탈북자의 심리․정서적 문제해결 방안으로써 교류분석 이론적용의 가능성에 대한 연구

본 논문은 탈북자들이 한국사회 정착과정에서 겪는 심리․정서적 문제와 그 원인을 살펴보고 이를 해결하기 위한 상담방안으로써 교류분석 이론적용의 가능성을 살펴보고자 함이 목적이다. 현재 남북하나재단에서는 전문적인 탈북자 상담을 위해 ‘북한이탈주민 전문 상담사’제도를 운영하고 있으나 대부분 심리상담보다는 생활상담에 국한되어 있는 경우가 많다. 또한 탈북자들을 상담한 경험이 있는 상담사들은 문화적 차이와 탈북자들에 대한 편견, 그리고 상담자 자신의 역량 및 수퍼비젼 문제 등으로 상담에 어려움을 겪고 있으나, 이를 해결할 수 있는 방안을 찾지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 탈북자들의 심리․정서적 문제와 그 원인을 북한, 탈북과정, 한국입국 후 등 세 단계로 나누어 보고 문제해결 방안으로써 교류분석 이론을 적용해 본 결과 교류분석 이론은 탈북자들의 공통된 심리문제 해결에 적용이 가능하였으며, 탈북자 상담에 있어 상담사들이 겪는 문제점들을 해결하는데 도움이 될 수 있는 이론임을 확인하였다. 또한 반복된 심리적 외상으로 내면의 힘이 부족한 탈북자들에게 교류분석 상담을 위한 이론적용의 기초적 작업을 수행함으로써 심리문제 해결의 가능성을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 본 논문의 특성상 탈북자들의 심리․정서적 문제를 한정된 범위에서 다루었으나, 향후 연구들에서 이러한 점들을 보완 연구할 수 있음을 밝혔다. The purpose of this is to examine the psychological problems and causes of North Korean defectors in the processes of settling down in South Korea and to examine the possibility of applying the TA as a counseling method to solve them. Currently, the Korea Hana Foundation operates a ‘special counselors for North Korean defectors’ system for professional counseling, but most of them are limited to living counseling rather than psychological counseling. In addition, counselors with experience in counseling North Korean defectors have difficulties in counseling due to cultural differences, prejudice against North Korean defectors, and the counselor’s own capabilities and supervision issues, but no solution has been suggested. Thus, in this parer, we divided the psychological problems of North Korean defectors into three stages and applied the TA theory as a solution to the problems. As a result, counseling on TA can solve the problems experienced by counselors in counseling for North Korean defectors, and the TA theory can be applied to solve common psychological problem of North Korean defectors. In particular, they suggested a plan to the theory of exchange analysis to North Korean defectors who lack inner strength due to repeated psychological trauma. Last but not least because of the nature of the paper, it covered the psychological problems of North Korean defectors to a limited extend, but said future studies could supplement these points.

Bronchopulmonary infections caused by trichomonads have been reported principally in patients with pre-existing pulmonary diseases, such as bronchial carcinoma, lung abscess, or bronchiectasis. Pulmonary trichomoniasis is most often caused by Trichomonas tenax, which is usually regarded as a harmless commensal organism of the human mouth. However, pulmonary infection may rarely be caused by other trichomonas species, including Trichomonas vaginalis from the genitourinary tract and Trichomonas hominis from the intestines. Because of the rarity of trichomonas pulmonary infection, and because of its close association with underlying lung and systemic disease, pulmonary trichomoniasis is considered an opportunistic infection. We recently treated a case of pulmonary trichomoniasis occurring in a young, healthy male without obvious underlying pulmonary or systemic illness. To our knowledge, there has been only one reported case of pulmonary trichomoniasis in Korea, and there have been only two reported cases of pulmonary trichomoniasis occurring in normal lung worldwide. 유기자연농업 활용자재의 특성 및 효과를 검토하기 위하여 화학비료를 계분발효퇴비로 대체하고 농약대신 아미노산액, 미네랄, 현미식초 및 왕우렁이를 사용하여 수도에 대한 유기농자재 효과 검정을 수행하였는 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 이앙후 35일 조사시 벼의 생육은 유기농법$gt;절충농법$gt;관행$gt;대조구 순으로 좋은 경향을 보였으나 이앙후 65일 조사시에는 유기농법구에서 경수 및 초장이 다른 농법에 비해 약간 떨어지는 경향이었다. 수량은 관행에 비해 유기농법은 7%, 절충농법은 4% 감소를 보였다. 왕우렁이에 의해 잡초방제 효과는 왕우렁이 5㎏/10a 방사와 10㎏/10a 방사간에 차이없이 이앙 직후 방사시는 96%, 이앙후 7일째 방사시는 98%, 이앙후 15일째방사시는 70% 정도의 방제율을 나타냈다. 수량은 일반관행 제초에 비해 10a당 5㎏의 왕우렁이를 이앙후 7일 후에 방사시 2%감소, 이앙후 15일에 방사시는 5%의 감소가 있었다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 일반관행에 비해 약간의 수량 감소는 있으나 환경친화형 농업을 위한 대안이라면 유기농법이나 절충농법의 가능성이 있고, 잡초방제를 위한 왕우렁이의 이용 가능성이 있다. This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects and properties of organic materials, the fermented fowl droppings composts and the top viviparous malleatuses, utiliaable for rice farming. At the 35th day after transplanting, the growth of rice plants was good in the order of organic farming, combined farming, conventional farming, and control plot. But stem number and dry weight of rice plant in organic farming decreased a little compared to those in conventional farming at the 65th day after transplanting. Rice yield decreased by 7% in organic farming and by 4% in combined farming compared to those of conventional farming. Weeding effect by inoculation of 5㎏ or 10㎏ of the top viviparous malleatuses per 10a was similarly 96% at the immediately inoculation after transplanting, 98.6% at the 7th days inoculation after transplanting and 70% at the 15th days inoculation after transplanting. By inoculation of 5㎏ per 10a at the 7th day and the 15th day after transplanting, rice yields decreased by 2% and 5%, respectively, compared to those of the conventional farming method. From the above results, it seems that the organic farming and the combined farming are useful and the inoculation of the top viviparous malleatuses is effective for control of weeds as the environmental preservation farming.
