전 세계적으로 온실가스 배출에 관에 문제 대두되고 있으며, 온실가스를 줄이기 위하여 탄소 중립 추진 전략이 실행되고 있다. 탄소중립을 위한 10대 과제 중 하나인 순환경제를 구축하기 위해서 사용 후 제품의 재제조 및 타분야 활용의 비중을 높이고 있다. 재제조 및 타분야 활용은 경제적인 측면에서 원자재 비용 절감 및 저가제품 제공, 일자리 창출 등의 이점이 있으며, 환경적인 측면에서는 신품제조에 비해 이산화탄소배출량이 저감되는 효과가 있다. 본 논문에서는 가스절연 개폐장치 및 수배전반과 같은 전력설비 기자재의 재제조 및 타분야활용에 대한 국내 동향을 살펴본다.
해양레저관광활성화를 위한 마리나 산업 대중화의 요인과 성과 연구

Currently Korea Government with Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries is reinforcing marine leisure industry and tour market. This makes marina develop fast as it is basic infrastructure for leisure yachts and boats. Also with shipbuilding and automobile engine and IT production technique which is existing large industry in Korea already, intensively fostering future higher value-added business- making leisure yachts and yachts parts. This shows that government and local government are expressing the needs and importance of marina and yachts business and for further popularity by paradoxical ways. With these external reasons together, internally as incomes are increasing, demanding of marine leisure tour is changing and enlarging greatly by demanding marinas and yachts. Therefore, this study firstly defines marine leisure tourism and marina and yachts, secondly analysis marinas and yachts managing and characterizing. Through these, deducted main needs for popularity of marinas and yachts. Also with these importance of needs, suggest practical popularity ways of marina and yacht industry by gathering opinions of local residents and interest groups.
직류 전력조류 제어 컨버터를 이용한 전력조류 제어 및 직류 차단기 스트레스 감소에 관한 연구

The method proposed in this paper controls the power flow of the meshed DC power system using a DC Power Flow Control Converter (PFCC), and reduces the fault current that occurs in the case of a short circuit in a DC circuit. It is a method to lower the fault current flowing through the DC circuit breaker and thus to reduce the stress applied to the circuit breaker. The proposed PFCC is a Dual Active Bridge (DAB) Converter consisting of a DC/AC power converter connected in parallel with the DC system, a high-frequency transformer that transforms voltage, and a DC/AC power converter, and It consists of a full bridge converter that is connected in series with a DC line and outputs a constant voltage and a reverse voltage, and controls the voltage of the grid line. In this paper, simulation was performed by applying PFCC to a mesh-type DC power system through MATLAB/Simscape, and performance and feasibility were verified through Cassie method to analyze the characteristics of DC circuit breakers.
동적전압보상기를 이용한 교류 전력계통 전력조류 제어에 관한 연구

본 논문은 교류 전력계통에서 전압 보상 장치로 사용되고 있는 동적전압보상기 (Dynamic Voltage Restorer, DVR)를 이용하여 교류 전력계통의 전력조류를 제어하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 제안된 동적전압보상기를 이용한 전력조류 제어 방식은 선로상에 보상 전압량을 제어하여 전력조류를 제어하는 방식으로 Matlab/Simscape를 통해 제안된 방식의 성능 및 타당성을 검증하였다.
VFT를 이용한 재생에너지 간헐성에 따른 전력계통의 안정적인 전력공급 방안에 대한 연구

The global response to the climate crisis has led to the implementation of various policies worldwide, with a domestic focus on increasing the share of renewable energy sources such as wind and solar power. However, the rapid expansion of renewable energy sources may induce power supply instability due to their intermittent nature. In this paper, we propose the application of Variable Frequency Transformers (VFT) to address the instability in power supply systems. VFTs are bidirectional power devices capable of connecting asynchronous power systems. To determine optimal installation locations for VFTs, the power system is partitioned based on voltage sensitivity. VFTs are then strategically placed between the partitioned power system regions, and an analysis of the safety of power supply across transmission lines, considering the intermittent generation patterns of renewable energy, is conducted to identify the most suitable installation points. The proposed approach is validated using the IEEE 39 bus system, and simulations in MATLAB demonstrate the enhanced power supply stability and the impact of VFT application.
