      • 공항포장 설계법 개발을 위한 거동계측 방법에 관한 연구

        인천국제공항은 타당성 조사 및 기본설계를 거쳐 1단계 사업에서 11.7km²의 부지조성 및 활주로 2본 등을 건설하였고, 뒤이어 시작한 2단계 사업에서 길이 4,000m의 활주로 1본과 0.13km²규모의 화물터 미널 등을 추가 건설하였다. 그리고 2013년 6월부터 본격적인 공사가 시작된 3단계 사업에서는 제2여객 터미널을 건설하고, 계류장과 화물 터미널을 확장하여 연간 6천 200만 명의 승객과 580만 톤의 화물 처 리를 목표로 하여 진행 중에 있다. 현재 1단계 사업에서 건설된 콘크리트 포장의 경우 2001년 3월 개통 이래 공용연수가 14년으로 설계수명 20년에 다다르고 있으며, 3단계 사업에서 건설 예정인 계류장 및 화 물 터미널의 경우 대부분 콘크리트 포장으로 계획되어 있다. 향후 설계수명이 지난 포장에 대하여 이를 평가하여 복구하고, 건설 예정된 포장의 공용수명을 증진시키기 위하여 국내 현실과 맞지 않는 외국의 포 장 설계방법이 아닌 인천공항 고유의 포장설계방법 개발이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 합리적인 포장의 잔존수명을 예측하고, 신설 포장의 조기 파손을 최소화하여 인천공항 콘크리트 포장의 전반적인 성능 향상을 도모할 수 있도록 역학적-경험적(M-E: Mechanistic-Empirical) 공항 콘크리트 포장 설계기준 및 방법을 개발하기 위해 필요한 기초자료 및 검증 자료인 콘크리트 포장 거동 계측 데이터 확보를 위해 3단계 포장 구간 내 온도계, 습도계, 변형률계, 변위계 등의 계측기 매설계 획과 수동 및 자동 계측데이터 수집 시스템 구축방안을 수립하였다.

      • Fe-Sn系 燒結合金의 諸性質에 미치는 成形 및 燒結條件의 影響

        Effects of compacting and sintering conditions on the properties of iron-tin sintered alloy for porous bearings were investigated in comparsion with those of iron compact. The results obtained are as follows. 1. The effect of compacting condition : When the green porosity becomes higher, the compact shrinks considerably but on the contrary. the pore-structure grows much more and the strength decreases largely. Therefore, in order to take the sintered compact having over 18vol% of the intercommunicating porosity and over 17kgf/㎟ of the radial crushing strength which are prescribed values for the sintered iron compact in JISB1581, the green porosity must be kept within 18~30% at the compacting. 2. The effect of sintering condition : When the sintering temperature becomes higher, the compact shrinks considerably but the pore-structure does not almost changed. On the other hand, the strength increases much more. And when the keeping time at the sintering temperature of about 1150℃ is longer, the compact shrinks considerably but on the contrary. the pore-structure becomes poor a little and the strength increases. Therefore, it is desirable sintering condition that the sintering temperature is about 1150℃ and keeping time is within 30 ~ 60min. As the results. compacting and sintering conditions of iron-tin sintered alloy can be detemined as follows. When tin powder having -350mesh of particle size is added about 1.0% into iron powder and compacted to about 22% of green porosity and then. sintered at 1150℃ for about 30min. the alloy will have following properties ; the dimensional change is about -0.2%, the intercommunicating porosity is about 20vol% and the radial crushing strength is about 30kgf/㎟ which are much better than the properties of the conventional sintered iron for porous bearing.

      • 열처리된 AgInS₂박막의 defect 연구

        AgInS₂단결정 박막은 수평 전기로에서 합성한 AgInS₂다결정을 증발원으로하여, hot wall epitaxy(HWE) 방법으로 증발원과 기판(반절연성-GaAs(100))의 온도를 각각 680℃, 410℃로 고정하여 단결정 박막을 성장하였다. 이때 단결정 박막의 결정성은 광발광 스펙트럼과 이중결정 X-선 요동곡선(DCRC)으로부터 구하였다. Hall 효과는 van der Pauw 방법에 의해 측정되었으며, 293K에서 운반자 농도와 이동도는 각각 9.35×10^(16)/㎤, 294 ㎠/V·s였다. 또한 광흡수 spectra에서 energy band gap의 온도 의존성 E_(g)(T)는 2.3165eV-(9.89×10_(-3)eV/K)T² / (T+2930K)임을 확인하였다. 성장된 AgInS₂단결정 박막을 Ag, S, In 분위기에 열처리하여 10K에서 photoluminescience(PL) spectra를 측정하여 점 결함의 기원을 알아보았다. PL 측정으로부터 얻어진 V_(Ag), Vs, Ag_(int), 그리고 S_(int)는 주개와 받개로 분류되어졌다. AgInS₂단결정 박막을 S분위기에서 열처리하면 p형으로 변환됨을 알 수 있었고, In 분위기에서 열처리하면 열처리 이전의 PL spectra를 보이고 있어서 I₂, I₁ 및 S, A emission에 의한 PL peak에는 영향을 주지 않는다고 보았다. A stoichiometric mixture of evaporating materials for AgInS₂single crystal thin films was prepared from horizontal furnace. To obtain the single crystal thin films, AgInS₂ mixed crystal was deposited on thoroughly etched semi-insulating GaAs(100) substrate by the Hot Wall Epitaxy(HWE) system. Temperature of the source and substrate were 680℃ and 410℃, respectively. The crystalline structure of the single crystal thin films was investigated by the photoluminescence and double crystal X-ray diffraction (DCXD). The carrier density and mobility of AgInS₂single crystal thin films measured from Hall effect by van der Pauw method are 9.35×10^(16)cm^(-3) and 294 cm²/V·s at 293 K, respectively. From the optical absorption measurement, the temperature dependence of the energy band gap bn-AgInSz single crystal thin films was found to be E_(g)(T) = 2.1365 eV - (9.89 x10^(-3) eV) T²/(2930 + T). After the as-grown AgInS₂single crystal thin films was annealed in Ag-, S-, and In-atmospheres, the origin of point defects of AgInS₂single crystal thin films has been investigated by using the photoluminescence(PL) at 10 K. The native defects of V_(Ag), Vs, Ag_(int), and S_(int) obtained from PL measurements were classified as a donors or acceptors type. And we concluded that the heat-treatment in the S-atmosphere converted AgInS₂single crystal thin films to an optical p-type. Also, we confirmed that In in AgInS₂/GaAs did not form the native defects because In in AgInS₂single crystal thin films did exist in the form of stable bonds.

        Hot Wall Epitaxy (HWE)법에 의한 ZnIn<sub>2</sub>S<sub>4</sub> 단결정 박막 성장과 열처리 효과

        Single crystal $ZnIn_2S_4$ layers were grown on thoroughly etched semi-insulating GaAs(100) substrate at $450^{\circ}C$ with hot wall epitaxy (HWE) system by evaporating $ZnIn_2S_4$ source at $610^{\circ}C$. The crystalline structure of the single crystal thin films was investigated by the photoluminescence (PL) and double crystal X-ray rocking curve (DCRC). The temperature dependence of the energy band gap of the $ZnIn_2S_4$ obtained from the absorption spectra was well described by the Varshni's relation, $E_g(T)=2.9514\;eV-(7.24{\times}10^{-4}\;eV/K)T^2/(T+489\;K)$. After the as-grown $ZnIn_2S_4$ single crystal thin films were annealed in Zn-, S-, and In-atmospheres, the origin of point defects of $ZnIn_2S_4$ single crystal thin films has been investigated by the photoluminescence (PL) at 10 K. The native defects of $V_{Zn}$, $V_S$, $Zn_{int}$, and $S_{int}$ obtained by PL measurements were classified as a donors or acceptors type. And we concluded that the heat-treatment in the S-atmosphere converted $ZnIn_2S_4$ single crystal thin films to an optical p-type. Also, we confirmed that In in $ZnIn_2S_4$/GaAs did not form the native defects because In in $ZnIn_2S_4$ single crystal thin films existed in the form of stable bonds.

        The purpose of Medication Information is to promote proper use of medication through which a improvement of the quality of life is assured. Medication Information should be patient specific and offered with responsibility as an integral part of Pharmaceutical Care. The quality of Medication Information on Q&A is evaluated using the explicit written criteria, giving 1 to 4 points in 10 categories and converted to 100% at Drug Information Center of Kangnam St. Mary's Hospital, between Oct. 1995 to Sept. 1998. As a result, the total average score showed a little differences every year and the highest score (92.7) was time frame while the follow-up score was the lowest (49.5) and others were above 93.8. These results indicate that the technique how to draw the background information from the requester should be emphasized and taught at training and time should be give for follow-up.

        The purpose of this thesis is to compare and investigate the changes of the micro-structure, carburizing layer and hardness change according to the condition of carbruizing (media and carburizing temperature, time, and cooling method in the liquid-carburizing treatment of Ni-Cr-Mo system, low alloy structual steel. The result obtained in this study were as follows. 1. The industrial carburizing temperature was the most ideal in the range of 890 to 91O℃. 2. The composition of the salt bath was most effective in carburizing ability and indicated more than 0.3mm/hr in the composition of NaCN 25%, BaCl₂40%, NaCl 20%, and KCl 15%. 3. The heat treatment distortion and the amount of retained austenite were decreased by making Ms-quenching in the low temperature bath maintained at 240℃ as a cooling method to obtain the hardness required, and subsequently the distortion by natural aging was reduced.
