The Ultrasonic fatigue tests(UFTs) are typically the accelerated fatigue testing of 20 ㎑, which have resulted in the substantial reduction of the application period of newly developed processes and materials for various machine parts and materials sectors. In this study, the UFT results have been evaluated for the conventional ferrous and non-ferrous materials including the polymer composits. Particularly, the welded plate specimens for the automobiles have been analyzed in detail. Furthermore, the data for the environmental research fields have also been reviewed and evaluated, such as corrosion and fretting fatigue. Finally, the future research orientation in UFTs has been suggested with the recent research developments in the advanced countries.

노인복지관 사회활동이 노화불안에 미치는 영향과 자기효능감의 매개효과

본 연구는 노인복지관 사회활동이 자기효능감을 매개로 노화불안을 감소시키는데 효과가 있음을 밝히기 위함이다. 조사대상은 경기도의 58개 노인복지관 중 설문에 협조한 7곳의 이용자들이고 총 390명이 참여했으며, 분석은 다중회귀분석을 활용한 매개효과검증을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 자기효능감이 노인복지관 사회활동 기간과 노화불안 사이에서 부분매개효과를 보였으며, 사회활동 빈도와 노화불안에서는 완전매개효과가 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로, 노인복지관은 개별 이용자들에게 노화불안 수준을 측정하고 그에 따라 프로그램을 안내할 필요가 있으며, 사회활동을 반복적이고 오랫동안 참여할 수 있는 기반을 마련해야 할 것이고, 지역사회 내 노인 사회활동 네트워크를 구축할 필요가 있음을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to clarify that the social activities of elderly welfare centers are effective in decreasing aging anxiety through self-efficacy. The subjects were 58 elderly welfare centers in Gyeonggi-do. Among them, 7 were cooperated in the questionnaire. A total of 390 users participated in the questionnaire. The analysis used mediating effect analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the self-efficacy showed a partial mediating effect between the elderly welfare center social activity period and the aging anxiety, and the full mediation effect was observed in social activity frequency and aging anxiety. Based on this, the elderly welfare center needs to measure the aging anxiety level for individual users and guide the program accordingly, and it should establish a basis for repetitive and long time participation in social activities, And suggest that it is necessary to establish a network of social activities for the elderly in the local community.

사회복지조직의 참여적 의사결정이 직무성과에 미치는 영향 : 구성원 민첩성의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 환경변화에 능동적으로 대처했을 때 업무성과가 향상된다는 업무조정이론에 따라 사회복지조직이 코로나 사태와 같은 환경변화에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 방안을 찾기 위함이다. 즉, 참여적 의사결정이 직무성과에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 구성원 민첩성의 매개효과를 파악하였다. 조사대상은 수도권 및 충청지역 복지관 종사자이며 310부의 설문지를 분석하였고, 가설검증을 위해 확인적 요인분석, 연구모형분석, 매개효과검증을 실시했다. 연구결과, 참여적 의사결정은 구성원 민첩성과 직무성과에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 참여적 의사결정이 직무성과에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 경로와 구성원 민첩성에 먼저 영향을 준 후 다시 직무성과에 연결되는 간접효과를 포함시킨 부분매개 모형이 적합하다는 것을 확인했다. 본 연구는 사회복지조직에 필요한 참여적 의사결정과 민첩성의 효과를 검증했다는 점에서 학술적 의의가 있으며, 사회복지조직의 직원 채용, 평가, 교육에서 참여적 의사결정과 민첩성 향상 방안을 제시함으로써 실천적 측면에서도 의의를 찾을 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to find a way for social welfare organizations to actively cope with environmental changes such as the corona incident according to the work coordination theory that work performance improves when actively coping with environmental changes. In other words, the mediating effect of member agility in the relationship that participatory decision-making affects job performance was identified. The subjects of the survey were workers in welfare centers in the metropolitan area and Chungcheong area, and 310 questionnaires were analyzed, and confirmatory factor analysis, research model analysis, and mediation effect verification were conducted to verify the hypothesis. As a result of the study, participatory decision-making had a significant positive effect on member agility and job performance. In addition, it was confirmed that the partial mediation model including the path that participatory decision-making directly affects job performance and the indirect effect that is linked to job performance after first affecting the agility of members is appropriate. The study has academic significance in that it verifies the effect of participatory decision-making and agility necessary for social welfare organizations, and suggests ways to improve participatory decision-making and agility in hiring, evaluation, and education of employees in social welfare organizations. In this respect, significance can also be found in practical terms.

분산전원의 소유자(발전사업자) 및 시공하는 공사업체들은 배전계통에 분산전원을 설치하고 운용할 때, 보호방식에 대한 상세한 검토 없이 연계공사를 추진하여, 많은 문제점에 부닥치고 있는 실정이다. 이들 복잡한 기술적 고려사항을 정확하게 파악하기 위해서, 한전에서 정한 계통연계기술 지침과 관련 해설서 등을 모두 이해해야 하는데, 발전사업자나 시공업자가 수권의 분량을 모두 해석하고 이해하기에는 어려운 점이 있다. 분산전원의 역 조류에 의하여 분산전원의 설치 공사 후, 운용상에 많은 문제점이 유발되고 있는 실정이다. 특히 계통 측의 사고나 분산 전원 소유자의 사고 발생 시에 다른 수용가에게 피해를 끼치는 사례들이 보고되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 분산전원의 보호 협조에 예상되는 기술적인 문제점을 자동적으로 검토, 분석할 수 있는 사고해석 자동평가시스템을 개발하였다.

최근 배전계통에 연계되고 있는 신에너지전원의 용량은 점차 증가하고 있는 상황이지만, 설치자(신에너지전원 소유자)의 보호방식은 기존 방식을 고수하고 있는 실정으로 분산전원의 역 조류에 의해 설치자의 보호기기(자동화기기 포함)의 오 · 부 동작 발생 가능성이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 신에너지전원이 배전계통에 연계되어 운전되는 경우에 발생 가능한 보호협조의 문제점을 분석한다.
