보건선업 투자의 경제적 파급효과 분석

이 연구는 산업연관모형을 이용하여 보건산업에 대한 투자가 보건산업 및 여타산업에 미치는 직·간접적인 효과를 산업별·유발계수별로 비교·분석한 논문이다. 특히 이 연구에서는 최근 보건산업 분야의 신산업 출현과 세분화 추세를 고려하여 기존의 연구에서 주로 사용한 통합대분류(28개부문) 방식과는 달리 통합소분류(168개부문) 방식을 1차 분석대상 자료로 사용하였으며, 구체적으로는 5개의 보건산업을 하나로 부문통합한 142개 부문 선업연관표와 5개의 보건산업을 각각 반영한 146개 부문 산업연관표를 재작성하여 분석하였다. 기존의 연구와는 달리 분석수단을 확대하여 주요 분석수단에는 산업별 각종 유발계수(생산, 부가가치, 고용, 수입) 및 영향력계수와 감응도계수, 그리고 보조 분석수단에는 산업별 기타 유발계수(피용자보수, 영업잉여, 생산세, 취업) 등 다양한 분석수단을 활용하였으며, 투자분석 결과에 따르면 보건산업의 경우 특히 생산, 부가가치, 고용 및 생산세 등 주요 거시경제변수에 직·간접적으로 미치는 경제적 파급효과가 매우 큰 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 정부가 보건산업정책을 수립할 경우 정책효과를 상대적으로 비교할 수 있는 투자파급효과에 대한 정확한 정보를 활용할 필요가 있으며, 정부의 보건산업에 대한 투자도 이제는 보건산업별·유발계수별 파급효과의 상대적인 크기를 고려하여 좀더 종합적·체계적으로 투자관리를 해 나감으로써 국민건강 관련 예산을 좀더 효율적으로 사용하며 보건산업에 대한 투자의 효율성을 높여나가야 할 것이다. 특히 이 논문에서는 개별 보건산업별 특수성을 고려하여 투자를 안배하고 전략적으로 보건분야의 성장유망 산업을 선택·육성함으로써 향후 보건의료분야의 신산업 발굴이나 창업에 도움을 줄 수 있는 판단근거를 제공하고자 한다. This paper is carried out to compare and analyze both the indirect and direct effects by the Input-Output analysis model which the investment on the health industry has an influence on the health industry and the others ones. And the paper also looks at current trend in new industry growth in the field of health industry and subdivision. Instead of 28*28 Sector Tables which was being used in the existing research, 168*168 Sector Tables was used as the first analysis tool. The Input-Output Tables was rewritten and analyzed according to new approach. Unlike the existing research, more various analyzing steps were used in this paper. The induced coefficients such as products, value-added, employment, imports, backward and forward linkage effect were used as the main analysis tools, while industrial induced coefficients such as employee`s pay, sales surplus, product tax and employment were used as the subsidiary tools. The result of investment analysis shows that health industry have far-reaching effects on the major macroeconomic factors such as products, value-added, employment and product tax and so on. Therefore, the comprehensive and systematic management of the government in the investment on the health industry are needed to improve the effectiveness of investing on the health industry.

한방상품의 산업구조와 투자파급효과 분석

이 연구는 산업연관모형을 이용하여 한방산업에 대한 투자가 한방산업 및 여타산업에 미치는 직·간접적인 효과를 산업별·유발 계수별로 비교․분석한 논문이다. 특히 이 연구에서는 최근 한방산업 분야의 신산업 출현과 세분화 추세를 고려하여 기존의 연구에서 주로 사용한 통합대분류(28개 부문) 방식과는 달리 통합소분류(168개 부문) 방식을 1차 분석대상 자료로 사용하였으며, 구체적으로는 5개의 한방산업을 하나로 부문통합한 144개 부문통합 산업연관표와 5개의 한방산업을 각각 반영한 152개 부문 산업연관표를 재작성하여 분석하였다. 기존의 연구와는 달리 분석수단을 확대하여 주요 분석수단에는 산업별 각종 유발계수(생산, 부가가치, 고용, 수입) 및 영향력계수와 감응도계수, 그리고 보조 분석수단에는 산업별 기타 유발계수(피용자보수, 영업잉여, 생산세, 취업) 등 다양한 분석수단을 활용하였으며, 투자분석 결과에 따르면 한방산업의 경우 특히 생산, 부가가치, 고용 및 생산세 등 주요 거시경제변수에 직·간접적으로 미치는 경제적 파급효과가 매우 큰 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 정부가 한방산업정책을 수립할 경우 정책효과를 상대적으로 비교할 수 있는 투자파급효과에 대한 정확한 정보를 활용할 필요가 있으며, 정부의 한방산업에 대한 투자도 이제는 한방산업별․유발계수별 파급효과의 상대적인 크기를 고려하여 좀더 종합적·체계적으로 투자관리를 해 나감으로써 국민건강 관련 예산을 좀더 효율적으로 사용하여 한방산업에 대한 투자의 효율성을 높여나가야 할 것이다. 특히 이 논문에서는 개별 한방산업별 특수성을 고려하여 투자를 안배하고 전략적으로 한방분야의 성장유망 산업을 선택·육성함으로써 향후 한방 분야의 신산업 발굴이나 창업에 도움을 줄 수 있는 판단근거를 제공하고자 한다. This paper is designed to compare and analyze both the indirect and direct effects by the Input-Output analysis model which the investment on the korean medicine industry has an influence on that and other department. I did take into special consideration of the current trend of new industry appearance in the field of korean medicine industry and subdivision, Instead of using 28*28 Sector Tables which was being used in the existing research, I used 168*168 Sector Tables as the first object of analysis. I also rewrote and analyzed the Input-Output Tables. Concretely speaking, the 152*152 Sector Tables are reflecting each of five korean medicine industry and 144*144 Sector Tables are combined into one category. Unlike the existing research, I used various analyzing steps. The main way to analyze lies in all sorts of the induced coefficients such as products, value-added, employment, imports, backward linkage effect, forward linkage effect, while the subsidiary way to analyze lies in rest of the industrial induced coefficients such as employee's pay, sales surplus, product tax and employment. According to the result of investment analysis, it showed that product had far-reaching effects on the major macro economic factors such as value-added, employment and product tax, and so on. Therefore, it is also needed to analyze that the effectiveness of investing on the korean medicine industry should be raised by the integral and systematic management by the government investment on that.

U-헬스케어산업의 투자파급효과 분석

The concern with the ubiquitous healthcare industry is increasing around the world. This thesis attempts to estimate the economic effects of the ubiquitous healthcare industry through Input-output Analysis. In particular, this research method used 384*384 sector statistics of the Bank of Korea as the first analysis tool after 31*31 adjusted sector statistics were used. The main analytical tools of this research include comparison of induced coefficients such as production, value-added, employee’s pay, operating surplus and employment. According to the result of this analysis, the ubiquitous healthcare industry has great economic impacts which affect the major macroeconomic factors such as production, value-added and employment. In addition, induced effects of the self ubiquitous healthcare industry are significant compared to other industries in aspects of production, employee’s pay and operating surplus. This study offers alternatives for an efficient industrial policy.

헬스케어 산업구분에 따른 부가가치 추이분석

Concern for healthcare is increasing around the world. This study attempts to estimate the economic effects of the healthcare industry through input-output analysis. In particular, this research method used 384*384 sector tables of the Bank of Korea as the first analysis tool after 8*8 adjusted sector tables were used. The main analytical tools of this research include comparison of induced value-added coefficients in aspects of electronic healthcare, ubiquitous healthcare and smart healthcare. According to the result of this analysis, the more developed the healthcare industry is, the bigger the induced coefficients reflected in value-added, operating surplus and production tax. However, the more developed the healthcare industry is, the smaller the induced coefficient of employee’s pay becomes. This is because high value addition is created as it is being developed within the information society by merging the main factors of the fourth industrial revolution such as information and communication technologies, The internet of things, artificial intelligence, big data and so on. Therefore, a smart healthcare industry plays a significant role in national growth. This study offers alternatives for efficient industrial policy.
