이용한 새로운 저전압 스윙 도미노 로직 회로를 제안한다. 제안된 회로의 출력스윙 범위는 트위스티드 트랜지스터의 사이즈와 출력 캐패시턴스의 크기에 따라 조절가능하다. 제안된 회로를 적용한 리플캐리덧셈기(Ripple Carry Adder)는 도미노 CMOS로직에 비해 전력소비는 37%감소했고 전력·지연 곱(power-delay product)은 43%감소했다. In this paper, we propose a new small swing domino logic that reduces the swing amplitude by using twist-connected PMOS and NMOS transistors. The output swing range of the proposed circuit is adjusted by the size of the twist-connected transistors and the load capacitance. The designed RCA with the proposed circuit technique shows reduction of the power consumption by 37% and PDP performance by 43% compared with the domino CMOS logic.

현장경험 사례 연구 ② : 중국인의 코드로 분석한 중국 내(內)한류의 진입과 전망

한국 대중문화의 인기를 뜻하는 ‘한류’가 중국에 정착하게 된 배경 연구에 대해서는 한국문화의 우수성에 초점을 맞춰 기술되고 있는 경향이 있다. 한류의 중국 내 성공의 배경을 공급자인 한류의 콘텐츠가 보유한 매력에서 찾는 분석은 당연해 보이지만, 수요자인 중국인의 성향에 비춰본 연구도 필요하다. 공급자에게 수요자의 성향 파악이 중요한 이유는 지속적 관계 유지를 강화하기 위함이다. 왜 좋아하는지를 알아야 어떻게 관계를 오래 유지할 수 있을지를 알 수 있기 때문이다. 중국인이 한국 대중 문화를 받아들인 배경을 중국인의 성향 에서 분석하고, 한류의 지속적 흐름을 유지하기 위한 방안도 중국인의 성향에서 모색했다. 중국인의 성향은 광대한 영토와 엄청난 인구 등 환경의 영향을 받아왔다. 그 결과로 인내심과 무관심 그리고 폐쇄성이 자연스레 기질 속에 자리잡았다. 중국인의 성향에서 볼 때 한국은 중국과 달라 보인다. 한국인은 인내심이 적고 남의 일에 무관심하지 않으며 결코 폐쇄적이지 않음을 알게된 것이다. 이와 함께 한국의 문화는 중국에서는 희미해진 공자의 유교 문화에 바탕하고 있음도 발견했다. 전형적인 유교 문화에다 서양에서 유입한 문화가 접목돼 있음도 보았다. 한국은 중국과 닮은 듯 다르고, 또 다른 듯 닮아있다고 느낀 것이다. 이처럼 불이부동(不異不同)의 혼재와 시간적·공간적 혼종(混種)이 중국인에게 한류의 매력으로 작용한 측면이 크다. 중국인의 성향속에서 도출된 사람과 사람 간의 관계를 뜻하는 ‘꽌시(關係)’도 한국의 연줄과 일견 비슷해 보이지만 다르다. 중국인의 문화 코드인 ‘관시’의 다양한 관점에서 한류 수용의 배경을 설명해 보았다, 중국 내 한류의 지속가능한 방안도 ‘꽌시(關係)’의 요체인 ‘쌍방향 교류’, ‘공동이익 추구’에서 찾아보았다. The studies on ‘korean wave’, which means popularity of korean mass cultue, have shown a tendency focused on proving excellency of korean culture itself. In china also such an understanding that korean wave can achieve success for the sake of attractiveness it contains has been sonsidered as natural. Meanwhile it is also necessary to try researches from the viewooint of consumers’ chracter. It’s because understanding the consumer’s character can be the ways to maintain the sustainable relationship between consumers and providers. Chinese have endurance, indifference and closed mind as DNA in their blood which have been influenced by the vast land and terrible population. In chinese view, koreans are different from themselves in the fields of characters, customs and way of thinking as well. Meanwhile they also found that koreans are very simillar with themselves in terms of confucism based culture. Koreans and their mass culture have both similarities and differences as well in comparison with chinese. This study shows the factors that have made chinese to recieve korean mass culture into their wall are the ‘guanxi’, the unique chinese human relationships. The backgrounds of successful landing of korean wave on China can be explained by using this code of chinese character. The sustainable way of maintaing korean wave in China also can be sought by joint pursuit of mutual interests based on the ‘guanxi’ relationship between chinese and koreans.

재미한인의 문화다양성 수용에 관한 연구: 동부지역 거주 한인을 중심으로

이 논문은 미국 동부지역에 거주하고 있는 한인들의 문화다양성 수용에 대한 실태를 설문조사를 통해 살펴보았다. 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재미한인은 미국사회가 인종, 종교, 사회경제적 배경 등 이민자의 문화다양성을 인정하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 재미한인의 미국정부의 이민정책에 대한 만족도는 보통 미만으로 나타났으며, 미국정부의 이민정책은 더욱 개방되어야 한다고 보고 있다. 셋째, 재미한인은 전반적으로 같은 한국인들과 친하게 지내고 신뢰하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 재미한인 1세는 모국의 정치문제에 관심이 많은 반면, 2세는 미국의 정치문제에 관심이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 시사점은 재미한인사회는 세대별로 나타나는 행동양식과 정체성의 차이를 좁혀 나가야 한다. 마지막으로 1.5세와 2세의 참여를 보강하여 세대 간 문화다양성의 차이를 비교분석하는 후속 연구가 진행될 필요가 있다. This thesis examines the reality of cultural diversity acceptance of Koreans living in the eastern part of the United States through a survey. The main findings of the study are as follows. First, Korean-Americans showed that American society recognizes the cultural diversity of immigrants, such as race, religion, and socioeconomic background. Second, the satisfaction of Korean-Americans with the immigration policy of the US government was below average, and it is believed that the US government’s immigration policy should be more open. Third, it was found that Korean-Americans are generally friendly and trusting with the same Koreans. Fourth, it was found that the first generation of Korean-Americans were more interested in the political issues of their home country, while the second generation was more interested in the political issues of the United States. The implication of this study is that the Korean-Americans society should narrow the differences in behavioral patterns and identities that appear by generation. Lastly, it is necessary to conduct a follow-up study to compare and analyze differences in cultural diversity between generations by reinforcing the participation of 1.5-year-olds and 2-year-olds.

웰에이징 구강보건교육 인식과 요구도 연구 -구강보건교육 전문가 중심으로-

본 연구는 구강보건교육 전문가 대상 웰에이징을 위한 구강보건교육안 개발을 위해 교육의 인식과 요구도를 조사하였다. 2022년 11월 ~ 2023년 1월까지 구강보건교육 전문가 61명을 대상으로 구강보건교육 내용의 중요도와 지식도, 구강보건교육 운영지원 중요도와 요구도에 관한 설문조사 후 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, Kruskal-Wallis test, Mann-Whitney U test, IPA 분석을 하였다. 구강보건교육 내용의 중요도와 지식도 IPA 결과 구강질환과 전신질환 관련성은 중점개선영역, 구강질환 예방법, 구강건강의 중요성은 경쟁우위 영역으로 나타났다. 구강보건교육 운영지원 중요도와 요구도 분석 결과 구강보건교육 목표, 공통 교육안 개발은 중점 개선영역, 교육 평가 체계는 경쟁 우위영역으로 나타났다. 그러므로 구강보건교육 전문가 집단의 웰에이징 구강보건교육안 개발 시 중점개선영역인 전신질환 관련성 교육내용 보완이 요구되었다. This study investigates the awareness and demand of oral health education experts to develop an oral health education plan for well-aging. From November 2022 to January 2023, 61 oral health education experts were surveyed on the importance and knowledge of oral health education contents, and the importance and demand for oral health education operation support. Descriptive statistical analysis was achieved by applying the Kruskal-Wallis test, Mann-Whitney U test, and IPA, using the SPSS 24.0 program. The IPA analysis results on the importance and knowledge of oral health education identified that the relevance between oral diseases and systemic diseases was a priority improvement area, and oral disease prevention methods and the importance of oral health were identified as competitive advantage areas. Analyzing the importance and demand of oral health education operation support determined that intensive improvement was required in the oral health education goal and the development of common education plans. The educational evaluation system was identified as an area for competitive advantage. Our results indicate that when the oral health education expert group develops a well-aging oral health education plan, there is a necessity to supplement the educational content related to systemic diseases, which is a key area requiring improvement.
