전문가의 의사결정을 이용한 안전한 엘리베이터 시스템 제안

최근 엘리베이터 급발진 사고로 인해 엘리베이터 시스템 안전에 대한 필요성과 관심이 더욱 집중되고 있고 또한 전통산업의 고도화를 위한 노력으로 IT융합이 다양한 분야로 확대되고 있다. 안전에 대한 개념을 위험요소를 찾아내어 그 요인을 최소화하는 것으로, 엘리베이터 설치에 대한 기준 및 관련 법규를 살펴본 뒤, 전문가의 의사결정을 통해 엘리베이터 시스템의 안전을 위협하는 요인을 확인하였다. 이용자과실 부주의 및 융합적 오류를 안전을 위협하는 요인으로 추출하여 IT융합기술을 도입한 엘리베이터 관리시스템 기술을 보안책으로 제시할 시 기대되는 효과에 대해 전문가의 의사결정을 통해 신뢰성 검증을 하고 이를 구체적 대안으로 제시한다. Recently, many of people concentrates on the importance of elevator safety system for the elevator accident of traction machine malfunction. Also, IT convergence has enlarged various field for the effort of enhanced traditional industry. In this paper, we define that the safety is to minimize the dangerous factor, then explain the rules of elevator installation. Through the expert's decision we could find out the dangerous factors are poor check, malfunction of amalgamative and user's mistake. We propose the IT convergence managing system for the effective alternative method of elevator safety system.

최근 추세를 중심으로 특허청 분석에 따르면 12~08년 최근 5년 사이 엘리베이터 안전관련 특허출원이 급증하는 것을 확인할 수 있었고, 이를 안전에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는 것으로 예측했다. 이에 본 논문은 13~09년 사이 승강기 안전 관련 특허자료를 취합 및 분석 후 시대별로 공통적으로 중요시 되는 승강기 안전요인이 안전제어, 비상제동, 도어개폐장치라는 것을 확인하였다. 신뢰성 분석을 통해 승강기 안전에 있어서 가중치가 높은 항목을 이 세 가지로 정의하고, 특허가 많이 출원된 요인을 시대적 배경을 통해 알아보고, 5년간의 자료를 기반으로 승강기 안전에 대한 사고예방기술을 종합하여 키넥트 장착 스카다시스템 승강기를 향후 승강기 제작 방향으로 제시한다. Recently, from 2008 to 2012, there are many of elevator safety patents from patent office survey. In this paper, we analyzed the elevator safety patent from 2009 to 2013, found out safety factor is safety control, emergency stop equipment and door opening equipment. Through reliability statistics, we defined the most important things for safety elevator factor is this three things, studied the reason about many patents. Finally, we propose the Kinect Scada elevator system for prevention safety accident.

레이저 디스플레이 기반 오감만족 스마트 스크린 엘리베이터 시스템 제안

최근, 현대인들의 필수품인 ‘스마트 폰’이 상용화 되면서 곳곳에 ‘스마트’ 한 생활을 위한 기술들이 개발되고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 레이저를 이용한 디스플레이 및 스피커와 방향제를 엘리베이터 내부에 도입하여 내부 화면의 다 양화를 연출하고, 핸드오버기술로 지속적인 와이파이 호환이 가능한 이용자 단말기 상의 엘리베이터 조절 화면 출력기 능 탑재로 이용자의 스마트폰을 통해 엘리베이터를 조작할 수 있으며 승강기 외부 상단에 장착된 키넥트로 이용자의 동작을 인식하여 작동되는 기존 엘리베이터 시스템과 차별화된 새로운 스마트스크린 엘리베이터 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 마지막으로 엘리베이터 제조사, 유통사, 소비자 각 집단 200명을 대상으로 레이저스크린 엘리베이터의 상용화에 대한 설문조사를 진행한다. Recently, most of people wants to have smart life for themselves like smart phones. In this paper, we propose the smart elevator based on the laser screen, speakers and air fresheners. Using this elevator, we could enjoy the various screen inside, and we could keep contacting with manager for wifi in the emergency situation. Also, the elevator could be operated with user's motion for Kinect. Finally, we did the survey for understanding preference of smart elevator. The grops are elevator manufacturing company, elevator distribution corporation and consumers, each group have 200 people.

어떤 방법에 의한 신체검사이든 신체검사를 받는 사람의 자유로운 의사에 의하지 않을 경우에는 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 법관의 영장에 의하여 시행되어야 할 것이다. 그러나 우리나라의 경우 앞서 본 바와 같이 신체검사에 관하여 아무런 규정이 없는 실정이므로 조속히 신체검사의 허용범위와 방법 및 절차 등을 규율하는 입법을 함으로써 인권을 유린하는 수사를 예방하고, 더 이상 체내 신체검사의 적법여부에 관한 시비가 없도록 하여야 할 것이다.

1. When the debtor commits a legal act for the purpose of property rights that harms the creditor, the creditor may request the court to cancel andrestore the legal act. It is a common belief and precedent that the nature of the consultation onthe division of inherited property between joint heirs corresponds to a contract that is a legal act. However, there is a theory as to whether the consultation on the division of inherited property constitutes a deceptive act subject to the exercise of the right to revoke creditors on the grounds that it is a contract for pure property rights but has a color of status based onfamily relations. This ruling judged on the exclusion period of the exercise of the right to revoke creditors under the premise that consultation on the division of inherited property also constitutes a deceptive act. 2. The creditor's right to revoke shall be xercised within five years fromthe date of legal action that harms the creditor. This ruling recognized that the legal act (division consultation) was committed on the cause of the registration of ownership transfer based on the consultation on the division of inherited property listed in the real estate register, and judged that it was inappropriate. 3. However, in the case of applying for registration of ownership transfer due to consultation on the division of inherited property, the date of commencement of inheritance, that is, the date of death of the inheritee, is stated in the register. Therefore, in the case of consultation on the division of inherited property, the date of registration stated in the register is the date of death of the inheritee and not the date of consultation on division. Nevertheless, it is clear that it is an error that the five-year exclusionperiod has elapsed based on the date of the cause listed in the register without hearing the date of the actual division consultation.

한국승강기안전관리원 사고현황 분석 자료에 따르면 안전사고 요인으로 이용자의 과실 부주의가 60%를 차지하여 안전한 엘리베이터 사용을 위한 수시 모니터링이 가능한 스마트 관리시스템의 필요성이 대두되는 시점이다. 이에 본 논문은 현재 엘리베이터 안전점검의 기준 및 사고 발생율을 살펴보고 기존 엘리베이터 관리시스템 구조와 자체 결함 감지 및 알림기능의 IOT기반 스마트 관리시스템 구조의 차이를 확인한다. 또한 엘리베이터 전문가 집단의 의사결정을 통해 IOT 기반 스마트 관리시스템을 도입할 경우 기대되는 관리 효과에 대해 신뢰성 검증을 한 뒤 기존 엘리베이터 안전사고의 주된 요인인 이용자의 과실 부주의에 대한 구체적 대안으로 제안한다. From Korea Elevator Safety Institute's report, the major accident factor of elevator is user's mistake, 60%. It means that the necessity of simple monitoring system. In this paper, we explain the standard of elevator safety check and the rate of accidents, then compare with old elevator managing system and new elevator managing system based on IOT technology. Also, we explain the reliability statistics of smart managing system based on expert's decision. Finally, we propose the smart managing system as the alternative method for decreasing the accident factor of elevator.
