Identrus를 통한 電子式 貿易決濟의 活性化에 관한 硏究

The purpose of this paper is to examine whether the international electronic payment system through IDENTRUS can be active in the future or not. For this purpose, we have reviewed the various aspects of the typical systems : their types, operational mechanisms and actual limitations in real trade. Then we have proceeded to examine the distinguished features of IDENTRUS in terms of operational procedures and characteristics by comparing to other systems. Specially as the preconditions of activation, the possibilities of cost down, time reduction, risk hedging and operational efficiency have been studied. Thus we are not sure that the IDENTRUS will have a position as a main stream in the future electronic payment system, but this system would contribute positively to the establishment of electronic payment system if some functional additions will follow.

This study through the notion of conventional thinking, seeks to understand and resolve the problem of fixed reproduction in the violence culture that is accepted in the name of voluntary compliance among college athletic departments. Violence in college athletic departments indicates that it acts as a mechanism for maintaining the pertinent group between a‘vertical relationship’ (i.e., leaders and athletes) and a‘horizontal relationship’(e.g., solidarity). The social actors performing the violence are reproduced through habitus embodied by the social condition and the environment according to their hierarchy. In other words, there exit a vertical and horizontal relationships among the college athletic departments from which athletes acquire the violence culture and change themselves as forwarders from beneficiaries. As a result, such a violence culture is inherited and simultaneously reproduced in the name of tradition. Therefore, paradigm shift should be made from the authoritarian vertical relationship to the universal relationship that values the respect for human ‘diversity’in order that the violence culture can be abolished. All human relationships in a democratic society must be guaranteed to have interchangeable and interdependable horizontal communication between the social members.

레토르트 Crab Analog의 살균 최적화 및 품질 특성

This study developed a normal temperature-circulatable retort-sterilized crab analog (RSCA) with a long shelf-life by retort sterilization. We examined the optimum sterilization conditions and quality characteristics of the RSCA. A central composite design for response surface methodology (RSM) was adopted to optimize of the retort sterilization. The central composite design consisted of 11 samples: four factorial points, four star points, and three central points. The sterilization temperature and F0-value for retort sterilization were the independent variables, and the shearing force, whiteness, and sensory score for texture were the dependent variable. The RSM analysis of the multiple response optimization for the RSCA using the Minitap statistical programing gave an F0-value of 3.3 min. at 117.5℃. The RSM analysis also indicated that the sterilization temperature during retort sterilization was the most influential factor, while the F0-value had little effect on the quality of the RSCA. The moisture, pH and volatile basic nitrogen contents of the RSCA product were 73.1%, 7.3 and 17.2 mg/100 g, respectively, and viable cells count was >18 CFU/g. And sensory quality characteristics of this RSCA was similar to those of a commercial crab analog.
