회수되는 에너지가 적거나 제동이 빈번하지 않은 시스템에서는 동적 제동이 적합하다. 본 논문에서는 제어 가능한 스위치를 하나만 사용한 여러회로중 전류의 연속성, 회로의 간단성, 정격보다 큰 전압에서의 스위치 전압 등을 비교 분석하여 간단하면서도 효율적인 회로를 선택 제안하였다. 실험을 통해 제안된 회로가 만족할만한 결과를 보였다.

In this paper, We propose a new flow control scheme based on Queue Dynamics and it's Estimate Information in order to achieve higher throughput and network efficiency using control of the best-effort traffic. The feedback Information gives a result that compare queue length with queue threshold. Traffic changes at the time when queue length is cross over under the queue thresholds. The performance of the purposed scheme has been analyzed mathematically and we verify efficiency of the proposed method by means of simulation.

The magnetic forming system must be able to store very improtant electric energy, several tens kilojoules, and flow this energy through the forming coil within some hundreds microseconds. So several hundreds kiloamperes of current can flow through the branch conductor. For the good performance of this type of machine, internal impedance must be minimized. By the computation of distribution of current inside the conductors using integralequation method, we can obtain the inductance and resistance of some dispositions of branch conductors and by comparison obtain some principles for the design of branch conductors in the high power magnetic pulse generator.
전자장 pulse하의 금속 Cylinder의 팽창에 대한 연구

높은 전압으로 충전된 Capacitor를 순간적으로 원통형 coil에 방전하면 순간적으로 강한 전자장 impluse가 발생한다. 이때 coil를 둘러 싼 금속 tube는 radial 방향의 힘을 얻어 팽창한다. 본 논문은 이때 tube내의 전자장분포와 tube벽의 움직임을 integral equation method를 사용하여 해석하였다.

이 논문은 실내용 무선 랜의 효율적인 전송 스케줄에 대한 것이다. 제안한 방법 은 대역폭의 재사용으로 전송 지연을 상당히 감소시켰으며 사용도를 크게 증가시켰다. 이 논문은 무선 랜의 구조 소개와 대역폭 재사용을 이용한 SSA 알고리즘을 서술하였고 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통한 결과를 제시하였다. In this paper, we propose an efficient transmission schedule which can be used in indoor wireless LAN. It reduces considerably the time delay and increases the throughput by reusing the bandwidth. We describe the architecture of the wireless LAN, the algorithm of step-by-step allocation of time slot reusing the resource and the results of the computer simulation.

In this paper, the architecture and a design of VLC(Variable Length Coding) using VHDL are discribed. In the present, RLC(Run Length Coding) and VLC are widely using technique for lossless compression. This method is used in MPEG, JPEG for video and image coding. For the realtime coding of MPEG, for example, on HDTV which requires extremely high bit rate compression, a parallel architecture of VLC is required. The paper suggests this architecture and shows a design of VLC using VHDL.

In this paper, we present the impelmentation and experimental analysis of a real time multimedia service system. The system can play the MPEG video/audio and text caption on the Internet environment in real time. The software feedback mechanism is adopted for client/server synchronization, QoS control. and system adaptiveness. Our experimental study shows that the system performs very well in the Internet environment.

In this paper, we propose flow control scheme for reliable multicast communication. When packet loss is occurred by buffer overflow on the transmission path or receivers, the receivers detect the loss and send the NAK. In this case NAK-based retransmission is said to be effective because it can avoid implosion of NAK packets. Buffer overflow in receivers may occurred constantly, if the transmission rate is not decreased. So the flow control should be imposed to prevent further overflow. In this paper, we proposed a flow control scheme for NAK-based flow control scheme in reliable multicast communications. When the NAK are generated by receivers, sender decreases the transmission rate preventing the fall of throughput by excessive decrease. We show that the proposed scheme improves throughput compared with the case of no flow control.

Recently, network capacity is increasing very fast and the techniques for the processing multimedia data is developing. Thus multicast distribution of video is an importance component of Intenet. We propose a rate control method for multicasting layered video data over the Internet. We are agents that compile the informations of states in their domains and propagate them upward. Each agent can give the state of his domain and determine whether add-experiments can be performed. So we can achieve efficient rate control by reducing the frequency of add layer experiments and drop layer. We evaluate the performance of our method by simulation. And our simulations show the good results of our method.
