비장애 농구선수와 지적장애 농구선수 간의 기초전문체력 및 등속성 근력에 관한 체력 비교 연구

Purpose: The main aim of this study is to scientifically compare differences between non-disabled and intellectually disabled basketball players on body composition, basic & professional physical fitness and isokinetic muscular strength for analyzing their physical level and establishing the basal data. Method: non-disabled (n=8, NDBP) and intellectually disabled basketball players (n=8, IDBP) from G metropolitan area were partipated in this study. Their body composition, basic & professional physical fitness and isokinetic muscular strength were determined and then analyzed by using independent t-test. Results: First, the fat mass(p<.05) & % body fat(p<.01) in the IDBP were significantly higher than the NDBP. Second, the stand and reach(p<.05), back banding(p<.05), sit up(p<.05), aerobic capacity(p<.01), agility(p<.05), side steps(p<.05) in the NDBP were significantly greater than the IDBP. Third, the elbow extension of right at 60°/sec & 180°/sec in the NDBP was significantly higher than the IDBP. Fourth, the knee flexion of left and knee extension of right & left at 180°/sec in the IDBP were significantly greater than the IDBP. Conclusion: the results of this study indicate that body composition, basic & professional physical fitness and isokinetic muscular strength in the IDBP were lower than the NDBP. Thus, appropriate training program may be applied for disability players with considering their level of disability and physical fitness.

『篆中庸』은 朴詠(생몰년 미상)이 『中庸章句』 33장의 본문을 33종의 서로 다른 篆書 字形으로 서사해 1544년 간행한 篆字書이며, 유교 경전을 전서 衆體를 사용해 서사한 우리나라 최초의 저작이다. 그러나 33종의 전서 글꼴 모두가 박영 혼자만의 창작일 수는 없기에 본 논문은 박영이 발문에서 언급한 참고서인 ‘唐本’을 규명하는데 주력하였다. 그래서 당대까지 전서에 속하는 여러 자형을 모은 기록을 살폈는데, 실제 글꼴을 확인할 수 있는 현존 자료는 없었다. 그나마 韋續의 「五十六種書」가 잡체전의 종류도 다양하고 창작 유래의 설명까지 곁들여 範本으로 삼았을 가능성은 있다고 생각되었다. 북송 들어 968년 夢英 스님의 <十八體篆書碑>가 18종의 전서 자형을 직접 눈으로 확인할 수 있는 최초의 저작이며, 景德(1004~1007) 연간에는 道肯 스님이 이를 『三十二體篆書金剛經』으로 확대 간행하였다. 이 원본은 사라졌고, 원명대에 중간본이 다수 제작되어 유통되었다. 우리나라에는 1288년에 陳叔昭가 서문을 쓴 ‘重刊肯上人’본 『篆隸金剛經』이 고려말 쯤 전래되었고, 현재 목판본 다수가 전해져 그 간의 영향력이 지대했으며, 박영도 이를 기본으로 삼아 『전중용』을 간행한 것으로 보인다. 『전예금강경』에는 32종의 잡체전 명칭과 출처 유래, 그리고 실제 글자 모양이 담겨 있는데, <18체전서비>에서 16종, 「56종서」에서 26종을 수용하였다. 한편 『전중용』의 33체는 『전예금강경』과 29종이 일치한다. 박영은 이 『전예금강경』을 범본으로 삼아 『전중용』을 간행한 것이다. 이후 1651년 景惟謙이 지은 『篆韻便覽』 서‧발문에는 『전중용』과 『전예금강경』의 존재 및 상호 연관에 대해 언급하였고, 1675년 金振興의 전자 韻書인 『篆海心鏡』에 金萬基가 쓴 서문을 통해 1661년 김진흥이 완성한『篆大學』의 잡체전 38체는 『전예금강경』이 그 바탕임을 알 수 있다. 모두 『전중용』이 선도적 역할을 하였음을 확인할 수 있다. 『전중용』은 17세기 각종 전자 학습서 간행과 다양한 새인 印文 및 契會圖 표제자 등으로 전서의 활용 범위를 확대하는데 크게 기여한 것이다. 『Jeon Jungyong(篆中庸)』 is a book published by Park Young(朴詠) in 1544 by transcribing the main text of 『Jungyong janggu(中庸章句)』 in 33 types of Seal script. Since it is impossible to create all 33 styles by Park Young alone, this paper focused on identifying the reference book, 'Dangbon(唐本)', which he mentioned in the epilogue. However, until the Tang Dynasty, records of various character types belonging to Seal script were examined, but there was no extant data that could confirm the actual writings. A little bit, Wei Xu(韋續)'s 「56 style's writing(五十六種書)」 thought that there was a possibility of be a model. Because there are many types of Japchejeon(雜體篆) and explanations of the creative process. During the Northern Song Dynasty Jingde(景德, 1004-1007) years, Monk Dawken(釋道肯) added 「56 style's writing」 to <18 style's Seal script Monument(十八體篆書碑)」 and published 『32 style's Seal script Gold Sutra(三十二體篆書金剛經)』. The original disappeared early, but many reissue versions were produced afterwards. In 1288, 'the reissued by Ken monk’ version with a preface written by Chen Shuzhao(陳叔昭), 『Jeon-ye Geumganggyeong(篆隸金剛經)』 was introduced to Korea. This many woodblock versions still have survived to this day. It proves that the influence was great in the meantime. It is presumed that Park Young used this as a standard and published 『Jeon Jungyong』. 『Jeon-ye Geumganggyeong』 contains 32 types of japchejeon names, sources, and actual letter shapes. The 33 types of 『Jeon Jungyong』 coincide with the 29 types of 『Jeon-ye Geumganggyeong』. Afterwards, in the preface and epilogue to 『Jeon-un pyeonlam(篆韻便覽)』 written by Gyeong Yu-Gyeom(景惟謙) in 1651, the existence and interrelationship between 『Jeon Jungyong』 and 『Jeon-ye Geumganggyeong』 were mentioned. And in 1675, 『Jeonhae simgyeong(篆海心鏡)』 through the preface written by Kim Man-Gi(金萬基), it can be seen that the 38 japchejeons of 『Jeon Daehag(篆大學)』 completed by Kim Jin-Heung(金振興) in 1661 are based on 『Jeon-ye Geumganggyeong』. In all, it can be confirmed that 『Jeon Jungyong』 played a leading role.

Cyclic nucleotide-gated (CNG) channels encoded by the tax-4 and tax-2 genes are required for chemosens-ing and thermosensing in the nematode C. elegans. We identified a gene in the C. elegans genome, which we designated cng-1, that is highly homologous to tax-4. Partial CNG-1 protein tagged with green fluorescent protein was expressed in several sensory neurons of the amphid. We created a deletion mutant of cng-1, cng-1 (jh111), to investigate its in vivo function. The mutant worms had no detectable abnormalities in terms of their basic behavior or morphology. Whereas tax-4 and tax-2 mutants failed to respond to water-soluble or volatile chemical attractants, the cng-1 null mutant exhibited normal chemotaxis to such chemicals and a tax-4;cng-1 double mutant had a similar pheno-type to tax-4 single mutants. Interestingly, cng-1 and tax-4 had a synergistic effect on brood size.

The object of this experimental study is to investigate the effect on frost delay by injecting the warm air on outdoor coil surfaces at frost conditions (2℃/1℃). The heat pump with the injection of warm air makes frost delay time longer. Maximum COP in case of injecting warm air is 7.1% higher than that in case of no warm air injection. Also in case of moving air injection duct faster, the frost delay time is lengthened and its COP is enhanced more.
