In the substations for traction systems and the large-scale discharging system of secondary batteries, the voltage of DC bus line goes up by the regenerated energy and the energy is usually wasted in resistor for system stability. This paper proposes the DC power regenerating system using a three phase PWM inverter. The proposed system can regenerate the excessive DC power from DC bus line to AC supply and control the power factor of AC supply to unity. To implement unity power factor, the magnitude of the inverter output voltage should be higher than that of AC supply and therefore SVPWM technique is adopted. Computer simulations are carried out to verify the validity of the proposed system.

The present research explored the effects of motor learning skill and retrieval condition associated with competitive state anxiety on aerobic performance. The subjects used in this study were 160 male college students. In experiment, the subjects were the first classified into High Competitive Anxiety Group(HCAG) and Low Competitive Anxiety Group(LCAG) on the basis of their relative scores on Competitive State Anxiety Inventory-2(CSAI-2). Each group was again divided into two groups(High Motor Learning Skills Group: HMLSG and Low Motor Learning Skills Group: LMSSG), based on the group member`s relative scores on the Strategies for Motor Learning Questionnaire(SMLQ). The levels of aerobic performance were measured by administering a test which consisted of both recall and recognition items. The results showed (1) that HCAG`s performance level was significantly lower than that of LCAG`s, (2) that the difference in recognition test performance between HCAG and LCAG was much smaller than that on recall test, indicating that the high cognitive load laden by recall interfered with retrieval. The result of this study supported the model of information processing that anxiety can cause problems in any motor learning stage.
