Typically, modulus of elasticity of a material can be obtained from a tensile test result. However the reliability of a tensile test is lower than a nondestructive test. In this study, the modulus of elasticity and Poisson’s ratio of ASME SA540 were obtained by nondestructive testing to measure ultrasonic velocities, transverse and longitudinal wave velocity, according to the heat treatment conditions. And the factors that influence modulus of elasticity and Poisson’s ratio by nondestructive testing are the specimen machining precision, near-field limits distance, structure of material, the acoustic anisotropy.

In accordance with the improvement of the level of the domestic medical service, demand of the nurse resources continuously increase. However, a supply of new nurse is continuously decreasing. Due to this problem, many problems arise for patients and nurses. Therefore, a real-time monitoring body temperature and pulse measurement system was necessary. The system with these features makes more advanced medical service. In this paper, proposed the system that is able to monitor at real-time and measure skin temperature, humidity and pulse. The system consists of a humidity and temperature sensor, a PPG sensor, a charge circuit and a communication device. The proposed system was fabricated in the PCB is assembled those sensors, and it was designed to wrist band shape. The performance of designed system was verified through comparison experiment.
