Problem : The several studies were reported to the effects of individual tooth tray with the parallel tooth, but not reported to the effect of individual tooth tray with severe undercut in impression making. Purpose : The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of individual tooth tray; 1) the accuracy of impression in terms of distance. 2) reproducibility of pocket. Material and methods : In this study, a metal model with 3 teeth including tooth prepared 30-degree undercut and gingival crevice of the depth 5mm, width 0.4mm was cast. Impressions of the metal model were taken in 5 times used 4 kinds of impression materials with individual tooth tray and another impression taking were made with conventional method without individual tooth, used same materials, procedure. The stone models were made. Distances between abutments were measured with a Micromeasurescoup-mm. Result : The following results were obtained ; 1. In the comparisonof inter-abutment distance between parallel tooth without individual tooth tray, 4elastomeric materials have not significant difference to the metal model(p>0.05). 2. In the comparisonof inter-abutment distance with undercut tooth without individual tooth tray, 4elastomeric materials have a significant difference to the metal model(p<0.05), especially polyether's dimensional change is large. 3. If individual tooth tray was used to take impression in abutment teeth with severe undercut, more stable results was achieved easily than conventional method. (p>0.05). 4. It is not true that the pressure of impression material with individual tooth tray increased to gingival sulcus. Conclusion : By the results, I knew the fact that individual tooth tray was useful impression method on the teeth with severe undercut for the dimensional stability. Also, I could not confirm the fact that individual tooth tray would increase the penetrating pressure into cervice.
가스하이드레이트 퇴적층 물성 추정 소프트웨어를 이용한 울릉분지 시추공 자료 해석

미래의 청정 에너지자원인 가스하이드레이트 개발을 위해 국내 부존이 유망한 울릉분지 5개의 지역에 대하여 2007년 시추작업을 수행하여 모든 시추공으로부터 물리검층 자료를 취득하였으며 이중 UBGH1-04, UBGH1-09, UBGH1-10 시추공에서 코어 자료를 취득하였다. 이 연구에서는 기확립한 가스하이드레이트 퇴적층 물성 추정 기법 및 UBGH1-04, UBGH1-09, UBGH1-10 시추공에서의 물성 추정 결과를 바탕으로 사용자 친화적 소프트웨어인 ?KMU GH Logs 2010?을 개발하였다. 또한 코어 미회수 시추공인 UBGH1-01 및 UBGH1-14 시추공의 물리검층 자료를 이용하여 가스하이드레이트 퇴적층의 물성을 추정하였다. 밀도 검층 자료를 사용하여 공극률을 추정하였으며, 전기비저항 검층 및 음파 검층을 이용하여 가스하이드레이트포화율을 추정하였다. 물리검층 자료와 코어의 퇴적상 분석 자료를 이용하여 선형 판별 분석 기법을 통해 퇴적상을 추정함으로써 가스하이드레이트 해리의 징후가 나타나는 DITM 및 MSS 퇴적상에 대한 판별이 가능함을 확인하였다. For the development of gas hydrate as new future energy resources, the drilling was carried out at the five locations where have high potential as gas hydrate bearing sediments in Ulleung basin, offshore Korea in 2007. Well log data were obtained from all wells and core data were procured from 3 wells, UBGH1-04, UBGH1-09 and UBGH1-10. In this study, user-friendly software, ?KMU GH Logs 2010?, is developed and this software is based on the estimation methods developed in previous study for gas hydrate bearing sediments and the properties estimated from UBGH1-04, UBGH1-09 and UBGH1-10. Petrophysical properties in un-cored wells, UBGH1-01 and UBGH1-14, are also estimated by using well log data. Porosity is estimated by density log and gas hydrate saturation is calculated by sonic log and resistivity log. Sedimentary facies are estimated by applying the linear discriminant analysis using both well log and sedimentary facies data from core analysis. It is confirmed that DITM facies and MSS facies appeared signs of gas hydrate disassociation are able to be distinguished by the method.
모바일 환경에서 추론을 이용한 의미 기반 이미지 어노테이션 시스템 설계 및 구현

본 논문에서는 이전의 의미 기반 이미지 어노테이션 및 검색 시스템 Moment(Mobile Semantic Image Annotation and Retrieval System)에 RDF(Resource Description Framework) 추론 기능을 사용한 어노테이션 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위하여 제안된 시스템은 Apache Jena Inference API를 통해 구현되였으며 각 이미지들이 가진 어노테이션의 개수가 증가되었다. 자동으로 추론된 결과 또한 SPARQL 질의를 통해 검색이 가능하며, 기존 어노테이션 결과에 대한 의미 검색을 더욱 효과적으로 할 수 있게 한다.

Background: Bronchiectasis (BE) remains a rare respiratory disease in Korea. This retrospective study was done to investigate the potential pathogenic microorganisms (PPMs) that cause in patients with BE, through the use of sputum specimens. Methods: One hundred eleven adult patients, who had undergone chest computed tomography (CT), sputum gram stain/culture, and BE detected by chest CT, were included in this study. Sputum adequacy was determined by using Murray-Washington classification. Results: The mean (±SD) age of patients was 60.9 (±14.0). The number of PPMs was 167 (67%) in the total 248 isolated organisms. The most frequent PPMs were P. aeruginosa (23.4%), K. pneumoniae (10.5%), and S. aureus (8.4%). The proportion of adequate sputum (AS) was 25.8% in the total sputum specimens. The patients with AS were 41 (37%) and the patients with inadequate sputum (IS) were 70 (63%). The proportion of P. aeruginosa was higher in AS compared to that of IS (44% vs. 19%, p=0.004). The BE score was also higher in P. aeruginosa (+) patients compared to that of P. aeruginosa (-) patients (10.8vs.7.6, p=0.001). Conclusion: Although the proportion of AS in the total sputum was low, PPMs were isolated in most patients with BE. It is likely that P. aeruginosa was isolated in AS and AS patients had higher BE scores.
미립자공학,유동층,고분자,재료 : 무기, 유기 ; 금속코팅용 광경화 코팅필름의 물성에 대한 아크릴산(Acrylic acid)의 영향

본 연구에서는 스테인레스 스틸(stainless steel)의 표면 코팅용 광경화 필름 개발을 위하여 isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polycaprolactone triol(PCLT), 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA), 그리고, 희석제로서 trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA)와 acrylic acid(AA)의 첨가비율을 달리한 광경화형 poly(urethane acrylate-co-acrylic acid)(PU-co-AA) 필름을 성공적으로 제조하였으며, 제조한 PU-co-AA 필름의 모폴로지, 접착특성, 기계적 특성, 전기적 특성 등에 대한 AA 첨 가량의 영향을 조사하였다. 모든 PU-co-AA 필름은 비정형 구조를 나타내었으나, AA의 함량이 증가할수록 분자 규칙 및 패킹밀도는 감소하였다. 접착특성은 AA 함량 50% 이상에서는 접착력 5B 수준으로 스테인레스 스틸에 대한 우수 한 접착특성을 나타내었으며, AA 함유량이 0%에서 66%까지 증가함에 따라 Pull-off strength법 접착력은 6~31 kgf/cm2로 선형적으로 증가하였다. 광경화 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트의 접착력을 증가시키기 위한 유연한 사슬구조와 2관능기를 가진 AA의 도입은 다관능기의 TMPTA의 높은 가교밀도를 줄임으로써 효과적인 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, AA 함량 이 증가함에 따라 접촉각의 감소와 젖음성의 향상을 확인하였다. 한편, 유연한 사슬 및 곁사슬 -COOH를 가진 AA의 도입은 규칙성 및 패킹밀도의 감소를 나타내며, 이는 PU-co-AA 필름의 경도 저하를 나타내며, 또한 AA의 분자 내의 작용기 -COOH는 고분자 필름 내의 분극현상을 증가시킴으로써 유전상수의 증가 경향을 나타내었다. 결론적으로 PUco- AA 필름의 물리적 특성은 첨가한 AA의 함량에 크게 의존함을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 광경화 폴리우레탄 아크릴 레이트에 아크릴산 AA의 도입은 사슬의 유연성 증가와 가교밀도의 감소 영향으로 스테인레스 스틸과의 접착력을 향상시키는데 매우 효과적인 방법임을 확인할 수 있었다. Five different composition UV-cured poly(urethane acrylate-co-acrylic acid) (PU-co-AA) films have been prepared by reacting isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), polycaprolactone triol(PCLT), 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA), and different weight ratio trimethylolpropane triacrylate(TMPTA) and acrylic acid(AA) as diluents, and characterized using a Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). The adhesion properties onto the stainless steel, morphology, mechanical hardness, and electrical property of UV-cured PU-co-AA films were investigated as a function of acrylic acid(AA) content. All the PU-co-AA films are structure-less and the molecular ordering and packing density decreased with increasing content of AA due to the flexible structure and -COOH side chains in AA. The crosscut test showed that PUco-AA films without AA and with low content of AA showed 0% adhesion(OB) and the adhesion of PU-co-AA films in the range of 4()""`50"10 AA increased dramatically as the content of AA increases. The pull-off measurements showed that the adhesion force of PU-co-AA films to stainless steel substrate varied from 6 to 31 kg/cm2 and increased linearly with increasing AA content. The mechanical hardness also decreased as the content of AA increases. This may come from relatively linear and flexible structure in AA and low crystallinity in PU-co-AA films with higher content of AA. The higher AA-containing PU-co-AA films showed higher dielectric constant due to the increase of polarization by intra-ducing AA monomer. In conclusion, the physical properties of UV-cured PU-co-AA films are strongly dependent upon the content of AA and the incorporation of AA in polyurethane acrylate is very useful way to increase the adhesion strength of UV-curable polymers on the stainless steel substrate.
