기업의 기술혁신 활동이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향연구: 혁신저항의 매개적 효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 그동안 기술혁신 활동이 자체 기업 또는 조직, 인적 구성원의 역량과 활동 방법에 따라 다름에도 불구하고 이의 실행에 대한 혁신저항을 적극 고려하지 않았던 기존 연구의 한계를 보완하여 기업의 기술혁신 역량과 활동이 조직 내 혁신저항과 성과에 미치는 영향력이 어느 정도 차이가 있는지 이를 밝히는데 목적을 갖고 국내 IT, BT기업 293개사를 대상으로 실증 조사하였다. 그 결과를 보면 첫째, 가설1의 기업의 기술혁신 역량이 기술혁신 저항에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 채택되었다. 둘째, 가설2의 기술혁신 활동은 기술혁신 저항에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않아 기각되었다. 셋째, 기술혁신 저항은 기술혁신 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 채택되었다. 넷째, 기술혁신 저항은 기술혁신 역량과 기술혁신 성과 사이에 매개 효과는 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 채택되었다. 다섯째, 기술혁신 저항은 기술혁신 활동과 기술혁신 성과 사이에 매개효과는 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않아 기각되었다. 전체적으로 기술혁신 역량이 높을수록 기술혁신 저항에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 상관성을 갖고 기술혁신 저항 또한 저항 정도에 따라 기술혁신 역량과 성과를 증진 또는 저하시킬 수 있음을 시사해 주었다. Although the technological innovation activities have depended on corporate, organizational and personal capabilities and activities, innovation resistance to practice was not actively considered in previous studies. This study is intended to the effects of corporate technology innovation capabilities and activities on intra-organizational innovation resistance and performance by compensating the limit of previous studies. To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 293 domestic IT and BT companies. First, technological innovation competencies had a positive effect on technological innovation resistance, adopting hypothesis 1. Second, technological innovation activities had no positive effect on technological innovation resistance, rejecting hypothesis 2. Third, technological innovation resistance had a positive effect on technological innovation performance, adopting hypothesis 3. Fourth, technological innovation resistance was positively mediated in the relationship between technological innovation competencies and technological innovation performance, adopting hypothesis 4. Fifth, technological innovation resistance was not positively mediated in the relationship between technological innovation activities and technological innovation performance, rejecting hypothesis 5. Overall, the higher technological innovation competencies had a significant effect on technological innovation resistance. Consequently, technological innovation resistance can improve or reduce technological innovation competencies and performance depending on the level of resistance.

본 연구는 글로벌 리딩 기업의 공급사슬관리(SCM)가 프로젝트 관리자(PM)의 역량과 지속가능 성과공유에 미치는 영향력을 밝히는데 목적을 갖는다. 연구방법은 설문지에 의한 실증조사방법으로 조사 후 통계분석 방법을 통해 수행하였다. 연구대상은 SCM 기업의 PM 426명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과는 글로벌 리딩 기업에서의 SCM의 몰입과 비전 및 목표공유가 높을수록 PM의 역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 PM역량이 촉진되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 신뢰구축과 비전 및 목표공유가 높을수록 지속가능성과 성과공유가 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 이들 변수의 유용성을 지지해 주었다. 반면 정보공유와 신뢰구축은 PM의 역량을 높이는데 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타내 기각되었다. 이는 SCM에서 단순구성원의 정보공유나 신뢰구축만으로는 PM의 역량을 높이는데 큰 도움이 되지 않음을 의미한다. 즉, 글로벌 리딩 기업에서의 SCM은 몰입과 비전 및 목표공유가 높을수록 PM의 역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 PM역량이 촉진되고 또한, 신뢰구축과 비전 및 목표공유가 높을수록 지속가능성과 성과공유가 높아지는 것으로 나타나 이들 변수의 유용성을 지지해 주었다. 반면 정보공유와 신뢰구축은 PM의 역량을 높이는데 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타나 기각돼 이는, SCM에서 단순구성원의 정보공유나 신뢰구축만으로는 PM의 역량을 높이는데 큰 도움이 되지 않음을 의미한다. This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of SCM on PM`s capabilities and sustainable benefit sharing in leading global companies. To achieve this, statistical analyses were carried out through an empirical questionnaire survey of 426 PMs in SCM companies. The results showed that SCM commitment, vision and goal sharing have positive effects on PM`s capabilities in leading global companies, boosting PM capability. Moreover, sustainable benefit sharing was improved along with SCM trust building, vision and goal sharing in global leading companies, supporting the usefulness of these variables. In contrast, SCM information sharing and trust building did not lead to significant acceleration of PM"s capabilities, rejecting these variables. These findings indicate that SCM information sharing or trust building does not really help simple members to accelerate PM"s capabilities.

본 연구는 중소·벤처기업의 6시그마 혁신 성공요인을 도출하기 위해 실증 조사하였다. 분석결과 총 4가지 요인 20개 문항 중 도출된 중요도를 보면 경영자 지원 요인에서의 당해 기업의 비전이 제 1순위로 나타났으며, 그 다음으로 프로그램구성, 열정적 지원, 높은 성과 보장과 품질활동지속 순으로 나타났다. 이는 전 조직 구성원에 공유될 때 구성원 모두 하나의 공동체로 회사에서 제시하는 비전 아래 일치된 목표 의식을 가지고 구조화된 시스템에 의한 프로그램의 운영이 가능해진다. 또한, 전사적 회사차원에서의 열의를 갖고 지원과 동시 공유자들의 6시그마 혁신적 노력에 걸맞은 높은 보상이 뒤따를 때 높은 성공을 이룰 수 있음을 시사한 것으로 평가할 수 있다. 이 같이 중소·벤처기업의 기술 경쟁력이 갈수록 치열해지는 환경에서 첨단 정밀 부분의 6시그마 활동 또한 더욱 활발한 활동 전개를 해야 한다. 그리고 핵심 소수 조직과 구성원에 의해 운영되는 중소·벤처기업 조직 특성에 맞는 전사적 차원의 운영 몰입과 높은 자긍심에 의한 일치된 비전 공유로 소규모 조직에 적합한 틈새전략으로써 6시그마 운동 전개가 되어야 할 것이다. This study examined the success factors of six sigma innovation in small- and medium-sized venture companies. The findings are summarized as follows. The importance of 20 items in a total of 4 factors showed that corporate vision was number one in the manager"s support, followed by program composition, passionate support, high performance guarantee, and quality activity continuity. This suggests that all members can operate the program by the structured system with a sense of united goal under the company-offered vision as a community when the goal, idea or vision of six sigma activities are shared to members of the entire organization. In addition, high success can be achieved when supported by company-wide enthusiasm and high compensation for sharers" innovative efforts of six sigma at the same time. Small- and medium-sized venture companies should develop brisk six sigma activities of advanced precision parts in such an environment that the technology competition is becoming increasingly fierce. The six sigma movement should be developed as a niche strategy for small organizations with united vision sharing by company-wide operational commitment and high self-esteem for the organizational characteristics of small- and medium-sized venture companies run by key minority organizations and members.

본 논문에서는 일반산업용 개방형 전류측정기의 개발 과정을 기술한다. 개방형 전류측정기는 자성코 어, 홀센서, 증폭회로로 구성되고 도선이 C-type의 자성코어를 통과하는 구조이다. 도선에 전류가 흐 를 때 자성코어의 공극에 발생하는 자장을 홀센서로 측정하고 홀센서의 출력을 증폭하여 도선의 전류 에 비례하는 출력전압을 얻는다. 전류 측정범위는 –100∼100A이고 직류, 교류전류 모두 측정가능하 다. 동작 온도 범위는 –35∼100˚C이고 온도에 따라 변하는 출력특성을 보상하기 위해 부 온도계수 특 성의 서미스터를 사용한다.
