        1-션트 인버터의 고조파 저감을 위한 새로운 상전류 복원에 관한 연구

        This paper presents the results of a phase current reconstruction method obtained from a DC Link 1-shunt resistor of a 3-phase inverter. An accurate phase current from the shunt resistor can be acquired in a minimal time interval. As a result, there are unmeasurable areas in the output voltage hexagon of space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM). It is necessary to reconstruct the phase current even in the unmeasurable areas in order to control the motor. In conventional methods, the phase currents are reconstructed by modifying the switching pattern of the SVPWM or injecting the voltages. However, these methods are encumbered by a high total harmonic distortion (THD) in the reconstructed phase current. This paper proposes a phase current reconstruction method using the estimated current and injection of the optical voltage to reduce the THD of the phase current. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method were verified via simulation which was performed on a surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM). 본 논문에서는 2-Level 3상 인버터의 DC Link단의 1-션트 저항으로부터 상전류를 복원하는 방법을 제시한다. 이를위해 션트 저항으로부터 정확한 위상 전류를 얻기 위해서는 최소한의 시간이 필요하며 이 시간 때문에 SVPWM의 출력전압 육각형에 측정 할 수 없는 영역이 존재한다. 모터를 제어하기 위해서는 측정 불가능 영역에서도 위상 전류를 복원이 필요하다. 종래의 방법들에서는 SVPWM의 스위칭 패턴을 변경하거나 전압을 인가함으로써 복원한다. 그러나, 이러한방법은 복원된 상전류에서 높은 고조파 특성을 가진다. 상전류의 THD를 줄이기 위해, 본 논문에서는 지령전류에 의한상전류 추정 방법과 최적 전압 주입 방법으로 상전류 복원을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 방법의 타당성과 유효성을 검증하였으며 SPMSM(표면 장착형 영구 자석 동기 모터)에 적용한다.

        Advanced Field Weakening Control for Squirrel-Cage Induction Motor in Wide Range of DC-Link Voltage Conditions

        This paper proposes a field weakening control method for operating an induction motor with a variable DC input voltage condition. In the variable DC voltage condition such as a battery, the field weakening method are required for the maximum output power. The conventional field weakening control methods can be used for operating the induction motor over the rated speed in a constant DC-link voltage condition. However, the conventional methods for operating the motor with the variable DC voltage is not suitable for the maximum output power. To overcome this problem, this paper proposes the optimized field weakening control method to extend the operating range of the induction motor with a rated power in a limited thermal and a wide DC input voltage conditions. The optimized d-axis and q-axis current equations are derived according to the field weakening region I and II to extend the operating region. The experimental results are presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

        고려 전․중기 外官의 京官 兼帶

        This study considered how the Gyeonggwan Gyeomdae(京官兼帶) system that Local Administrators appointed as Capital Officials was operated and what was the background of the establishment of such a system in the Early and the Middle periods of Goryeo. The conclusion is as follows. First, unlike the existing understanding, Bonpum(本品) and Bancha(班次) were different. Bonpum had particular Pumgye. But Bancha included concurrent posts which didn’t have Pumgye(品階). In Goryeo, Bonpum played a role of Gwangye(官階). This role was played by Jiksagwan(職事官). On the other hand, Bancha represented a pecking order in relation to the job and an appropriate stipend was given. To sum it up as the Gyeonggwan Gyeomdae system, Capital Officials were linked to Bonpum and Local Administrators were linked to Bancha. Second, Bonpum wasn't connected to a stipend. Instead, Jeonsigwa(田柴科) correctly indicated Bonpum. The reason is that Jeonsigwa includes Geomgyo(檢校) and Dongjeong(同正) and accurately reflects the official uniform system. Third, the background of the establishment of the Gyeonggwan Gyeomdae system related the acceptance of the Bongwangye(本官階) system in Song Dynasty. In particular, Bonpum and Bancha of Goryeo accepted Bonpum and Habban(合班) system of the Song Dynasty, respectively. Like this, The background of the Gyeonggwan Gyeomdae system’s acceptance of the Bongwangye system was related to having a silmilar experience between Goryeo and Song Dynasty. Along with this, the trend of accepting the Chinese system appeared during the Gwangjong-Seongjong period, and the Gyeonggwan Gyeomdae system was established between the 14th year of King Seongjong and the 1st year of King Mokjong. 본 연구는 고려 전․중기 外官의 京官 兼帶 제도가 어떤 방식으로 운영되었으며, 이것이 어떤 배경에서 성립되었는지에 대해 고찰하였다. 외관의 경관 겸대 제도의 운영에 관해 선행 연구에서는 외관의 겸대 경관으로 나타내던 本品이 班次를 알려주었으며, 반차에 걸맞은 녹봉액이 부여되었다고 하였다. 그러나 두 용어를 검토해본 결과, 반차는 품계가 없는 외관ㆍ겸직까지 포괄하고 있어 품계를 갖고 있는 본품과 의미가 달랐다. 즉 본품은 관료의 질서체계를 나타내는 官階의 역할을 했는데, 고려에서는 이를 직사관함이 맡고 있었다. 반면 반차의 경우는 관료의 실제 직무와 관련한 서열을 나타내었으며, 그에 걸맞은 녹봉액이 부여되어 있었다. 외관의 경관 겸대 제도를 가지고 이를 정리하자면, 겸대 경관은 본품과 연결되었으며 외관은 반차와 연결되었다고 할 수 있다. 그리고 본품이 녹봉과 연결되었다는 기존의 이해와 달리 전시과가 본품을 정확히 나타내었다. 그 근거로는 전시과가 겸대 경관으로 사용되었던 檢校ㆍ同正까지 포괄하였던 점, 겸대 경관의 사례들은 대부분 전시과에 포함되었다는 점, 전시과가 복색 규정을 정확하게 반영하였다는 점을 들 수 있다. 한편 고려에서 외관의 경관 겸대 제도가 성립된 배경은 송의 本官階를 수용한 것과 관련이 있다. 특히 고려의 본품과 반차는 각각 송의 본품과 合班之制를 수용하여 만든 것이었다. 이처럼 고려가 송의 본관계를 수용한 배경은 지방에 대한 집권력의 강화 과정에서 서로 유사한 경험을 가지고 있었던 것과 관련이 있었다. 그러한 경험과 함께 광종~성종 대에 중국제도를 수용하려는 흐름이 나타나면서 성종 14년(995)~목종 원년(998) 사이의 시기에 외관의 경관 겸대 제도가 성립하게 되었다.

        유기성 슬러지 발효감량장치 성능개선 연구

        This study aims to maximize the performance of sludge fermentation tank by improving the agitation system under aerobic condition. Sewage sluge of company B in G city was used for test of pilot scale as 1 ton/day. For the analysis of sludge properties, 10 toxic substances such as arsenic and cadmium were analyzed as the results of non detection concentrations. Oil content, water content and organic content were reported as 0.33 %, 70.8 % and 92.8 %, respectively. The sludge was added at 29.0 tons / month for 6 months, resulting in an average of about 27.7 tons of sludge being lost by the fermentation. Thus, 1.31 ton of sludge was discharged from the tank, resulting in an average sludge reduction efficiency of 95.5 %. To investigate organic matters during fermentation, TOC concentrations were compared three times before and after fermentation. First sludge sample sampled within one month of operation reduced TOC by approximately 1.0 % from 41.0 % to 40.5 %. This resulted from the abnormal conditions due to the stabilization of the tank. After 45 days and 60 days of the operation, the TOC for the 2nd and 3rd tests were reduced to 57.0 % and 49.2 %. By using the applied factors in this study, the air flow was calculated as 1,400㎥/day for 1ton/day pilot scale.

        유압식 계선윈치의 로프 장력 제어

        Maintaining stable tension of mooring winch ropes on-board a ship under waves, tides and draft change is very important for the safety of the ship. Hydraulic mooring winches, used for pulling or hauling ropes, are in general highly nonlinear and time varying systems due to the compressibility and varying viscosity of the fluid, oil leakage and disturbances from the load. This paper presents a design method of a nonlinear PID (NPID) controller, combining the linear PD actions and nonlinear I action, for constant rope tension control of a hydraulic mooring winch. The gain of the I term is continuously changed according to the error during the operation for achieving good control effort under the changing external environment and implemented by Takagi-Sugeno type fuzzy rules. The NPID controller parameters are tuned by a genetic algorithm (GA). Effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through a set of simulation works.

        P-PI 직렬 제어기의 응답 개선을 위해 가속도 보상을 이용한 제어 알고리즘

        This paper analyzes the considerations for the design of the position controller that is controlled at the low frequency. The P-PI controller is mainly used to control the motor position. The controller has the limited bandwidth and control performance is degraded when controlled at the low frequency. Therefore, there is need for the position controller that can improve the position control performance at the low control bandwidth. To follow the fast position response without overshoot in the low control frequency, the paper proposes a new position control algorithm that compensates through the relation between the position controller and the reference speed. The proposed algorithm is verified through simulation results.

        모터구동 밸브 액추에이터의 위치 제어

        In this paper, we address the preliminary design considerations to develop a motor-operated valve (MOV) actuator. Both a lead compensator (LC) and a linear proportional-derivative (PD) controller are considered as a tool for controlling the opening and closing of a valve. The LC is designed using the frequency response characteristics to satisfy the given design specifications. The PD controller with a first-order filter in the denominator is optimally tuned so that a genetic algorithm (GA) minimizes an objective function. There is nonlinear saturation in the valve due to its physical structure and the signals applied to the motor are limited. To assess the stability of the overall feedback system when one of the designed controllers is used in operations in a nonlinear section, this study applies Popov’s stability criterion. Simulation works are performed to validate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
