통신신호가 통신회선을 통하여 전파될 때, 선로에 불평형이 나타나는 경우 가입자 선로와 대지간에 유도전류가 발생하여 대지로 흘러가게 되며 통신망의 성능에 영향을 미치게 된다. 본고에서는 통신회선의 불평형정도를 나타내는 평행도에 관하여 그 개념을 기술하고 각국에서 제시된 기준을 비교.분석한다.

Existing particle tracking models predict vertical displacement of particles based on the terminal settling velocity in the stagnant water. However, experimental results of the present study confirmed that the settling velocity of particles is influenced by the turbulence effects in turbulent flow, consistent with the previous studies. The settling velocity of particles and turbulent characteristics were measured by using PTV and PIV methods, respectively, in order to establish relationship between the particle settling velocity and the ambient turbulence. It was observed that the settling velocity increase rate starts to grow when the particle diameter is of the same order as Kolmogorov length scale. Compared with the previous studies, the present study shows that the graphs of the settling velocity increase rate according to the Stokes number have concave shapes for each particle density. In conclusion, since the settling velocity in the natural flow is faster than in the stagnant water, the existing particle tracking model may estimate a relatively long time for particles to reach the river bed. Therefore, the results of the present study can help improve the performance of particle tracking models.

The lower extremity injuries are extremely increasing with the development of industrial & transportational technology. For the lower extremity injuries that result from high-energy forces, particularly those in which soft tissue and large segments of bone have been destroyed and there is some degree of vascular compromise, the problems in reconstruction are major and more complex. In such cases local muscle coverage is probably unsuccessful, because adjacent muscles are destroyed much more than one can initially expect. Reconstruction of the lower extremity has been planned by dividing the lower leg into three parts traditionally The flaps available in each of the three parts are gastrocnemius flap for proximal one third, soleus flap for middle one third and free flap transfer for lower one third. Microvascular surgery can provide the necessary soft tissue coverage from the remote donnor area by free flap transfer into the defect. Correct selection of the appropriate recipient vessels is difficult and remains the most important factor in successful free flap transfer. Vascular anastomosis to recipient vessels distal to the zone of injury has been advocated and retrograde flow flaps are well established in island flaps. Retrograde flow anastomosis could not interrupt the major blood vessels which were essential for survival of the distal limb, the compromise of fracture or wound healing might be prevented. During 5 years, from March 1993 to Feb. 1998, we have done 68 free flap transfers in 61 patients to reconstruct the lower extremity. From analysis of the cases, we concluded that for the reconstruction of the lower extremity, free flap transfer yields a more esthetic and functional results.
PVK:Ir(ppy)₃ 발광부를 갖는 고분자 인광 발광다이오드의 특성평가

고분자 발광다이오드(polymer light emitting diode, PLED)는 초박막화, 초경량화가 가능하며 간단한 용액공정 으로 향후 휨성(flexible) 디스플레이로의 응용이 가능할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 녹색 고분자 유기 발광다이오드를 제작하고, 효율을 향상 시키고자 이중 발광층을 두어 전기·광학적 특성을 평가하였다. ITO/Glass기판 위에 정공주입층으로 PEDOT:PSS [poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfolnate)]를 발광물질로는 형광 발광물질인 PVK(poly-vinylcarbazole)와 인광 발광 물질인 Ir(ppy)3[tris(2-phenylpyridine) iridium(III)]를 각각 host와 dopant로 사용하였다. 정공 차단층 및 전자 수송층 두 개의 역할로 사용 가능한 TPBI(1,3,5-tris(2-N-phenylbenzimidazolyl) benzene)를 진공 열증착법으로 막을 형성하였다. 전자주입층으로 LiF(lithium flouride)와 음극으로 Al(aluminum)을 증착하여 최종적으로 ITO/PEDOT:PSS/PVK:Ir(ppy)3/TPBI/LiF/Al 구조를 갖는 녹색 형광:인광 혼합 유기 발광 다이오드를 제작하였다.

INS/GPS 통합 항법 시스템의 위치 오차 개선을 위한 IMM 필터 설계

본 논문에서는 위성 항법 해를 이용하여 INS의 순수항법을 보상하는 INS / GPS 통합 항법 알고리즘을 구성할 때 불안정한 위성 항법 위치 해 출력에도 안정적인 항법 성능을 보장할 수 있는 IMM (interacting multiple model)필터를 설계하였다. INS / GPS 통합 항법 시스템 구조 내에 칼만필터를 서브 필터로 하는 IMM 필터 구조를 정의하였다. IMM필터 구성시 서브필터는 2개로 구성하였으며, 각각의 칼만필터는 INS의 오차 방정식으로부터 위치, 속도, 자세, 센서 오차 등으로 구성한 16차의 상태를 정의하고 추가로 위성항법의 유색 잡음(coloured measurement noise)영향으로 2차를 확장하였다. 제안한 IMM 필터의 성능을 확인하기위해 위성항법에 임의의 오차를 위도와 경도에 삽입하고 필터의 추종성을 확인하는 것으로 성능을 비교 분석하였다. 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션을 100회 수행하여 결과를 RMS로 비교한 결과 제안한 필터 방식이 오차에 대해 안정적이며 빠른 수렴결과를 보이고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. In this paper, interacting multiple model (IMM) filter was designed that guarantees a stable navigation performance even in the unstable satellite navigation position. In order to design IMM filter in INS / GPS integrated navigation system, sub filter of the IMM filter is defined as Kalman filter. In the IMM filter configuration, two subfilters are determined. Each Kalman filter defines the six-teenth state composed of position, velocity, attitude, and sensor error from the INS error equation and the states additionally derived in case of the coloured measurement noise. In order to verify the performance of the proposed filter, we compared the performance how the filter works in the presence of arbitrary error in GPS navigation solution. The Monte Carlo simulation was performed 100 times and the results were compared with the root mean square(RMS). The results show that the proposed method is stable against errors and show fast convergence.

Quadrotor UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) is a flying robotic platform which has drawn lots of attention in the recent years. The attraction comes from the fact that it is able to perform agile VTOL (Vertical Take-Off Landing) and hovering functions. In addition, the efficient modular structure composed of four electric rotors makes its design easier compared to other single-rotor type helicopters. In many cases, a quadrotor often utilizes vision systems in order to obtain altitude control and navigation solution in hostile environments where GPS receivers are not working or deniable. For carrying out their successful missions, it is essential for flight control systems to have fast and stable control responses of heading angle outputs. This paper presents a Fuzzy Logic based lateral PI controller to stabilize and control the quadrotor vehicle equipped with vision systems. The advantage of using the fuzzy based PI controller lies in the fact that it could acquire a desired output response of a heading angle ven in presence of disturbances and uncertainties. The performance comparison of the newly proposed Fuzzy-PI controller and the conventional PI controller was carried out with various simulation results.
