        기대기 훈련프로그램이 뇌졸중 입원환자의 하지 기능, 우울 및 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

        Effects of a Tilting Training Program on Lower Extremities Function, Depression, and Self-efficacy among Stroke Inpatients Seo, Nam Sook1)․Han, Mi Sook2)․Lee, Jeong Soon3) 1) Assistant Professor, Department of Nursing, Dongshin University 2) Full-time Instructor, Department of Nursing, Songwon College 3) Head Nurse, Dongshin University Oriental Medicine Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify effects of a tilting training program on lower extremities function, depression, and self-efficacy among stroke inpatients. Method: The subjects were 60 stroke patients hospitalized in an oriental medical hospital; 31 in the experimental group and 29 in the control group. A nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. The tilting training program consisted of 3 sessions and was implemented for 30 minutes daily during 3 weeks. Data was collected from Feb to July 2003, and analyzed by percentage, Fisher's exact probability, χ2-test, and t-test using the SPSS/Win 10.0 computerized program. Result: After treatment with the tilting training program, the experimental group was significantly increased in the mean score for function of lower extremities (t=2.72, p=.009) compared to the control group, especially for keeping standing balance (t=2.78, p=.007) and standing by oneself (t=3.32, p=.002). However, in the mean scores of depression and self-efficacy, there were no significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion: The tilting training program was effective for increasing the function of lower extremities and to improve walking ability earlier among stroke inpatients. Therefore, the tilting training program is applicable to increase the balance level in standing and walking ability at the early rehabilitation stage for stroke patients.

        혈액투석환자의 피로와 수면장애, 스트레스, 자기효능감 및 우울 관계

        Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the differences in sleep disturbance, stress, self-efficacy and depression by fatigue level and to identify the factors influencing fatigue in hemodialysis patients. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design and the subjects were 195 patients undergoing hemodialysis in a local unit. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and medical records from June to August 2012. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffè test, and Pearson's correlation coefficients. Also a multiple regression analysis was used to assess the independent association between fatigue status and indices of sleep disturbance, stress, self-efficacy and depression. Results: A total of 99 (50.8%) subjects experienced a high level of fatigue and 96 (49.2%) experienced a low level of fatigue. There were significant differences in the levels of sleep disturbance, stress, self-efficacy and depression between the two groups. Fatigue was significantly correlated to sleep disturbance, stress, self-efficacy and depression. The most important factor related to fatigue was stress, followed by sleep disturbance. These factors explained about 37% of fatigue of the respondents. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that sleep disturbance and stress were significant predictors of fatigue in hemodialysis patients. Possible interventions for minimizing fatigue in patients undergoing long-term hemodialysis should be aimed to manage the known contributing factors.

        본 논문은 발도르프 어린이집에서의 올바른 리듬생활의 정착화를 위해서, 서울 서남발도르프 어린이집에서의 리듬생활을 고찰한 것이다. 발도르프유아교육을 오랫동안 실천하고 있는 교사로서 필자는 일일리듬, 주간리듬, 월간리듬, 연간리듬의 리듬생활을 어떻게 만들고 가꾸며 생활할 수 있는지, 월간리듬생활의 실제 중 '동지리듬 생활'을 예로 제시하여, 리듬생활을 만들고 가꾸고자 하는 현장교사들에게 자료가 되도록 하였다. 끝으로 리듬 생활의 경험을 중요하게 여겨지는 점들을 발도르프 현장 교사의 마음가짐과 리듬생활 중의 유의할 점으로서 제언하였다.

      • 발도르프유아교육기관의 리듬생활에서 전이에 대한 교사의 인식과 전이활동의 실태와 사례

        본 연구는 발도르프 유아교육기관의 리듬생활에서 전이에 대한 교사의 인식과 전이활동에 대한 실 태를 파악하고, 교육현장에서의 전이활동이 구체적으로 어떻게 실시되고 있는지에 대한 현장사례를 살 펴봄으로써, 전이활동이 원활하게 진행될 수 있도록 현장교사들에게 도움을 주는 기초자료를 제공하고 자 하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 통해 나타난 전이에 대한 교사의 인식과 전이활동에 대한 실태를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발도르프유아교육기관의 교사들은 대부분 전이에 대한 관심도는 매우 높 게 나타났다. 둘째, 전이시간 시작을 알리는 신호음으로는 노래 부르기를 가장 많이 하고 있었다. 셋째, 대부분 교사들이 전이시간을 운영하는 것에 대하여 어려워하고 있었다. 넷째, 전이활동의 형태는 비지 시적인 전이활동과 모범과 모방의 전이활동, 애정 어린 권위자가 이끄는 전이활동의 순으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 전이활동에 대한 교육의 필요성 및 각 유아교육기관의 일과운영이나 교육방침에 따라 재 창조하는 과정이 필요하며, 전이에 관련된 교육 자료발간 또한 필요하다고 하겠다. 이런 의미에서 본 연구의 결과들은 발도르프 유아교육기관에서 뿐만 아니라 일반 유아교육기관의 하루일과 운영에서도 전이에 대해 이해의 폭을 넓힐 수 있는 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data to help field teachers conduct transition activities smoothly by understanding the present condition of transition activities as well as teachers' perception on transition in rhythm life at Waldorf early childhood education institutions and by investigating field cases on how transition activities are actually carried out at the scene of education. The results of this study may be summarized as follows. First, it was found that most of the teachers of Waldorf early childhood education institutions showed very high interest in transition. Seconds, as a signal sound indicating the start of transition time, a variety of signal sounds were being used, with singing being most used. Thirds, most of the teachers found it difficult to operate transition times ;'time before the start of ring time or Reigen after tidying up' were most difficult. Fourths, as for the form of transition activities, the non-directive transition activities appeared most frequently, followed by transition activities of modeling and transition activities led by Loving Authority. In conclusion, transition activities in rhythm life at Waldorf early childhood education requires a process of re-creating them through a teacher's own research work according to the routine operation or education policy of each early childhood education institution; and also it is necessary to publish educational materials related to transition. In this sense, it is expected/suggested that the results of this study will turn to basic data for widening the understanding about transition and for enabling the harmonized and smooth progress of transition activities in the operation of daily routines at Waldorf early childhood education institutions as well as ordinary early childhood education institutions.

        변화단계별 운동프로그램이 뇌졸중 환자의 신체적 기능과 심리적 상태에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop the exercise program based on the Transtheoretical Model, and to identify it's effects on physical and psychological variables in stroke survivors. Method: The subjects of this study were 42 stroke survivors in the preparation and action stages. The stage based exercise program was conducted in the experimental group 8 times for 8 weeks. For data collection, physical conditioning and psychological state were measured and decisional balance and exercise specific self-efficacy were compared within groups. Result: For the physical conditioning, there were significant improvements in shoulder's range of motion and walking speed. For the psychological state, the mean score of self esteem for the experimental group significantly increased in both stages. The pros of decisional balance increased in the preparation stage and the cons of decisional balance increased in the action stage, but the exercise specific self-efficacy scores were not significantly changed in both stages. Conclusion: The stage based exercise program using the Transtheoretical Model influenced on the physical and psychological variables positively for the stroke survivors. It was demonstrated that subjects became more active during the intervention.

        행동수정과 자기효능감에 근거한 비만관리프로그램의 효과- 초등학교 비만아동을 대상으로 -

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of a school-based obesity control program based on behavior modification and self-efficacy for obese elementary school children. The program was composed of strategies to modify diet and exercise habits and to increase self-efficacy. Method: The subjects were 57 obese children (experimental group = 28, control group = 29) whose Röhler index was 150 and over. The program was implemented once a week for 12 weeks from September 16 to December 12, 2003. The data was analyzed by Fisher's exact probability, χ2-test, t-test, and Wilcoxon Rank Sum test. Result: The Röhler index, fat mass and lean body mass of the experimental group positively changed after the intervention more than those of the control group, but there was a significant difference in the Röhler index only (t=2.06, p=.045). In addition, obesity stress significantly decreased (z=-2.86, p=.047) and dietary self-efficacy significantly increased (t=2.35, p=.023) in the experimental group than those of the control group. Conclusion: This study supports that a school-based obesity control program based on behavior modification and self-efficacy can be effective in decreasing obesity stress and increasing dietary self-efficacy. Parents, school nurses and the other support groups should be encouraged to participate from the planning stage of the program to be effective in weight control of obese elementary school children. Also school-based program should be implemented as an essential course in the curriculum, not as an elective.

        호텔 및 외식업체 조리사의 창의성이 혁신행동과 혁신성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This research analyzed empirically the effect of creativity on innovation behavior for cooks and the result of the innovation behavior have influence on the innovation performance. The results of the analysis were generated as follows. First, as a result of verifying the relationship between individual creativity and innovation behavior, all of the sub-variables of individual creativity are proved to have positive influence on innovation behavior. Second, as a result of verifying the relationship between group creativity and innovation behavior, it was found that diversity, cohesiveness, and relationship among sub-variables of creativity have positive influence on idea generation, diversity and relationship have on idea publicity, and diversity, cohesiveness, and relationship have on idea execution. Third, the result of verifying the relationship between organizational creativity and innovation behavior showed positive direction of mutual influence. Finally, the result of verifying the relationship between innovation behavior and innovation performance showed positive influence. Therefore, companies need to give support and make efforts, in organizational level, to generate creative ideas, to promote other people's ideas, to secure the funds required to execute new ideas, to establish appropriate plans to execute new ideas, and to develop schedules, etc. 본 연구는 조리사들을 대상으로 창의성이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향과 혁신행동의 결과 혁신성과가 어떻게 영향을 받는지를 실증분석하였다. 분석 결과 다음과 같은 결과가 도출되었다. 첫째, 개인 창의성과 혁신행동의 관계를 검증한 결과 개인 창의성의 하위변수 모두가 혁신행동에 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 집단 창의성과 혁신행동의 관계를 검증한 결과 창의성의 하위변수 중 다양성, 응집성, 관계성은 아이디어 도출에 다양성, 관계성은 아이디어 촉진에 다양성, 응집성, 관계성은 아이디어 실행에 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직 창의성과 혁신행동의 관계를 검증한 결과 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 혁신행동과 혁신성과의 관계를 검증한 결과 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 기업에서는 창의적인 아이디어를 창조하고 다른 사람들의 아이디어를 증진시키며 새로운 아이디어를 실행하기 위해 필요한 자금을 확보하고 새로운 아이디어를 실행하기 위해 적합한 계획을 수립하고 스케줄을 개발하는 등 조직차원에서의 지원과 노력이 필요하다.
