대구지역 나눔문화 활성화 방안

The purpose of this study is present ways to vitalize sharing cultrure by analyzing the situations of sharing activities in daegu and all over the country. For the analysis, this study utilizes Social Survey of Statistics Korea in 2013 and employes a multinomial logistic regression. The findings show that irregular sharing participations in daegu are higher percentage than all over the country. Social groups paticipation, sharing participation view, gender, education, marriage, income have statistically significant effects in daegu. Therefore, based on the study, various approaches and practical implications for the effective sharing culture in daegu are suggested.

The purpose of this dissertation is to examine the problems of current Public Welfare Adminstration Allied Law-Institutions of Korea and draw the consequent solutions based on the problems. Methods applied in this investigation focus on analysis and reciprocal comparison, in both aspects of legislation and institution, with the Public Welfare Administration Allied Law - Institutions of the United Kingdom, the U.S.A., Germany, and Japan, etc. Both the legislative-institutional approach and the analytic-comparative approach were adopted in this investigation. From the viewpoint of interpreting Public Welfare Administration in a narrow sense, scope of the investigation is confined with in the factors of Social Insurance Administration and Public Assistance Administration. And among these two factors, more importance was given to the Social Insurance Administrtion. Problems derived from this investigation can be outlined as follows : a. Unpreparedness of an Unemplovment Insurance Act. b. Lack of special laws of Family Allowances. c. Fragility of the Public Assistance Allied Act. d. Poorness of law-institutions on Medical Security. e. Multifold law-institutions on Public Welfare Administration. To improve the situations stated above, some reform measures can be suggested as follows. a. Establishment of an unemployment insurance act. b. Establishment of special laws on family allowance. c. Reinforcement of the public assistance allied act. d. Reinforcement of medical security allied act. e. Integration of similar law-institutions on public welfare administration. By analysis and reciprocal comparison of the public welfare administration allied law-institutions, problems and reform measrues were derived as the foregoing. It is believed that the above stated reform measures can be not only the ideal indicator to fulfil the demands of national welfare which is needed to enhance our country to a developed one but a also model of developmental policy to realize a welfare society which is the aim of the Fifth Republic. And, to carry out the reform measures effectively, financial support from the Government should be preceded.

재능나눔 자원봉사활동의 활성화 방안

본 연구는 대구지역의 재능나눔 자원봉사 프로그램 참여자(자원봉사자) 및 수요기관을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 대구지역 재능나눔 자원봉사활동 실태를 파악하여 재능나눔 자원봉사활동의 활성화방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 대구지역 재능나눔 자원봉사활동의 실태를 위한 설문조사는 재능나눔 자원봉사자(601부), 재능나눔 자원봉사자를 관리하는 사회복지기관 및 시설(68부)에 실시하였고, 대상별로 할당표집과 임의표집을 통해 선정하였다. 연구결과를 통해 재능나눔 자원봉사활동을 활성화하기 위해서는 기관운영 영역과 자원봉사자 영역 모두에서 재정 확보의 필요성을 강조하였고, 기관운영 영역에서는 홍보 활성화, 민간주도 재능나눔 자원봉사활동의 전담기구 및 인력배치를 제시하였고, 자원봉사자 영역에서는 재능나눔 자원봉사활동의 새로운프로그램개발, 실질적인 인정보상방법 실현 등을 제시하였다. This paper is to present ways to vitalize talent sharing volunteer activities by analyzing the situations of talent sharing volunteer activities in Daegu city. A survey was conducted with participants of talent sharing volunteer programs and institutions which demand talent sharing volunteers. 601 questionnaires were distributed to talent sharing volunteers and 68 questionnaires were mailed to social welfare institutions where such volunteers were supervised. They were selected by an quota sampling and a convenience sampling. As a result, several suggestions are presented as follows: First, finance security is needed for invigoration of talent sharing volunteer activities and quality improvement. Second, talent sharing volunteer activities need to be actively promoted. Third, a privately led maintaining system for talent sharing volunteers needs to be established. Fourth, continuous work for talent sharing and expansion of program developments are needed. Fifth, recognition and rewards for talent sharing volunteer activities should be improved.

사회복지시설에 종사하는 사회복지사의 직무스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 일선 사회복지사와 관리직 사회복지사의 직무스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 직위에 따른 적절한 인적자원관리 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구결과 일선 사회복지사와 관리직 사회복지사의 우울에 영향을 미치는 직무스트레스 하위요인들이 다르게 나타났다. 일선 사회복지사의 우울 영향요인은 조직체계, 직무요구, 직무불안정 등의 직무스트레스로 나타났고, 관리직 사회복지사의 우울 영향요인은 직무지식의 직무스트레스로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 직위에 따른 직무스트레스와 우울에 대한 효과적인 관리를 위한 실천적인 함의를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to find out how job stress as frontline social worker and managing social worker has an influence on their depression. The result shows that there were different stress factors that caused depression between frontline social workers and managing social workers. Frontline social workers tended to be depressed by organization system, job demand, and job insecurity, whereas managing social workers tended to be depressed by job knowledge. Therefore, based on the study, we suggested various discussions and practical implications for effective management of job stress and depression.

The purpose of this dissertation is to examine the problems the problems of current Public Welfare Adminstration Allied Law-Instituions of Korea and draw the consepuent solutions based on the problems. Methods applied in this investigation focus on analysis and reciprocal comparison, in both aspects of legislation and institusion, with the Public Welfare Administration Allied Law-Institutions of the United Kingdom, the U.S.A., Germany, and Japan, etc. Both the legislative institutional approach and the analytic-compartaive approach were adopted in this investigation. From the viewpoint of interpretion Public Welfare Administration in a harrow sense, scope of the investigation is confined with in the factors of Social Insurance Administration and Public Assistance Administration. And among these two factors, more importance was given to the Social Insurance Administration. As for the legislation of the Public Welfare Administration, in particular, scope of the activities in Social Security Scheme was categorized into five parts, and each part was reciprocally analyzed between themselves. Problems derived from this investigation can be outlined as follows: 1. Limited scope of beneficiares in Old-Age, Disability and Survivors Benefit. 2. Unreasonable minimum age limit toward Old-Age Pension, 3. Poorness of Old-Age and Disability Benefit. 4. Low-amount of benefits for the beneficiaries. To improve the situations stated above, some reform measures can be suggested as follows. 1. Enlargement of beneficiaries in old- age, disability and survivors benefit 2. Readjustment of the minimum age limit toward old-age pension. 3. Reinforcement of old-age and disability benefit. 4. Increasing the amount of benefit for old-age, disability and survivors in proportion to the price increase. By analysis and reciprocal comparison of the public welfare administration allied law-institutions, problems and reform measures were derived as the foregoing. It is believed that the above-stated reform measures can be not only the ideal indicator to fulfil the demands of national welfare which is needed to enhance our country to a developed one but also the model of developmental policy to realize a welfare society which is the aim of the Fifth Republic. The purpose of this dissertation is to examine the problems of current Sickness and Maternity Benefit of Korea and draw the consequent solutions based on the problems. Methods applied in this investigation focus on analysis and reciprocal comparison, in both aspects of legislation and instiution, with the Sickness and Maternity Benefit of the United Kingdom, The U.S.A., Germany, and Japan, etc. Problems derived from this investigation can be outlined as follows : a. Limited scope of beneficiaries in Sickness and Meternity Benefit. b. Low benefit level for the Sickness. c. Low benefit level for the Maternity. d. Multifold benefit executing institutions for the sickness and maternity. To improve the situations stated above, some reform measures can be suggested as follows. a. Enlargement of beneficiaries in sickness and maternity benefit. b. Raising benefit level for the sickness and enforcing fringe benefit in proportion to the number of dependants. c. Raising benefit level for the maternity. d. Integration of executing institutions for sickness and maternity benefit; Establishment of Social Security Bureau (tentatively named) that is to control the business all around. By analysis and reciprocal comparison of the Sickness and Meternity Benefit problems and reform measures were derived as the foregoing. It is believed that the above-stated reform measures can be not only the ideal indicator to fulfil the demands of national welfare which is needed to enhance our country to a developed one but also the model of developmental policy to realize a welfare society which is the aim of the Fifth Republic. And, to carry out the reform measures effectively, financial support from the Government should be preceded.
