기 운동과 안면 마사지크림 사용이 중년여성의 피부탄력도와 멜라토닌 수준 향상에 미치는 영향

연구목적 본 연구는 중년 한국 여성의 안면 피부 탄력에 대한 다양한 피부 치료 방법의 효과를 조사하였다. 연구방법 중년 여성 28명을 무작위로 네 그룹으로 나누었다: 기 운동 그룹(GE, n=7), GE +크림 사용 그룹(GE+CA, n=7), 크림 사용 그룹(CA, n=7), 그리고 대조 그룹(CON, n=7). 본 연구에서 실험적인 프로토콜은 12주 동안 주 3회 실시하였으며 안면 피부 탄력 및 멜라토닌 수준의 변화를측정하였다. 결과 도출된 연구결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 그룹 간 전치료 및 후치료 값의 비교 분석에서, GE 그룹의 오른쪽 뺨 안면 피부 탄력은 CA 및 CON 그룹과 비교하여 유의하게 증가하였다. 더불어 GE+CA 그룹의 오른쪽 뺨 또한 GE 및 CON 그룹과 비교하여 안면 피부 탄력에서 유의한 증가를보였다. 이 그룹의 왼쪽 뺨 안면 피부 탄력도 CON 그룹과 비교하여 유의하게 증가하였으며, CON 그룹의 오른쪽 뺨 또한 CA 그룹과 비교하여 유의한 증가를 보였다. 결론 본 연구는 GE+CA 요법이 건강한피부 관리와 전반적인 웰빙 촉진에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 지원한다. Purpose This study examined the effects of different skin treatment methods on facial skinelasticity in middle-aged Korean women. Methods Twenty-eight middle-aged women wererandomized into four groups: qigong exercise (GE, n=7), GE + cream application (GE+CA,n=7), cream application (CA, n=7), and control (CON, n=7). The experimental protocol in thisstudy was conducted three times over 12 weeks and measured changes in facial skin elasticityand melatonin levels. Results A comparative analysis of pre- and post-treatment values amongthe groups revealed that the facial skin elasticity of the right cheek in the GE group significantlyincreased compared to that of the CA and CON groups. Additionally, the right cheek of theGE+CA group showed a significant increase in facial skin elasticity compared to both the GEand CON groups. The facial skin elasticity of the left cheek in this group also exhibited asignificant increase compared to that of the CON group, while the right cheek of the CON groupdisplayed a significant increase compared to the CA group. Conclusion This study providessupport for the positive effects of the GE+CA regimen in promoting healthy skin managementand overall well-being.

In the course of Internet proliferation, many World Wide Web-related technologies are examined for possible growth and evolution. The use of World Wide Web-based technologies has further fuelled the demand for World Wide Web-based applications. In this paper, We describe the design and implementation of image marking system that help user manipulate their own image. The user can edit, print and merge their own image with other offered image using World Wide Web. Also the user don't need to buy a required software at a high price but only use World Wide Web that offer the service.
