        테니스 양손 백핸드 드라이브 스트로크 시 볼 방향성에 따른 수평회전운동 비교분석

        Objective : The purpose of this study was to compare the kinematic data of the horizontal rotation movements of shoulder, hip, knee during two-handed backhand drive stroke according to two different ball directions. Methods : The kinematic variables were analyzed such as the joint angles of the lower body, horizontal rotation angles of the shoulder, hip, inter-knee segment, body twist angle and difference in angle of forward swing. Two-handed backhand drive stroke was analyzed through a three-dimensional motion analysis. The collected data were analyzed by a paired t-test, and the statistical significant value was set at α=.05. Results : The findings of this study were as follows; First, there was no difference in the total angles of lower limb joints from the forward swing position to impact posterior. Second, there was no difference in the horizontal rotation angles of E1 shoulder, hip, and E2 shoulder but the horizontal rotation angles of E1 knee, E2 hip, knee, E3, and E4 shoulder, hip, and knee were different in all events. Third, there was no difference in the body twist angle of the maximum horizontal rotation. In addition, there was no difference in the angle of the body twist by the ball direction in the shoulder-hip, the hip-knee and the shoulder-knee. Conclusion : Horizontal rotation angle determines ball directions.

        테니스 양손 백핸드 스트로크 시 스웡타입에 따른 라켓헤드속도와 라켓 면각도 비교분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference between swing types during a open stance and to enhance performance and skill. Six male university players were the subjects, and the mean difference between the kinematic variables such as the velocity of racket head, X, Y, Z components velocity of racket head, angle of racket face in a two-handed backhand stroke through a three-dimensional motion analysis. The test data was analyzed by a paired t-test, and the alpha level of α = .05 was set for all tests of significance. The findings of the study were as follows; First, there was difference in the velocity of racket head to E2, E3, E4 event of the two swing types during the open stance. Second, there was difference in the drive swing to x components velocity and the top spin swing to z components velocity between the two swings types during the open stance. Third, there was no difference in the angle of racket face of the two swing types during the open stance.

        여자 테니스 선수의 양손 백핸드 스트로크 동작시 상지의 근전도 분석

        This study analzed AEMG, muscle activity duration time, peak value and work load of six high school student players, three college student players, three business team players in order to analyze Arm`s EMG when they play games with two-handed backhand stroke. The instruments of measuring EMG are muscle tester ME3000p. And measured parts of muscle are the triceps brachii, biceps brachii, brachioradialis and flexor carpi radialis of body left and right arm. The following is the result according to the analysis of raw data and statistics. 1. The AEMG of trained group was higher than the untrained. In both groups AEMG of right arm was higher than left one. And AEMG of forearm was higher than upperarm. The order of high AEMG among the trained is as followed ; right biceps brachii, left brachii, right brachioradialis. Among the untrained ; right brachioradialis, left brachioradialis, biceps brachii. 2. The muscle activity duration time of the trained group was totally shorter than the untrained. In both groups muscle activity duration time of the right arm was shorter than the left one. As to trained muscle activity duration time of upperarm is shorter than the forearm. Contrarily, as to untrained muscle activity duration time forearm is shorter than the upperarm. The order of short muscle activity duration time among the trained is as followed ; right biceps brachii, triceps brachii, left flexor carpi radialis. 3. The peak value of trained group was higher than the untrained. In body groups peak value of the right arm was higher than the left one. As to the trained the peak of the upperarm is higher than the forearm. Contrarily, as to the untrained, the peak value of the forearm was higher the upperarm. The order of high peak value among the trained is as followed ; right biceps brachii, left biceps brachii, right brachioradialis. Among the untrained, right brachioradialis, left biceps brachii, brachioradialis.

        스마트 자세 교정 방석에 대한 생체역학적 사용성 분석

        The overall purpose of this study was to investigate the uselfulness of a smart good posture cushion. The study was divided into 3 separate sections. The first section was to examine the correlation between the cushion’s pressure output with the ground reaction force to validate its pressure sensor. The second section, was to investigate the repeatability of the cushion to provide feedback for anterior trunk flexion, left and right lateral trunk flexion. The third section, was to investigate the effect of using the good posture cushion on the kinematics of a participant sitting using the good posture cushion with and without its vibration feedback for 30 minutes. The results show a strong relationship between the ground reaction force and the cushions pressure. For the second section, the results highlight the large variations in feedback within and between individuals. For the third section, the results show no signification kinematic differences over the 30 minutes, however the cushion records that the participant sat in a good posture longer when provided with the vibration feedback. In conclusion, the good posture cushion may not be a perfect tool for recording deviations in sitting posture but it may be useful as a reminder for people to sit up in a better posture.

        초등학교 육상남자 체육영재 선발자의 체형, 체력특성 및 상관성 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the simple correlation coefficient and characteristics of physical fitness and somatotype between selected boys and non-selected boys in athletics talents in order to provide scientific basic data for athletic training. The subjects of study were 56 boys composed of selected talents(n=30) and the non-selected talents(n=26) that have participated. The subjects were elementary school boys (grade 1 to 3) from Busan, Ulsan and Gyung-Nam province. The variables of 6 somatotype and physical fitness were measured using KOSTASS(Korea Sport Talent Search System developed by Korea Institute of sports science, 2007) in all the subjects before the start of the training program. The alpha level of p<.05 was set for all test of significance. The results of this study are as follows; 1. In the average somatotype, the selected talents were mesomorph-ectomorph (=2.8-3.7-3.4) and non-selected talents were mesomorph-endomorpht =4.1-4.1-2.9). 2. In the differences among physical fitness variables between the selected talents and non-selected talents, throw ball, sit-up, half-squat jump, 50m run(p<.05), standing long jump(p<.01) were significantly. 3. In the correlation between somatotype and physical fitness, Half-squat Jump was a significant negative correlation(p<.05), 1,000m Run and Walk was significantly correlated(p<.05) in endomorphic component. In the correlation between mesomorphic component which characterizes muscle and bone development and ectomorphic component on the degree of lean person and physical fitness was no correlation. According to the results of the study, the selected talents showed lower endomorphic component but higher ectomorphic components and mesomorphic component than the non-selected talents in the classification of H-C and the selected talents showed higher than the non-selected talents in the physical fitness.

        12주간의 하타요가 수련이 여고생의 자세제어 능력 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the influence 12 weeks of Hatha yoga exercise has upon changes in postural control ability of high school girls. The research subjects were 27 high school girls (yoga group: 15, control group: 12). Changes that took place after yoga exercise were comparatively analyzed after having them train Hatha yoga for 12 weeks. The research variables that were measured were the moving range of COP in static postural balance, Rambling & Trembling in the moving range of COP, and postural change in the sagittal plane. The mean and the standard deviation(SD) were calculated on each measurement item by using the SPSS Ver 21.0 statistical program. To verify difference in pre-value between groups, an independent t-test was carried out. The verification of change according to time within the group after 12 weeks of yoga exercise was conducted in a paired t-test. To inspect interaction by time and group before and after yoga exercise, two-way repeated measures ANOVA was implemented. As a result, the moving distance of the pre and post direction in the moving range of COP was reduced. Rambling and Trembling in the pre-and-post direction significantly decreased. And in postural change of the sagittal plane, there was significant interaction between two groups in the neck and thigh parts. It was thought that the 12 weeks hatha yoga exercise has positive influence upon improving the postural control mechanism in female high school students and has an effect even on change in the postural control ability of an individual.

        A Biomechanical Analysis of the Effect of Pilates Exercise on Female College Students with Knee Joint Deformity

        [BACKGROUND] Current research on genu varum shows the favorable influence of exercise on the biomechanics of the knee joint by reducing the static malalignment and mechanical imbalances, however the transference to a more optimum gait has not been investigated. [OBJECTIVES] To investigate the effects of Pilates exercise on the changes of gait and lower limb malalignment in female students with genu varum. [METHODS] A total of 23 female college students with verified genu varum participated in this study. The participants were randomly assigned to two groups a Pilates exercise group (n=15) and a control group (n=8). The Pilates exercise group participated in 1 hour Pilates exercise 3 times per week for a total of 10 weeks. Each of the participants had an X-ray and performed gait 5 times before and after the exercise treatment. The participants kinetic and kinematic data were gathered using an eight Vicon Motion camera system and two force platforms. [RESULTS] For the Pilates group gait their maximum extension and internal rotation knee moment, and maximum adduction and internal rotation hip moment significantly increased, while the maximum knee moment flexion decreased. For the control group gait their maximum hip extension and hip adduction moment significantly decreased. For the Pilates group there was a significant reduction in the distance from the anatomical axis to the weight bearing line in the left leg, but there was no significant change for the control group. [CONCLUSIONS] The results suggest that Pilates exercise may be beneficial for females with genu varum by helping to improve both their static alignment and helping their gait to become more balanced.

        워블보드 운동과 윈드서핑 운동이 외발서기 시 COP와 COM에 미치는 영향 비교

        This research was to analyze the impact of wobble board and wind surfing to static balance ability targeting 22 male students who were divided into groups. Each group composing 11 participants were trained for 6 weeks and conducted ground reaction force and image analysis. Using spss 21.0, evaluation of differences within groups before and after the exercise was paired t-test, and Independent t-test was performed by calculating %diff values of before and after the exercise for the difference and signification was set as α=.05. The research resulted that while standing with one-leg keeping eyes open, the change of distance and moving range centered to pressure and mass after the two group’s training was decreased. Right/Left distance and area focused on pressure while keeping eyes open was decreased significantly in windsurfing group. In the comparison according to time information among groups, right/left moving distance based on pressure was significantly decreased in wind surfing group. Preformed environment of wind surfing and wobble board is not different, but it was revealed that proprioception was stimulated due to its unstable supporting surface and this affects positively to static balance. In the kinetic analysis, wind surfing was discovered to have better effect than the other one.
