Biocarrier beads with dead biomass, Bacillus drentensis, immobilized in polymer polysulfone were synthesized to remove heavy metals from wastewater. To identify the sorption mechanisms and theoretical nature of underlying processes, a series of batch experiments were carried out and a mathematical model was developed to quantify the biosorption of Pb(II) by the biocarrier beads. A series of mass balance equations for representing mass transfer of metal sorbents in biocarrier beads and surrounding solution were established. Major model parameters such as external mass transfer coefficient and maximum sorption capacity, etc. were determined from pseudo-first-order kinetic models and Langmuir isotherm model based on kinetic and equilibrium experimental measurements. The model simulation displays reasonable representations of experimental data and implied that the proposed model can be applied to quantitative analysis on biosorption mechanisms by porous granular beads. The simulation results also confirms that the biosorption of heavy metal by the biocarrier beads largely depended on surface adsorption.

청소년 자녀의 비자살적 자해에 대한 어머니의 경험: 단일 사례연구

본 연구는 청소년 자녀의 비자살적 자해에 대한 어머니의 경험과 대처과정을 이해하고자 수행되었다. 이를 통해 비자살적 자해 청소년의 부모 상담 및 부모 교육과 상담 현장에서의 개입에도움을 줄 수 있는 중요 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 비자살적 자해 청소년의 부모 경험이라는 독특하고, 중요하며, 모르는 것을 알게 하는 사례를 보다 심층적으로 이해하기 위해 단일 사례연구 방법으로 연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 청소년 자녀의 비자살적 자해를 경험한 모의 경험은 ‘양육 과정’, ‘갈등의 시작’, ‘처음 보게 된 자해’, ‘자해에 대한 엄마의 경험’, ‘자해에대한 엄마의 대처’, ‘자녀와의 관계 변화’로 범주화되었다. 본 연구는 자녀의 비자살적 자해를 경험한 부모 대상의 심층적인 연구를 확장시키는 자료로써 연구 참여자인 어머니의 효율적인 대처로 인해 자녀의 비자살적 자해 행동이 성공적으로 소거됨과 동시에 모녀의 관계 변화까지 경험된 사례연구라는 점에서 의의를 갖는다 This study was conducted to understand the mother’s experience and coping process with the non-suicidal self-injury of adolescent children. The purpose of the study is to provide important data that can help parents’ counseling, parents education, and intervention in field counseling for non-suicidal self-injury adolescents. To this end, the study was conducted with a single case study method to understand more in-depth the unique, important, and unknown cases of non-suicidal self-injury adolescents’ parental experiences. As a result of the study, the simulated experiences of adolescent children’s non-suicidal self-injury were categorized as ‘parenting process’, ‘beginning of conflict’, ‘first time witnessing self-injury’, ‘a mother’s experience with self-injury,’ ‘a mother’s response to self-injury’, ‘changes in relationship with children’. This study is significant in that it is a case study that extends the in-depth study on parents who have experienced non-suicidal self-injury in adolescent children that led to successful elimination of their child’s non-suicidal self-injury behavior and changes in mother-daughter relationship.

한국노인의저작능력이인지기능에미치는영향:신체기능과우울의매개효과

본연구는65세이상노인을대상으로실시한2014년노인실태조사의전국조사자료를활용하여한국노인의저작능력이인지기능에미치는영향을파악하고신체기능과우울의매개효과를확인하기위한이차자료분석연구이다.본연구는2014년노인실태조사자료의응답자총10,451명을대상으로하였으며자료수집기간은2014년6월11일~2014년9월4일까지였다.본연구에서저작능력은일상생활불편감중씹기(고기나딱딱한것)능력에관한도구를이용하였으며,인지기능은MMSE-DS,신체기능은K-IADL,우울은SGDS-K도구를이용하여측정하였다.본연구에서수집된자료는SPSS24.0프로그램과ProcessMacro를이용하여분석하였고,저작능력이인지기능에미치는영향에대하여신체기능과우울의매개효과와이중매개효과검정은Hayes(2013)의Bootstrapping방법에기반한ProcessMacro를이용하여분석하였다.본연구결과,첫째,대상자의저작능력이인지기능에미치는총효과(p〉.05)와직접효과(p〉.05)는유의하지않은것으로나타났다.둘째,대상자의저작능력은신체기능을단일매개하여인지기능에미치는완전매개효과(p〈.05)가있는것으로나타났다.셋째,대상자의저작능력은우울을단일매개하여인지기능에미치는완전매개효과(p〈.05)가있는것으로나타났다.넷째,대상자의저작능력이신체기능과우울을이중매개하여인지기능에미치는완전매개효과(p〈.05)가있는것으로나타났다.이롤통해본연구는한국노인의인지기능저하를예방하기위해서는저작능력을강화하고,신체기능을독립적으로유지하고우울을예방하기위한프로그램개발이필요하고,포괄적노인건강사정시노인의인지기능저하에영향을주는직,간접적요인을주기적으로모니터링하는체계적전략이필요함을시사해주었다. 비자살적 자해 경험에 대한 질적 메타분석

In this study, a qualitative meta-analysis was conducted to aid comprehensive understanding of the experiences of non-suicidal self-injury and the experiences in the process of overcoming and recovering. Analyzing the 12 qualitative studies on non-suicidal self-injury that have been conducted in South Korea and integrating and deriving new meanings from the results of each individual case based on the review of an integrated perspectives, the researchers suggest a practical intervention plan in the counseling field to help the recovery process with an expanded understanding. The analysis process was conducted with a grounded theory approach and 203 semantic units, 31 categories, 9 subcategories, and 3 major themes were derived through open coding. Then, a paradigm model and a process analysis were performed, and finally an integrated model of non-suicidal self-injury was presented. Until recently, most of studies conducted in South Korea have mainly cited a foreign literature for the theoretical model of self-injury. This study is meaningful in that it integrates the theory of non-suicidal self-injury based on domestic research and proposes an integrated model of non-suicidal self-injury that explains the process of how they start and and stop of self-harm based on these findings.

백두대간의 사찰림 황악산과 직지사의 식물상

Mt. Hwang-ak, as a temple forest belongs to Baekdudaegan. flora investigation was conducted to better know of current natural environment. At the same time, For the understanding of planted plants which is in the traditional Korea buddhism temple for landscape, research on Jikji temple had taken place during 2019 April to October with 12 times. As a result, the list of plants at Mt. Hwang-ak was classified as a total of 534 taxa comprising of 96 families, 312 genus, 462 species, 4 subspecies, 59 varieties, 9 forma. This listed plants could be classified as 4 categories by each standard. the listed plants were 14 species of Korean endemic plants, 13 species of Rare plants data book in korea, 34 species of Invasive Alien Plants in South Korea with 10% of Urbanization Ratio and 6% of Naturalization Ratio respectively, 167 species of List of Medicinal Resources Plants in Korea. In the Temple of Jikji, could find 81 species of planted plants that widely distributed all around the temple for landscape. Compared to other temple, We could observed 51% of species were overlapping, Among them, 9% of species overlapping with more than three temples.
