        여가스포츠 참여 노인의 운동만족이 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 여가스포츠 참여 노인의 운동만족과 성공적 노화의 관계에서 자기효능감의 조절효과를 검증하고자 실시하였다. 연구대상은 서울에서 거주하면서 여가스포츠에 참여하고 있는 노인 277명이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 24.0을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관관계분석, 조절회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 운동만족의 정신적 혜택, 대인관계 증진, 심리적 혜택은 성공적 노화에 유의한 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 운동만족과 성공적 노화의 관계에서 자기효능감의 조절효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구의 의의는 노인의 여가스포츠 운동만족과 성공적 노화의 관계에서 자기효능감을 고려할 수 있음을 확인한 것이다. 본 연구의 결과는 노인의 성공적 노화를 높이기 위한 여가스포츠 프로그램 개발의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This study was conducted to verify the moderating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between exercise satisfaction and successful aging of the elderly in leisure sports. The study subjects are 277 elderly people living in Seoul and participating in leisure sports. For data analysis, SPSS 24.0 was used for technical statistics, correlation analysis, and moderating regression analysis. The research results are as follows. First, the psychological benefits, psychological benefits, and psychological benefits of exercise satisfaction have a significant positive effect on successful aging. Second, the moderating effect of self-efficacy was confirmed in the relationship between exercise satisfaction and successful aging. The significance of this study was to confirm that self-efficacy could be considered in the relationship between leisure sports exercise satisfaction and successful aging of the elderly. The results of this study may be used as basic data for the development of leisure sports programs to increase the successful aging of the elderly.

      • 대도시 유아교육 기관에 입학한 유아들의 체력비교에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 대도시의 유아교육 기관에 1992년에 입학한 유아와 2002년에 입학한 유아의 체력 요인중 순발력, 민첩성, 지구력, 평형능력,근력을 측정 검사하여 두 집단의 상관관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 이에 2002년에 입학한 유아의 체력 요인중 근력과 민첩성이 결핍된 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 고 칼로리(페스트 푸드)의 음식을 자제하고,균형 있는 영양공급을 해야 하며,좁은 공간, 지나친 TV시청, 컴퓨터로 인찬 정적인 활동의 기회를 줄여야 한다. 또한 또래들과의 신체활동 기회 및 시간을 현재 보다 많이 늘려야 할 것이며, 정규 유아교육기관에서의 대근육 활동 시간을 보다 많이 늘려야 한다. 그리고 가정에서 가족들과 함께 하는 신체활동의 기회를 늘려야 할 것이다. 이러한 측정 검사를 기본으로 유아체육의 필요성이 더욱더 인식되어야 하며 유아체육 프로그램이 유아들의 기초체력 향상을 위하여 보다 과학적으로 체계화되어야 할 것이다. 또한 유아교육 관련 학과 및 체육관련 학과에서 유아들의 기초체력 발달을 위한 연구가 더욱 활발히 이루어져야 할 것이다. This research tried to measure and test responsiveness, agility, endurance, balance, muscular power of physical factors of infants admitted to infantile educational institutions in big cities in 1992 and 2002 and explore the correlation of two groups. It is indicated that the physical factors of the infants admitted in 2002 lack agility and muscular strength. Accordingly, they should restrain from high calorie food (fast food), and supply balanced nutrients and reduce the chance of static activities such as narrow space, excessive TV watching, and computer. Also they will have to increase the opportunity and time of physical activity with peers, and muscular activity at regular infantile educational institutions. And they will have to increase the chance of physical activity with family members at homes. Based on these measurement tests, the need of infantile physical education should be more recognized and the programs of infantile physical education should be more scientifically systemized to improve the basic physical strength of infants. Furthermore, research for developing the basic physical strength of infants will have to be more actively carried out by infantile education and physical education related departments and disciplines.

      • 유아체육 지도자의 사기저하 요인과 개선방안

        본 연구는 최근 유아교육에서 중요한 교육영역으로 자리잡아가고 있는 유아체육 활동의 지도를 담당하고 있는 지도자들의 사기저하 요인을 살피보고 이를 근거로 하여 유아교육기관에서 활동하고 있는 유아체육 지도자들의 사기저하 개선방안을 규명하는 것이 목적이다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2003년 12월 현재 서울, 대전, 대구, 부산, 광주의 유아교육기관을 전집으로 하여 407명을 표집하여 유아체육지도자들의 사기저하요인을 분석하였으며, 그에 따른 개선방안을 제시하였다. 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 지역에 따른 유아체육지도자들의 사기저하 요인을 살펴보면, 정서적 탈진의 경우 부산지역이 사기저하가 크게나타났으며, 대구가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 비 인격화는 대전이 가장 높고 대구가 가장 낮게 나타났으며, 개인적인 성취감은 부산지역이 사기저하가 가장높교 광주가 가장 낮게 나타났으며, 성별에 따른 사기저하요인은 정서적 탈진의 경우 여자가 남 자보다 사기저하가 높게 나타났으며, 비인격화는 여자가 남자보다 높게,개인적인 성취감은 별차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 연령에 따른 사기저하요인은 36세 이상이 사기저하가 가장 높고 23세이하가 가장 낮게 나타났으며, 비인격화는 31세-35세가 사기저하가 가장높게 나타났으며, 23세 이하가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 학력에 따른 사기저하요인을 살펴보면,정서적 탈진은 비체육계대학(원)졸이 사기저하가 가장 높고 기타가 가장 낮게 나타났으며 1%이내에서 통계적인 유의차가 나타났다. 비인격화는 체육계대학졸이 사기저하가 가장 높게 나타났으며 기타가 가장 낮게 나타났으나 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 개인적 성취감은 비체육계대학졸이 사기저하가 가장 높게 기타가 가장 낮게 나타났으나 통계적인 유의차는 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 직위에 따른 사기저하 요인을 살펴보면, 기타가 가장 높고, 아르바이트가 가장 낮게 나타났고, 비 인격화는 경영 및 전임지도자가 사기저하가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 아르바이트가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 결론적으로 유아체육 지도자들은 사회적으로 대우를 받아야 함에도 불구하고 유아교육기관에 체육교사라는 직위가 인정 되지 않아 정기적인 승진(교사호봉), 직장의료보험, 연금등에서 제외됨과 동시에 유아교육기관에 종사하는 젊은 남자가 없어 수업외 여러 잔무에 시달리고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 이제는 유아교육기관에서는 기존의 유아체육 지도자들의 직위를 인정해 주어야 하며, 정기적인 승진, 호봉인상 등에서 제외 되는 일이 없어야 할 것이다. 아울러 전문적이고, 체계적인 대학(2년제 대학포함)에서 유아체육 교사를 양성 배출해야 할 것이다. 또한 개인의 발전을 위하여 상급 학교에 진학하여 꾸준히 노력하는 것이 중요하다고 하겠다. The purpose of this essay is to explore the factors of demoralization of the educators taking charge of the instruction of child physical activity taking its foothold as an important area in child education, and closely examine into the reform plan of demoralization of child physical educators acting at child educational institutions based on it. To achieve this goal, 407 subjects were sampled from the child educational institutions in Seoul, Daejeon, Daegu, Busan, and Gwangjoo as of 2003, and the factors of demoralization of child physical educators were analyzed, and its reform plan was presented. As a result of analysis, following conclusion was obtained. First, the factors of demoralization of child physical educators by region, in case of emotional exhaustion, demoralization was the highest in Busan area, and the lowest in Daegu. in case of inhumanity, it was the highest in Daejeon, and the lowest in Daegu, and personal achievement, it was the highest in Busan and the lowest in Gwangjoo. Second, the factors of demoralization by gender, in case of emotional exhaustion, demoralization was higher in women than men, in case of inhumanity, it was higher in women than men, and in case of personal achievement, there was little difference, which means that women feel more burdensome in classes than men. Third, the factors of demoralization by age, in case of emotional exhaustion, it was the highest at those of 36 or higher, and the lowest at those of 23 or lower, in case of inhumanity, it was the highest at those between 31 and 35, and the lowest at those of 23 or lower. Fourth, the factors of demoralization by career, in case of emotional exhaustion, it was the highest at those with 5 year or more career, and the lowest at those of 1 year or less career, in case of inhumanity, it was the highest at those of 5 year or more career, and the lowest at those of 5 year or less career, and in case of personal achievement, it was the highest at those of 5 year or more career, and the lowest at those of 3 year or less career.. Fifth, the factors of demoralization by marriage, demoralization was higher in the married than the unmarried, which means that many careered subjects are concerned with the status upwardness. Sixth, the factors of demoralization by school background, in case of emotional exhaustion, it was the highest at those of non-physical education graduates, and the lowest at the others, which showed statistically significant difference within 1%, in case of inhumanity, it was the highest at those of physical education graduates, and the lowest at the others, which did not show significant difference. And in case of personal achievement, it was the highest at those of non-physical education graduates, and the lowest at the others, which did not show statistically significant difference. Seventh, the factors of demoralization by monthly income, in case of emotional exhaustion, it was the highest at 1.80-2.50 million won, and the lowest at the others, which did not show statistically significant difference, in case of inhumanity, it was the highest at 1.80-2.50 million won and the lowest at the others, which showed significant difference within 0.1%. And in case of personal achievement, it was the highest at 0.8 million won, and the lowest at the others, which did not show statistically significant difference. Eighth, the factors of demoralization by position, it was the highest at the others and lowest at part time job, in case of inhumanity, it was the highest at manager and full time educators, and the lowest at part time job. In conclusion, as it may be the case, child physical educators should be socially treated, but they have not had physical teachers' position recognized, so they are excluded from regular promotion (teachers' salary step), vocational medical insurance, and pension, and troubled with many miscellaneous works as there are no young male workers engaged in child educational institutions. Accordingly, child educational institutions should recognize child physical educators' position, and not exclude them from regular promotion, rise of salary step. In addition, specialized and systematic colleges (including 2 year system colleges) should cultivate and produce child physical educators.

      • 유아체육 지도자의 직무 스트레스에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 전국 대도시의 유아체육지도자들의 배경변인에 따른 직무만족을 분석함으로서 유아체육의 발전적인 방향을 제시하는데 목적을 가지고 유층집락무선표집(stratified cluster random sampling)법을 사용하여 대도시로 2002년 현재 서울, 대전, 인천, 대구, 부산, 광주의 유아교육기관을 모집단으로 선정하였다. 어린이집과 유치원의 비율을 고려하여 서울은 50개의 유아교육기관, 나머지 지역은 한 지역 당 10개의 유아교육기관을 무작위(random sampling) 할당하여 각 기관 당 5명 이상씩을 추출하여 총 587명을 표집하여 그 중 407부를 본 연구의 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 그에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 유아와 관련한 직무스트레스는 지역, 성별, 경력에서 원장과 관련한 직무스트레스는 지역, 연령, 학력, 월수입에서 학부모와 관련한 직무스트레스는 연령, 경력, 월수입에서 수업과 관련한 직무스트레스는 지역, 연령, 경력, 학력, 월수입에서 대우와 관련한 직무스트레스는 지역, 성별, 연령, 경력, 학력, 월수입에서 시설과 관련한 직무스트레스는 지역, 성별, 경력, 학력, 직위에서 차이가 있다. 결론적으로 유아체육은 엄청난 양적인 팽창을 하고 있지만 질적인 부분에서 많은 미비점들을 가지고 있다. 특히 유아 체육지도자들의 근무여건은 유아들에게 영향을 미친다는 여러 연구결과들처럼 빨리 개선되어야 할 것이다. When the child physical education is defined to be a comprehensive education using a variety of physical activities, child physical education instructors' job satisfaction would be of great help to promote effective child physical education. This paper analyzes the instructors' job satisfaction depending upon their background factors to give better directions for the child physical education. The objects were selected at the kindergartens at Seoul, Daejeon, Incheon, Daegu, Busan and Gwangju, etc based on the stratified cluster random sampling. Considering the ratio between child house and kindergartens, the author selected 50 kindergartens at Seoul and each 10 kindergartens at other cities by random sampling and selected ea! ch 5 children from the kindergartens: Total number of the objects was 587 children, among whom the author made use of the material of 407 children for analysis. The findings were as follows: First, child related job stress had significant difference at region, gender and job experience. Second, kindergarten director related job stress had significant difference at region, ages, educational background and monthly income. Third, student parents related job stress had significant difference at ages, job experience and monthly income. Fourth, fellow workers related job stress had not significant difference. Fifth, class related job stress had significant difference at region, ages, job experience and monthly income. Sixth, salary related job stress had significant difference at region, gender, ages, job experience, educational background and monthly income. Seventh, facilities related job stress had significant difference at region, gender, job experience, educational background and positions.

        The aims of this study are to analyze how much the contents of the elementary and middle school textbooks are related to the students' thinking ability development and to refer inappropriate parts in linking analysis so that more effective can be possible. Our research explains the collection between the terms used in the middle school and those in the elementary school.Therefore the conclusions are like as followings. The first and second grade students in the elementary school would be continuously interested in the mathematical thinking way and diagram of quantity problems.For the third and fourth grade students, the textbook applies mathematical knowledge and function to problem solution ability.Also, it is made up so as to get interested in the necessity and continuous interest in mathematics.For the fifth and sixth grade students, it presents mathematical thinking, expressions and attitude.In the middle school textbook, it gives rational solutions through the mathematical method, good attitudes, and interests to make mathematics useful in real life.Therefore the connection between the elementary school and the middle school is quite closely related.

        We made a comparative study of 6th &th curriculum -system, content, the method of teaching · learning and evaluation focused on high school. This paper predicts lots of problems which may be caused by practicing of a degreed and leveled curriculum that is the core in the 7th curriculum of Mathematics and propose some alternative plan. 1. Sufficient classroom space and facilities that make easier for students to move. 2. Sufficient teacher resource to solve overcrowding classes. 3. Reduction of an overworked teacher to improve and develop the method of various teaching · learning and evaluation. 4. Development of various teaching method and materials for the ability grouping. 5. Expansion of the chances of study activities and a variety of seminar to cultivate highly - qualified teachers. 6. The precedence of opening and exchanging of class-guiding plan and teaching · learning materials. The result of the analysis of this paper show that the more advanced system of content, the method of teaching, learning, and evaluation focused on high school.

        The Effect of Creation of Shared Value Activities of Professional Volleyball Team on the Team Trust and the Community Identification

        This research aims to provide empirical basic data for the development of local communities through the establishment of efficient strategies for the formation of positive relations between the club and the region through the Creation of Shared Value (CSV) activities. We come up with the results of this study to show that CSV, social problem orientation, and core competency utilization affect the team trust of local community, and that CSV, long-term orientation, social problem orientation and core competency utilization affect community identification. The research should enhance the value of professional sports teams that promote their own path to self-sustaining as a single independent business area, and identify their trust through CSV activities for coprosperity with their local communities, and thus their relationship with the community. Therefore, various strategies and efforts will ultimately increase the team trust and community identity of local residents in professional volleyball teams, while at the same time gaining positive effects on professional volleyball teams.
